4. Toggle the Bluetooth settings (Disable/Enable). If no effect, power cycle
the phone (turn OFF, then turn ON) to reset Bluetooth.
5. Reset lock by pressing the “A” button for 10 seconds you will hear a
beep sound to confirm that reset is successful. You will need to redo the
steps for adding the lock into your home using the Premis app.

Test the lock/unlock with the door open and closed. If the issue only occurs when
the door is closed, check on the following causes:
1. Door prep ensure proper strike hole depth in the door frame.
o It must be a minimum of 1” deep.
2. Do you need to push or pull the door to lock the deadbolt manually?
