6. When charging is complete, remove the battery from the
charger by pulling the battery backward to unlock it from
the charger (Fig. 22).
7. Timely recharging of the battery will help prolong the
battery's life. You must recharge the battery pack when
you notice a drop in the equipment's power.
IMPORTANT! Never allow the battery pack to become
fully discharged as this will cause irreversible damage to
the battery.
Charger Light Indicator Table
Consult to the table for meanings and possible solutions for
the charger indication light. If there's anything not indicated
in the table or you are not sure about the cause and cannot

Preparing To Work
Chain Lubricant
mCAUTION!
Before starting the saw, remove the oil tank cap and
add bar and chain oil to the top of the oil tank (Fig. 23).
Rell when the oil level drops to 1/4 of the tank.
NOTE: Your cordless pole chain saw is equipped with an
automatic oil pump for bar and chain oiling. You must add
bar and chain oil or your pole chain saw will not function
properly. Failure to timely rell the oil tank will cause
damage to the bar and chain.
