#1 How does this vacuum do with sand on tile floors? Does it just shoot the sand around, or does it actually pick up the sand.

I have not tried it on sand, specifically, but other small debris similar to sand. There are no rotating brushes on this machine, just suction. It works very well on my small debris. I suspect it would do very well with sand.

#2 Where do I get another brush for my vacum?

I tried leaving link but didn’t work just search eureka canister vacuum brush replacement parts, and a lot of options will pull up

#3 Is this good for vacuuming pet hair off of area rugs?

I prefer my Eureka Airspeed upright for pet hair on my area rugs.

#4 Can the flat floor part come off and the wand be used for high places like ceilings?

Yes, but part of the wand is permanent on the flat part only.. this vacuum works well to get in high places and hardwood floors only. I like that it’s a bagged vacuum. If you havecany more questions I will be happy to answer them.
