Fordrecommendsthatallsafetybeltassemblies
usedinvehiclesinvolvedinacollisionbereplaced.
However,ifthecollisionwasminorandaqualified
technicianfindsthatthebeltsdonotshowdamage
andcontinuetooperateproperly,theydonotneed
tobereplaced.Safetybeltassembliesnotinuse
duringacollisionshouldalsobeinspectedand
replacedifeitherdamageorimproperoperationis
noted.
