This product is a capacitor energy storage type spot welding machine,
mainly used for spot welding 18650 batteries, practical nickel strip
thickness up to 0.25mm, the maximum welding 0.3mm.
lts strong welding capability allows it to weld 0.1mm thin copper sheet on
the main outlet end of the battery pack to increase its overcurrent capacity.

to a foot switch.
Built in high-power balancing circuit to ensure equal voltage between
two batteries and protect capacitor usage.
Intelligent fan temperature control strategy, when the voltage is fully
charged, the fan stops rotating, extending the bearing life.
Power supply 12V DC, safer than 220V direct input, no risk of electric
shock, mobile and usable.
25.00 level ultra fine adjustment, the fast/slow knob can quickly adjust
the gear with asynchronous precision.
This capacitor can provide extremely strong fast charging and
discharging capabilities. The pole ears led out by laser welding are
locked with M6 bolts on the copper bar until they are recessed. The
transition between copper and aluminum is achieved by using an inert
metal brass gasket, which avoids electrochemical corrosion and ensures
good stability during use. Screening out internal resistance below
0.6mR, high standards can ensure consistent and stable quality.

1 . Power on: Press button O on the back of the spot welding machine, and
the power on is successful.
2. Shutdown: Press button — behind the spot welding machine to
successfully shut down.
3. Automatic welding mode: Two welding pens are placed at the nickel
strip, which can automatically sense the contact between the welding
needle and the nickel strip, and output pulses to complete the welding.
Foot welding mode: Before starting up, insert the foot switch while
holding it down, and automatically recognize it as foot welding mode after
starting up.
4. The knob can adjust the output current size. The larger the value, the
higher the output.
5. The recommended spot welding angle ranges from 45° to 60°.

(1 ) The product needs to be plugged in for use and cannot be used
normally after power failure.
(2) After the machine is turned on, it needs to be charged to the display
screen showing 4.8V for spot welding.

To ensure welding eciency and quality, the following are required when
using welding tools:
1 . Always check whether the welding pin head is oxidized and blackened.
If it is oxidized or blackened, it should be polished with fine abrasive cloth
in time. keep it bright and smooth.
2. To prevent oxidation of the welding pin, a small amount of lubricating
oil can be applied as an anti-oxidation coating on the welding pin.
3. The original nano-oxide aluminum alloy welding pin must be used.
4. If the loss of welding needle is too short, the welding needle cannot be
pulled out from the welding pen and replaced with a new welding needle.
If the loss of welding needle is serious, at least 2mm needle shall be
reserved so that the flat jaw pliers can clamp the welding needle and pull
it out of the needle seat for replacement.
5. After the new welding needle is installed into the welding needle clamp,
shall be added to weld the welding needle firmly on the welding needle
clamp. If the welding needle is not in close contact with the welding pen,
the welding effect will be affected.

Attention
1 . After the machine is turned on, it needs to be charged to the display
screen showing 4.8V for spot welding.
2. Do not touch the tip of the spot welding pen together, which may cause
a short circuit, damage the circuit board, and the machine cannot work.
3. During the welding process, pay attention to adjusting the current size.
It is necessary to follow up on the thickness of the welded nickel sheet
and confirm the effect after debugging.
4. After long-term welding, the spot welding pen needs to be polished
with a file. Avoid affecting poor welding or instability.
5. Please start the test from the 1st gear before using it, and gradually
increase it if it is not enough. Start the test from the small gear to the
large gear gradually.
6. The correct operation is to press the tip of the pen against the nickel
sheet with some force during spot welding.
7. Do not perform spot welding after unplugging the power plug, it will
damage the machine.
8. Turn off the main switch when not in use, no need to discharge the
capacitor, just store it in a dry environment.
9. It needs to be plugged into the power supply and cannot be used after
the power is cut off.
10. Non-professionals should not disassemble the casing.

Storage Maintenance Method
This product has sucient redundancy design, even if the welding pen
short circuit will not damage the circuit, but the short circuit current is
high, may affect the battery life,please try to avoid the welding pen short
circuit when the current output.
If you do not use it for a long time, please fully charge it and store it, and
recharge it every 2 months to extend the service life.
Uncontrolled output may cause damage to the control pipeline.Please
immediately remove the spot welding pen and stop the machine.
Contact after-sales maintenance and do not continue with the welding
test.
1 . Please do now not charge the product for a long time with out care.
2. Do now not throw it into the fireplace.
3. Do no longer fee, use or vicinity under excessive temperature.
4. Do not regulate or restore this product with the aid of yourself.
5. Do not positioned into water or permit other beverages into the product.
6. Do not use the blade and other sharp objects to delimit the LCD screen
to cause screen damage.
7. Please use the power supply and accessories that meet the safety
standards.It is recommended to use the original accessories.
8. Please ensure that the two soldering pens are not in contact before
turning on the power of the machine.
9. Do not be exposed to rain or moisture.
10. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to
avoid a hazard.

A: This product belongs to precision capacitor spot welding machine,
from 0. 05mm thin nickel strip to 0.3mm thick steel strip can be soldered
firmly. The output energy is controlled by a fine knob with 250 levels of
output, and the solid time can ensure that the solder joint is smooth and
delicate. The inclusion of oxygen is reduced, the overcurrent capacity of
the battery pack is improved, and the reliability is greatly improved
compared with the coarse gear and even the AC welding machine. Can
also be stacked welding 0.1 + 0.1 mm nickel + copper sheet, butt welding
2 mm wire and so on
Q: Does the spot welder need to be charged?
A: Only need to charge once when received, due to reasonable design, so
that the circuit is completely disconnected after shutdown, after each
spot welding, only need to connect the 12V power adapter attached,
because the principle of capacitor spot welding machine is low energy
long-term input storage in the capacitor, control instant discharge, the
average power is small, household electricity can be.
Does not discharge - check that the tip of the welding pen has black
oxide, and remove it after cleaning with sandpaper to avoid sparks. Or
replace the solder needle.
Clean welding pen does not discharge - the voltage is too low, the spot
welding function is disabled.

Folgendes erforderlichVerwendung von Schweißwerkzeugen:
1 . Überprüfen Sie immer, ob der Schweißstiftkopf oxidiert und geschwärzt
ist. Wenn es oxidiert oder geschwärzt ist, sollte es rechtzeitig mit einem
feinen Schleiftuch poliert werden. Halten Sie es hell und glatt.
2. Um eine Oxidation des Schweißstifts zu verhindern, kann eine kleine
Menge Schmieröl als Antioxidationsbeschichtung auf den Schweißstift
aufgetragen werden.
3. Es muss der Original-Schweißstift aus Nanooxid-Aluminiumlegierung
verwendet werden.
4. Wenn der Verlust der Schweißnadel zu kurz ist, kann die Schweißnadel
nicht aus dem Schweißstift herausgezogen und durch eine neue Schwei-
ßnadel ersetzt werden. Wenn der Verlust der Schweißnadel schwer-
wiegend ist, müssen mindestens 2 mm Nadel übrig bleiben, damit die
Flachbackenzange die Schweißnadel festklemmen und zum Austausch aus
dem Nadelsitz ziehen kann.
5. Nachdem die neue Schweißnadel in die Schweißnadelklemme eingebaut
wurde, muss die Schweißnadel fest an der Schweißnadelklemme
angeschweißt werden. Wenn die Schweißnadel keinen engen Kontakt mit
dem Schweißstift hat, wird der Schweißeffekt beeinträchtigt.

4. Nach längerem Schweißen muss der Punktschweißstift mit einer Feile
poliert werden. Vermeiden Sie eine Beeinträchtigung schlechter
Schweißnähte oder Instabilität.
5. Bitte beginnen Sie den Test mit dem 1. Gang, bevor Sie ihn verwenden,
und erhöhen Sie ihn schrittweise, wenn er nicht ausreicht. Beginnen Sie
den Test schrittweise vom kleinen Gang zum großen Gang.
6. Der richtige Vorgang besteht darin, die Spitze des Stifts beim
Punktschweißen mit etwas Kraft gegen das Nickelblech zu drücken.
7. Führen Sie keine Punktschweißungen durch, nachdem Sie den
Netzstecker gezogen haben, da dies die Maschine beschädigen würde.
8. Schalten Sie den Hauptschalter aus, wenn Sie ihn nicht verwenden. Der
Kondensator muss nicht entladen werden. Bewahren Sie ihn einfach in
einer trockenen Umgebung auf.
9. Es muss an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen werden und kann nicht
verwendet werden, nachdem die Stromversorgung unterbrochen wurde.

A: Dieses Produkt gehört zu einer Präzisions-Kondensator-Punktschw-
eißmaschine, von 0,05 mm dünnem Nickelstreifen bis zu 0,3 mm dickem
Stahlstreifen können fest verlötet werden. Die Ausgangsenergie wird
über einen feinen Knopf mit 250 Ausgangsstufen gesteuert, und die
feste Zeit kann dafür sorgen, dass die Lötstelle glatt und zart ist. Der
Sauerstoffeinschluss wird reduziert, die Überstromkapazität des
Akkupacks verbessert und die Zuverlässigkeit im Vergleich zum Grobge-
triebe und sogar zum Wechselstromschweißgerät deutlich verbessert.
Kann auch zum Stapelschweißen von 0,1 + 0,1 mm Nickel + Kupferblech,

F: Muss das Punktschweißgerät aufgeladen werden?
A: Aufgrund des vernünftigen Designs muss es bei Erhalt nur einmal
aufgeladen werden, sodass der Stromkreis nach dem Herunterfahren
vollständig getrennt wird. Nach jedem Punktschweißen muss nur das

Ce produit est une machine de soudage par points de type stockage
d'énergie par condensateur, principalement utilisée pour le soudage par
points de batteries 18650, épaisseur de bande de nickel pratique jusqu'à
0,25 mm, soudage maximum de 0,3 mm.
Sa forte capacité de soudage lui permet de souder une feuille de cuivre
mince de 0,1 mm sur l'extrémité de sortie principale de la batterie pour
augmenter sa capacité de surintensité.

également être connecté à un interrupteur au pied.
Circuit d'équilibrage haute puissance intégré pour garantir une tension
égale entre deux batteries et protéger l'utilisation du condensateur.
Stratégie intelligente de contrôle de la température du ventilateur,
lorsque la tension est complètement chargée, le ventilateur cesse de
tourner, prolongeant ainsi la durée de vie du roulement.
Alimentation 12 V DC, plus sûre que l'entrée directe 220 V, aucun risque
de choc électrique, mobile et utilisable.
Réglage ultra fin du niveau 25,00, le bouton rapide/lent peut ajuster
rapidement la vitesse avec une précision asynchrone.
Ce condensateur peut fournir des capacités de charge et de décharge
rapides extrêmement puissantes. Les oreilles des pôles sorties par
soudage laser sont verrouillées avec des boulons M6 sur la barre de

Pour garantir l'ecacité et la qualité du soudage, les éléments suivants
sont requis lors de l'utilisation d'outils de soudage:
1 . Vérifiez toujours si la tête de la broche de soudage est oxydée et noircie.
S'il est oxydé ou noirci, il doit être poli à temps avec un chiffon abrasif fin.
Gardez-le brillant et lisse.
2. Pour éviter l'oxydation de la broche à souder, une petite quantité d'huile
lubrifiante peut être appliquée comme revêtement anti-oxydant sur la
broche à souder.
3. La broche de soudage originale en alliage d'aluminium nano-oxyde doit
être utilisée.
4. Si la perte de l'aiguille de soudage est trop courte, l'aiguille de soudage
ne peut pas être retirée du stylo de soudage et remplacée par une nouvelle
aiguille de soudage. Si la perte de l'aiguille de soudage est grave, une
aiguille d'au moins 2 mm doit être réservée afin que la pince à mâchoires
plates puisse serrer l'aiguille de soudage et la retirer du siège de l'aiguille
pour la remplacer.
5. Une fois la nouvelle aiguille de soudage installée dans la pince à aiguille
de soudage, elle doit être ajoutée pour souder fermement l'aiguille de
soudage sur la pince à aiguille de soudage. Si l'aiguille de soudage n'est
pas en contact étroit avec le stylo de soudage, l'effet de soudage sera
affecté.

(1 ) Le produit doit être branché pour être utilisé et ne peut pas être
utilisé normalement après une panne de courant.
(2) Une fois la machine allumée, elle doit être chargée sur l'écran
d'achage achant 4,8 V pour le soudage par points.

2. Ne touchez pas la pointe du stylo de soudage par points, ce qui pourrait
provoquer un court-circuit, endommager le circuit imprimé et la machine
ne pourrait pas fonctionner.
3. Pendant le processus de soudage, faites attention à ajuster la taille
actuelle. Il est nécessaire de suivre l'épaisseur de la feuille de nickel
soudée et de confirmer l'effet après débogage.
4. Après un soudage à long terme, le stylo de soudage par points doit être
poli avec une lime. Évitez d'affecter une mauvaise soudure ou une
instabilité.
5. Veuillez démarrer le test à partir de la 1ʳᵉ vitesse avant de l'utiliser,
et l'augmenter progressivement si cela ne sut pas. Commencez
lentement le test du petit engrenage au grand engrenage.
6. L'opération correcte consiste à appuyer la pointe du stylo contre la
feuille de nickel avec une certaine force pendant le soudage par points.
7. N'effectuez pas de soudage par points après avoir débranché la prise
d'alimentation, cela endommagerait la machine.
8. Éteignez l'interrupteur principal lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé, pas besoin de
décharger le condensateur, stockez-le simplement dans un
environnement sec.
9. Il doit être branché sur l'alimentation électrique et ne peut pas être
utilisé après une coupure de courant.
10. Les non-professionnels ne doivent pas démonter le boîtier.

Méthode de Maintenance du Stockage
Ce produit a une conception redondante susante, même si le stylo à
souder est en court-circuit, il n'endommagera pas le circuit, mais le
courant de court-circuit est élevé, ce qui peut affecter la durée de vie de
la batterie, veuillez essayer d'éviter le court-circuit du stylo à souder lors
de la sortie du courant.
Si vous ne l'utilisez pas pendant une longue période, veuillez le charger
complètement, le stocker, et le recharger tous les deux mois pour
prolonger sa durée de vie.
Une sortie incontrôlée peut endommager le pipeline de contrôle.
Veuillez retirer immédiatement le stylo de soudage par points et
arrêter la machine.
Contacter le service après-vente et ne pas poursuivre l'essai de soudage.
1 . Veuillez ne pas charger le produit pendant une longue période sans
précaution.
2. Ne le jetez pas dans la cheminée.

Este producto es una máquina de soldadura por puntos de tipo

Para garantizar la eficiencia y calidad de la soldadura, se requiere lo
siguiente al utilizar herramientas de soldadura:
1. Comprabar siempre si la cabeza del pasador de soldadura está oxidada
y ennegrecida. Si está oxidado o ennegrecido, se debe pulir con un paño
abrasivo fino a tiempo. Mantenlo brillante y suave.
2. Para evitar la oxidación del pasador de soldadura, se puede aplicar una
pequeña cantidad de aceite lubricante como recubrimiento antioxidante
sobre el pasador de soldadura.
3. Se debe utilizar el pasador de soldadura original de aleación de aluminio
de nano óxido.
4. Si la pérdida de la aguja de soldar es demasiado corta, la aguja de soldar
no se puede sacar del bolígrafo de soldadura y reemplazarla con una aguja
de soldar nueva. Si la pérdida de la aguja de soldar es grave, se debe
reservar al menos una aguja de 2 mm para que los alicates de mandíbula
plana puedan sujetar la aguja de soldar y sacarla del asiento de la aguja
para reemplazarla.
5. Después de instalar la nueva aguja de soldadura en la abrazadera de la
aguja de soldadura, se agregará para soldar la aguja de soldadura
firmemente en la abrazadera de la aguja de soldadura. Si la aguja de soldar
no está en estrecho contacto con la pluma de soldar, el efecto de soldadura
se verá afectado.

3. Durante el proceso de soldadura, preste atención a ajustar el tamaño
actual. Es necesario realizar un seguimiento del espesor de la lámina de
níquel soldada y confirmar el efecto después de la depuración.
4. Después de una soldadura prolongada, la pluma de soldadura por
puntos debe pulirse con una lima. Evite afectar la mala soldadura o la
inestabilidad.
5. Inicie la prueba desde la primera marcha antes de usarla y aumente
gradualmente si no es suficiente. Inicie la prueba gradualmente desde la
marcha pequeña hasta la marcha grande.
6. La operación correcta es presionar la punta del bolígrafo contra la
lámina de níquel con cierta fuerza durante la soldadura por puntos.
7. No realice soldadura por puntos después de desenchufar el enchufe,
ya que dañará la máquina.
8. Apague el interruptor principal cuando no esté en uso, no es necesario
descargar el condensador, simplemente guárdelo en un ambiente seco.
9. Debe enchufarse a la fuente de alimentación y no se puede utilizar
después de cortar la alimentación.

Per garantire l'ecienza e la qualità della saldatura, quando si utilizzano
strumenti di saldatura è necessario quanto segue:
1 . Controllare sempre se la testa del perno di saldatura è ossidata e
annerita. Se è ossidato o annerito, deve essere lucidato tempestivamente
con tela abrasiva fine. Mantenilo luminoso e liscio.
2. Per prevenire l'ossidazione del perno di saldatura, è possibile applicare
una piccola quantità di olio lubrificante come rivestimento antiossidante
sul perno di saldatura.
3. È necessario utilizzare il perno di saldatura originale in lega di alluminio
nano ossido.
4. Se la perdita dell'ago di saldatura è troppo breve, l'ago di saldatura non
può essere estratto dalla penna di saldatura e sostituito con un nuovo ago
di saldatura. Se la perdita dell'ago di saldatura è grave, è necessario
riservare almeno 2 mm dell'ago in modo che le pinze a ganasce piatte
possano bloccare l'ago di saldatura ed estrarlo dalla sede dell'ago per la

5. Dopo aver installato il nuovo ago di saldatura nel morsetto dell'ago di
saldatura, aggiungerlo per saldare saldamente l'ago di saldatura sul
morsetto dell'ago di saldatura. Se l'ago di saldatura non è a stretto
contatto con la penna di saldatura, l'effetto della saldatura ne risentirà.

(1 ) Il prodotto deve essere collegato per l'uso e non può essere utilizzato
normalmente dopo un'interruzione di corrente.

Attenzione

3. Durante il processo di saldatura, prestare attenzione alla regolazione
della dimensione corrente. È necessario monitorare lo spessore del foglio
di nichel saldato e confermare l'effetto dopo il de bug.
4. Dopo la saldatura a lungo termine, la penna per saldatura a punti deve
essere lucidata con una lima. Evitare di compromettere la scarsa
saldatura o l'instabilità.
5. Si prega di iniziare il test dalla 1a marcia prima di utilizzarla e aumentarla
gradualmente se non è suciente. Iniziare gradualmente il test dalla
marcia piccola alla marcia grande.
6. L'operazione corretta consiste nel premere con una certa forza la punta
della penna contro la lastra di nichel durante la saldatura a punti.
7. Non eseguire la saldatura a punti dopo aver scollegato la spina di
alimentazione, per non danneggiare la macchina.
8. Spegnere l'interruttore principale quando non in uso, non è necessario
scaricare il condensatore, basta conservarlo in un ambiente asciutto.
9. È necessario collegarlo all'alimentazione e non può essere utilizzato
dopo aver interrotto l'alimentazione.
