Are you using 2.4Ghz network to connect to the Tuya Smart App?
The Tuya Smart App only supports 2.4Ghz. After ensuring that the network is working, please restart the machine and press and hold the recharge button on the surface of the robot vacuum cleaner, the robot vacuum cleaner will be connected to the network and the light will flash, and select EZ or AP mode for networking.

This vacuum robot does not have this function. Only mopping and vacuuming are supported, App/WiFi/Alexa and remote control operations are supported, and the schedule can be set.

If you are experiencing water not coming out of the tank while using a robot vacuum cleaner:
1. Please check whether the water tank and the mop are installed in place
2. When the machine just entered the mopping mode, the cloth is slow to wade through the water, please wait for a few minutes to confirm.
3. After the water tank is filled, open the water tank plug, whether there is water droplets falling from the outlet hole at the bottom of the water tank, if not, please check whether the outlet is blocked.
4. Prohibit the addition of cleaning agents or disinfectant water other than water in the tank.
5. Please check whether the magnet of the water tank mop board is oxidized or lost, and replace the mop board.

The floor mopping function of this model of robotic vacuum cleaner adopts Hall geomagnetic induction, without pressing other buttons to start the floor mopping mode. Just install the mop board at the bottom of the machine, add water to the water tank, and fasten the button of the water tank to start the mop mode.
It can mop the floor and vacuum at the same time. If you remove the mop board, the water tank will not come out if it is installed on the machine.
