The TE012W lock can only detect and connect to 2.4GHz
Wi-Fi. If your router’s 2.4GHz band is disabled or hidden,
the lock won’t be able to find it.
Please go to your router settings and make sure the
2.4GHz band is enabled and broadcasting before setup.

Preferences > Network. Select your active
