. Select medium-speed gasoline hammer to run r the best. Control dial to between 3 to 4 in scale.
7. In the use of operation, the operator is not equal to the greater pressure crushing, tamping,
compacting ster, try to use the weight of the machine itself, the rce should be reasonable in
order to achieve high eciency and easy operation results.
8. Ga
soline hammer r crushing, tamping, compacting work, the work can not be used to pry the
stone.
9
. Maintain the handles y, clean, no oil or el mixture.
10. Stop the operation midway; and o the engine.
11. Every time check normal stening screws of the connector bere using. If loose, tighten the screws.

se stop gasoline engine.
14. Do not overfill the fuel. Do not leave the el ller in neck part of machine. If fuel overows or is
spilled, clean the spilled fuel and start the machine away from the spill location.
15. Aer re
eling, tighten the oil lid. Check equently whether the el tank is damaged to leak, if
und to be damaged, replace immediately.

Main use and ature
Use
1 It can use on building consction, road building project in the broken.
2 Break coerstone r the railway road and tamp sleepers work.
3 Power embedded in the telecounications cables broken ditching work
4 Cold water and ice breaking region, the ozen road digging shovel to clear cutting of desoying
other desoying other song areas.
Features
1 It is the world's lightest weight, lowest displacement engine te gasoline hammer handheld.
2 A perct body and "V" linear operation, minimizing the hands of vibration, has signicant conol of
convenience and comrtable, the operator can shovel digging a 360 degree rotation.
3 It can regulate the number of impact energy and impact, apply r a variety of materials suitable r
consction.
4 Applications: Our machine is suit in many kinds of situations, such as crashing project in
road-building, electric power, telecom, and cable, ditch these kinds of crashing work.
Advantage: If you use our machine, then you can ignore the trouble of diesel engine and pressing
machine, trucking-lo this kind of heavy equipment, which will not limited by the pipe line, electric
line, cable no matter how high and how r, we can work situation.

which is lock or unlock.
Running the engine with insucient oil can cause serious engine damage. Be sure to check the
engine on a level surce with the engine stopped.
a. Place the engine with the el tank side downward and horizontally on a level surface.
b. Remove the oil ler cap and check the oil level: it should reach the top of the oil ller neck.
c. If the level is low,ll to the top of the oil ller neck with the recommended oil.
5
PRE-OPERATION

E
very 10 hours, check the engine oil level and replenish oil up to the top of the ller neck if the engine is
operated r more than 10 hours continuously. Use a high detergent, premium quality motor oil
certied to meet or exceed U.S. automobile manucture's requirement r service classication SG.
SF. Motor oils classied SG, SF will show this designation on the container. SAE I OW30 is recommended
r general. all temperature use. CAUTION!
Not using detergent oil or 2-stroke engine oil could shorten the engine's li.
2.Ai
r cleaner
CAUTION!
Never run the engine without the air cleaner. Rapid engine wear will result. Check cleaner r dirt or
obstruction of element.
3.Fuel
Use automotive gasoline (unleaded or lowlcadcd is preed to minimize combustion chamber
deposits).
Never use an oigasoline mixture or dirty gasoline.Avoid getting dirt, dust or water in the el tank.
WARNING!
• Gasoline is e
xtremely ammable and is explosive under certain conditions.
• Reel in a well-ventilated area with the engine stopped. Don't smoke or allow names or sparks
in the area where the engine is reeled or where the engine is stored.
• Don't overll the tank (there should be no el in the ller neck). Aer reeling, make sure
the tank cap is closed properly and securely.
• Be carel not to spill el when refueling. Spilled el or el vapor may ignite. Ir any el is
spilled, make sure the area is dry
bere starting the engine.
• Avoid repeated or prolonged contact with skin or breathing of vapor.
Fuel tank capacity:0.65 L
GASOLINE CONTAININGALCOHOL
If you decide to use a gasoline containing alcohol (gasohol), be sure it's octane rating is high. There
two types of "gasohol", one containing methanol, and the other not containing methanol. Don't use
gasoline containing methanol (methyl or wood alcohol) that does not also contain cosolvents and
corrosion inhibitors r methanol. Never use gasoline containing more than 5% methanol, even if it has
cosolvents and coosion inhibitors.
CAUTION!
Fuel system damage or engine perrmance problems resulting om the use of els that
contain alcohol is not covered nnder the
warranty. We can't endorse the use of ruels containing methanol since evidence of their
suitability is as yet incomplete.
Bere buying el om an unmiliar station, try to ne out if the el contains alcohol, if it
does, confirm the type and percentage of alcohol used. If you notice any undesirable operating
symptoms while using a gasoline that contains alcohol, or one that you think

contains alcohol, switch to a gasoline that you know does not contain alcohol.
4. Retightening bolts and nuts Check r loose bolts and nuts. Tighten the bolts and nuts properly and
securely, if necessary.

Start
1. Bere rst starting of the new machine, repeat press the transparent el Bubble (See Pic.4) to lly
ll the Carburetor with el.
2.T the engine switch to ON position (on the equipment side).
3. Move the choke lever to the "OFF" position (See Pic.5)
4. Hold the operation handle with one of yo hands and quickly pull the pulling handle r about
50cm with the other hand. Do not let the pulling handle go back eely in your repeat pulling, but hold
it and put it down with its resilience to protect the starter.
5. Open the air vent completely when the gasoline engine is started.
CAUTION!
Don' t use the choke if the engine is warm or the air temperature is high.
CAUTION!
Don't allow the starter grip briskly. If not pulled briskly, sparks may il to jump across the
spark plug electrodes, resulting in ilure to start the engine.
VI
Run
Pic.5
1. Aer gasoline engine start, it should be low speed r 2 to 3 minutes, warm-up operation r the
machine.
2. When e gasoline engine warm enough, according to e required impact energy to pull appropriate
regulatory position.
Note: the new gasoline hammer use of the rst 24 hours, the workload should be in low-speed in
order to extent e service li.
@Just start poor lubrication of gasoline, do not accelerate quickly.
3. Select medium-speed gasoline engine r r the best.
4. Prohibit use gasoline hammer under the non-breaking with high speed operation.

1 Air Filter
Pic.6
Check air lter regularly. Dust block on the cover of air lter will reduce engine power, cause cylinder
short li. If the lter is very dirty, bur a mild detergent with warm water, wring dry, aer cleaning the
lter should drop a w of oil on the dry and then install the air lter. Filter should be replaced if
damaged, particularly if in the environment of much dust should be shorted maintenance cycle.
2 Fuel lter
If the el lter clogging, there will be speed slow, weak impact of the phenomenon of gasoline
hammer. Method: Open the tank lid with metal hook take the el lter cleaning om the ta
@When cleaning the el lter, at same time clean the el ta.
3 Carburetor
Fuel tank and carburetor are generally le residual oil. A long time pass the residual oil will come into
rubbish. And the rubbish will plug e oil line, causing the engine does not work. Therere, when the
machine is not used more than one week, be sure to completely te the el out. Take oil method:
Repeat pressing the carburetor el bubble to drain the oil.
4 Spark plug
To ensure normal operation of the engine, spark plug gap to be moderate, with a wire brush to remove
sediment. Reasonable spark plug gap 0.5-0. 7 mm. See Pie. 7
