LCD screen flashes "000", because the charger did
not identify the battery
1. Battery clamps and battery terminals was not properly connected,
causing the battery charger cannot identify your battery.
2. The battery was defective and the battery voltage has dropped to the
value that the battery charger cannot indentify, please try to test the
voltage of your battery to verify it.
3. The battery charger was defective (DC end was disconnected), this
issue also cause it to fail to identify your battery.
Possible Reason：
Battery problem
The charger detects that the battery is defective.
Possible Reason：
Error message
1. Reverse polarity or Short-circuit.
2. Battery voltage is 0.0V.
3. Charging a 12V battery with 6V STD mode, this error message will
appear.
Possible Reason：
Battery voltage is too low
Battery voltage is less than 3V , it can't be charged.
Possible Reason：
The battery is fully charged
The battery is fully charged and enters pulse maintenance charging.
