2) Economy control switch:
“ON”(ECO)
● When the Economy control switch is turned to “ON” , the engine keeps running at idle state automatically when the
electrical appliance is disconnected, and it will return to the proper speed with the requirement of electrical load.
● The “ON” is recommended to minimize the fuel consumption (≤1kw)
“OFF”(TURBO)
● When a high load electrical appliance(≥1kw) is connected instantaneously, in order to reduce voltage change,
turn the Economy control switch to the “OFF” position
● In DC operation, turn the Economy control switch to the “OFF”position.
● Connect both AC load and DC load; turn the Economy control switch to the “OFF”position.
Note: The rated power of inductive load products is <1kw, and the product cannot work normally in eco mode.
Generally, the instantaneous power of electrical appliances with inductive loads is 2 to 3 times the rated power.

1 PROBLEM
ANSWER
After adding gasoline and oil for the first time, the generator
cannot start normally.
1 When starting the generator for the first time, check whether the spark plug is loose,
then add 3.6L gasoline and 360ML engine oil, and let it sit for 6 minutes to make the oil
circuit full of oil. During this period, the traction rope can be pulled out to allow the oil to
fill the oil circuit faster.
2 There is no problem with the product inspection, but it still cannot start normally. You
need to rotate the three-in-one switch from the "START" position to the "RUN" position,
pull the traction rope, and start the generator.
2 PROBLEM
ANSWER
After the generator is started normally and a high-power prod-
uct is loaded, the product stalls directly.
After starting, let the generator run without load for 5-6 minutes to allow the internal
equipment of the generator to warm up so that High-power equipment operates normal-
ly.
3 PROBLEM
ANSWER
The power of the electrical appliance is lower than the rated
power of the generator, and the product cannot be used
normally.
1 You need to turn off the ECO mode so that the generator can run normally.
2 Confirm whether the electrical appliance is an inductive electrical appliance. The peak
power of an inductive electrical appliance is generally 2-3 times its rated power.

1 PROBLÈME
RÉPONSE
Après avoir ajouté de l'essence et de l'huile pour la première
fois, le générateur ne peut pas démarrer normalement.
1 Lors du premier démarrage du générateur, vérifiez si la bo ugie d'allumage est desser-
rée, puis ajoutez 3,6 L d'essence et 360 ml d'huile moteur, et laissez reposer pendant 6
minutes pour remplir le circuit d'huile d'huile. Pendant cette période, le câble de traction
peut être retiré pour permettre à l'huile de remplir plus rapidement le circuit d'huile.
2 Il n'y a aucun problème avec l'inspection du produit, mais il ne peut toujours pas
démarrer normalement. Vous devez faire pivoter l'interrupteur trois-en-un de la position
« START » à la position « RUN », tirer sur la corde de traction et démarrer le Générateur.
2 PROBLÈME
RÉPONSE
Une fois le générateur démarré normalement et un produit de
haute puissance chargé, le produit cale directement.
Après le démarrage, laissez le générateur fonctionner sans charge pendant 5 à 6 minutes
pour permettre à l'équipement interne du générateur de se réchauffer afin que Les équi-
pements de haute puissance fonctionnent normalement.
3 PROBLÈME
RÉPONSE
La puissance de l'appareil électrique est inférieure à la puis-
sance nominale du générateur et le produit ne peut pas être
utilisé normalement.
1 Vous devez désactiver le mode ECO pour que le générateur puisse fonctionner
normalement.
2 Confirmez si l'appareil électrique est un appareil électrique inductif. La puissance
maximale d'un appareil électrique inductif est généralement 2 à 3 fois sa puissance nom-
inale.

2) TURBO/ECO (Interruptor de control económico):
“ON” (ECO)
● Cuando el interruptor de control de economía se gira a "ON", el motor sigue funcionando en estado de ralentí
automáticamente cuando se desconecta el aparato eléctrico, y volverá a la velocidad adecuada con el
requisito de carga eléctrica.
● Se recomienda la “ON” para minimizar el consumo de combustible (≤1kw)
“OFF” (TURBO)
● Cuando un aparato eléctrico de alta carga (≥1kw) se conecta instantáneamente, para reducir el cambio
de voltaje, gire el interruptor de control económico a la posición "OFF".
● En funcionamiento con CC, gire el interruptor de control económico a la posición "OFF".
● Conecte tanto la carga de CA como la carga de CC; gire el interruptor de control económico a la
posición “OFF”.
Nota: La potencia nominal de los productos de carga por inducción es <1kW y los productos no pueden
funcionar correctamente en modo ecológico. Generalmente, la potencia instantánea de los equipos eléctricos
con cargas inductivas es de 2 a 3 veces la potencia nominal.

1 PROBLEMA
RESPUESTA
Después de agregar gasolina y aceite por primera vez, el genera-
dor no puede arrancar normalmente.
1 Al arrancar el generador por primera vez, verifique si la bujía está suelta, luego agregue
3,6 litros de gasolina y 360 ml de aceite de motor y déjelo reposar durante 6 minutos para
llenar el circuito de aceite. Durante este período, se puede sacar la cuerda de tracción
para permitir que el aceite llene el circuito de aceite más rápidamente.
2 No hay problema con la inspección del producto, pero aún no puede iniciarse normal-
mente. Debe girar el interruptor tres en uno desde la posición "INICIO" a la posición
"EJECUTAR", tirar de la cuerda de tracción e iniciar el generador.
2 PROBLEMA

For the period of warranty noted below and beginning upon the successful registration of the unit, ERAYAK Power Solution (ERAYAK)
war- rants that its Generator will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the items and period set forth below. ERAYAK
will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part(s) which, upon evaluation, inspection and testing by ERAYAK or an Independent
Authorized Service Dealer, is found to be defective. Any equipment that the purcha
ser/owner claims to be defective must be
evaluated by the nearest Independent Authorized Service Dealer. Emissions warranty coverage is detailed in a separate emissions
warranty statement.

*The warranty period for consumer apps is three (3) years. The warranty period for commercia l and rental applications is one (1) year or up to

Any and all warranty repairs and/or concerns must be
performed and/or addressed by an Independent Authorized
Service Dealer, or branch thereof. Repairs or diagnostics
performed by individuals other than Independent A

ERAYAK Service Dealers not authorized in writing by ERAYAK
will not be covered.
3.
This warranty is non-transferable from the original owner.
4.
ERAYAK may choose to repair, replace or refund a piece
of equipment in its sole discretion.
5.
Damage that occurs after receipt of generator, not caused by
defects in materials or workmanship, is the responsibility of the
owner and is not covered by this warranty.
6.
Damage to any covered components or consequential damages
caused by the use of non-OEM parts will not be covered by the
warranty.
7.
Proof of performance of all required maintenance must be avail-
able.
8.
For the purpose of this warranty “consumer usage” means per-
sonal household or recreational use.
The following will NOT be covered by this warranty:
1.
Costs of normal maintenance (i.e. tune-ups, associated part(s),
adjustments, loose/leaking clamps, installation and start-up).
Pickup or delivery of unit charges.
2.
Damage to the generator and/or transfer switch system caused
by accidents, shipping, handling or improper storage.
3.
Damage/failures caused by operation with improper fuels,
speeds, loads or installations other than what’s
recommended or specified by ERAYAK Power Solution.
4.
Damage to the generator due to use of non-ERAYAK parts
and/ or equipment, contaminated fuels, or oils.
5.
Failures due to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse,
neglect, improper install
ation, improper sizing, reptile, rodent
and/or insect infestation.
6.
Rental equipment used while warranty repairs are being per-
formed and/or any extraordinary equipment used for removal
and/or reinstallation of generator (i.e. cranes, hoists, lifts, et. al.).
7.
Products that are modified or altered in a manner not authorized
by ERAYAK in writing.
8.
Starting batteries, fuses, light bulbs, engine fluids and any
related labor.
9.
Steel components that rust as a result of improper installation,
location in a harsh or salt water environment, or are scratched
where the integrity of applied paint is compromised.
10.
Units sold, rated or used for "Trailer Mounted" or "Rental
Unit" applications as defined by ERAYAK. Contact an
Independent Authorized Service Dealer for definitions
11.
Shipping costs associated with expedited freight.
12.
Additional costs for overtime, holiday or emergency labor costs
for repairs outside normal busi
ness hours.
13.
Any incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by
defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or
replacement of the defective part(s).
14.
Failures caused by any act of God or external cause including
without limitation, fire, theft, freezing, war, lightning, earthquake,
windstorm, hail, water, tornado, hurricane, or any other matters
which are reasonably beyond the manufacturer’s control.
TTHIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SPECIFICALLY, ERAYAK MAKES NO OTHER WAR-
