5,6 A clean, dry surface is essential for proper performance for
any adhesive system. The area intended for application of
any adhesive label or nameplate must be prepared by clean-
ing with isopropyl alcohol. The solvent is to be applied with
a clean, lint free applicator and the surface allowed to dry
before applying the label or nameplate.

WIRE ROUTING
2. Tuck red, blue and black wires into traps as shown above.
6. Install slide switch button (fig.3e)
into appropriate slot as shown.
8. Lens assembly to be installed
onto gearcase with two screws
(fig.1k).
5. Install speed wheel and terminal
into appropriate slots as shown.
7. Before fastening housing cover to support, be sure all components are fully seated
in position and all wires are tucked into traps and won’t interfere with screw holes.
1. Place the PCBA Assembly (fig.4b) and Stator (fig.4a)
into slots in Housing Support.
3. Fasten the on-off switch
with two screws (fig.3g).
4. Fasten the power indicator lens
with screw (fig.3h) and add
rubber O-ring (fig.3j).
LUBRICATION
NOTE
Regarding parts to receive thread locking sealant:
Place one to two drops of the recommended Loctite
thread locking sealant (or the equivalent) to the
threads of parts shown prior to installation.

NOTE
Regarding parts to be lubricated:
Apply a light coating of grease to all highlighted parts
shown prior to installation. Reference the key above
for grease types.
= Red Loctite 263 Thread Sealant, 44-22-0130
= Type “J” Grease, 49-08-4220
