Getting Started
1. Plug the back pad in to the mains unit
and switch on
2. Press the power button and the
display screen will illuminate. The back
pad will default to the lowest heat
setting (level 1), and it will begin to
gradually heat up
3. Press + to increase the heat setting
(between 1-9)
4. Press – to decrease the heat setting
(between 1-9)
Note: For continuous use, only use heat
setting 1.
5. Press the power button to switch off.
Unplug from the mains and allow to
cool down before storing away

Cleaning and Maintenance
Technical Specifications
1. Unplug the back pad from the mains units
and allow to cool before cleaning or
storing away.
2. Disconnect the cable from the back pad
and put in the washing machine. Wash at
30°C on a delicate cycle.
3. Do not tumble dry. Lay the back pad flat and
allow to thoroughly dry before connecting
the cable again.
Safety Warnings
• Do not fold or crease the back pad during
use
• Do not pierce with sharp objects
• Must not be used by children under the
age of 3, those insensitive to heat or if the
user is asleep
• Inspect regularly for signs of wear or
damage. If there are signs of damage or
it does not work, please contact support@
vonhaus.com
• Prolonged use at a high heat could lead to
burns
• Arrange the cables correctly to avoid risk
of entanglement, strangulation, or tripping
• Do not fall asleep while the heat pad is
switched on. If extended use is expected,
set the temperature to position 1 before
sleeping.
• Prolonged use at a high setting may cause
skin burns.

Disposal
Do not dispose of this product as unsorted
household waste. Separate collection for
special treatment is required. Return your used
device via a collection and return scheme.
