Wait a few seconds and gently
open the door.
The door can’t be
closed properly. It
always leaves a gap.
Door seal has hardened from the
cold.
Warm the gasket with a hair
dryer or warm towel, then
reshape and close the door
firmly.
10.2 Power Interruption
In the event of a power outage, the freezer will typically keep food safe for about 18
hours. To minimise food spoilage:
Avoid opening the door.
Do not add new food during the outage.
After power is restored, the freezer will resume using the previous settings.
If food has defrosted, consume it quickly or cook and refreeze it if safe to do so.
Notice: Memory function during power interruption
After restoration of power the appliance continues with the settings that were set be-
fore the power failure.
