Removing the battery pack
Assemble the battery pack
Divide the spray gun. Press the
quick release Knob
Pull
the spray attachment out of the main body.
Adjust the material viscosity
Adjust the material viscosity to 30-50DIN, with the following accessory -- Viscosity
Cup, for good spraying result. Please do not spray the undiluted material directly.
Too thick material( Viscosity bigger than 50DIN), will cause spraying blockage.
Too thin material( Viscosity smaller than 30DIN), will affect the spraying effect.
How to test the material Viscosity:
1.Fill the viscosity cup with diluted material.
2.Record the time of material flowing out( the whole cup)
3.If the time is 50s, then the viscosity is 50DIN
4.If the viscosity is smaller than 30DIN, you can add the material to make it thicker;
If the viscosity is bigger than 50DIN, you can diluent to make it thin.
How to choose the right Nozzle: 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.2mm, 2.6mm( We have 4pcs
nozzles, the one assembled on the machine is 1.5mm)
A.1.5mm Nozzle: 30DIN material, and the material droplets sprayed out will be fine
B.1.8mm Nozzle: 35DIN material, and the material droplets sprayed out will be small
C.2.2mm Nozzle: 40DIN material, and the material droplets sprayed out will be medium-sized
D.2.6mm Nozzle: 50DIN material, and the material droplets sprayed out will be large
