2. Safety Instructions (Must Read)
- For Qi-enabled devices only: Incompatible devices will not charge and may overheat.
- Keep away from metal items & magnetic cards: Do not place coins, keys, metal phone cases, bank
cards or access cards on the charging area. These may trigger FOD protection, cause overheating
or demagnetize cards.
- Use certified power adapters: A 5V/2A or higher adapter is required for standard charging. For
fast charging, use a certified PD adapter of 30W or above; a 36W+ certified PD adapter is needed
for full 25W output.
- Operating environment: For indoor use only. Place on a dry, flat and well-ventilated surface. Keep
away from water, humid areas, direct sunlight, heating appliances, beds, sofas and other soft
surfaces. Do not cover the charger.
- No disassembly or modification: Unauthorized disassembly or modification will void the warranty
and may cause electric shock or fire hazards.
- Keep distance from medical devices: Maintain a safe distance from pacemakers, hearing aids and
other implanted medical devices to avoid electromagnetic interference.
- Over-temperature handling: Slight heat during charging is normal. If the charger becomes
excessively hot, disconnect power immediately, let it cool down and stop using it.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Connect Power
1.1Plug one end of the USB-C cable into the charger.
1.2Connect the other end to a certified fast charger (36W PD recommended), then plug the charger
into a wall outlet.
1.3Standby status after power-on: The blue light stays on for 20 seconds for desktop models; the
blue light remains steadily on for car models.
4.2 Charge Your Device
2.1Remove phone cases thicker than 5mm or cases containing metal parts. Do not store magnetic
cards or metal objects inside the case.
2.2Align the center of your device back (where the charging coil is located) with the center of the
charger and lay it flat.
2.3Once properly aligned, the charging icon will appear on your device and charging starts.
2.4Remove your device when charging is complete. Unplug the power if the charger will not be
used for a long time.
4.3 LED Indicator Status
- Power-on Standby: Desktop model — blue light on for 20s; Car model — blue light always on
- Charging in Progress: Desktop model — blue light on for 20s; Car model — light off

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 No charging & indicator off
- Check power supply: Replace with a certified fast charger and cable, and confirm the power outlet
works.
- Verify compatibility: Ensure your device supports Qi wireless charging.
- Remove interference: Take off thick/metal cases and clear metal objects from the charging area.
- Readjust position: Center your device on the charger and fine-tune placement.
5.2 Slow charging
- Power requirement: Use an 18W or higher fast charger. Avoid 5V/1A adapters or computer USB
ports.
- Device limitation: Maximum output is 25W; actual charging power varies by device model.
- Environment & usage: Charging speed drops under high temperature or while using the device
(gaming, video playback). It is recommended to charge with the screen off.
5.3 Flashing indicator (error alert)
- Foreign object detected: Remove metal items, magnetic cards and magnetic accessories from the
charging area.
- Misalignment: Re-center your device.
- Over-temperature protection: Power will be reduced when temperature reaches 70°C.
5.4 Excessive heat
- Normal condition: Wireless charging has an efficiency of around 75%; mild warmth is normal.
- Abnormal handling: Cut off power if the unit is too hot. Check for misalignment, foreign objects
or mismatched power adapters.
6. Maintenance & Care
- Always disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a dry cloth; do not use water or
liquid detergent.
- Store in a dry and ventilated place when not in use for an extended period. Keep away from
moisture and high heat.
- Avoid dropping or impact to prevent damage to the internal coil.
