How should I position my earbuds for charging?
For the best charging experience, we recommend placing your earbuds in
the center of the earbuds charging module.
Is the wireless charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone
case affect charging?
This wireless charger is designed exclusively for iPhones that support
magnetic wireless charging, starting with iPhone 12 and later models.
Cases over 2.5 mm thick or that are non-magnetic may reduce charging
efficiency and are not recommended.
What if my phone is not charging at all?

-Update your phone’s operating system to the latest version.

Is this product large? Is it convenient to carry while traveling?
Yes, it's very lightweight when folded and highly portable. It can easily fit
into small wallets or even jeans pockets, making it ideal for various
occasions like travel, home use, and the office.
After connected to the power supply, The indicator light flashes and then
turns off;then it will stay off when the wireless charger is in standby
mode; it also stays off during charging. The indicator light will flash when
a metal object is detected or the charging status is abnormal.
When charging, if the device is a QI-enabled mobile phone, just put the
device on the corresponding charging area and it will start charging in 1
second. When the device is fully charged or you want to terminate the
charging, just remove it from the charging area.
