INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Open the front door to remove the upper extension triangular trim panel.
2. Remove (2) Philips screws in door grab.
3. Remove the inner door lever bezel.
4. Remove the courtesy lamp cover.
5. Remove door switch panel and disconnect all connectors.
6. Remove the cap trim cover.
7. Remove the door trim cover using trim tool.
STEP 2
1. Remove the foam pad form door sheet panel.
2. Remove (3) 10mm hex nuts securing the factory mirror.
3. Carefully remove the factory mirror.
STEP 3
1. Install the short side of stud onto the new mirror mounting base.
2. Take the new mirror, feed studs through the holes on door panel.
3. Install (2) provided hex nuts onto bottom studs.
4. Take the reinforcment bracket onto the upper stud and secure with the
last nut.
5. Torque to 80 lb in.

STEP 4
1. Take the door trim panel, engage all clips on door panel.
2. Reinstall (2) Philips screws in door grab.
3. Reinstall the inner door lever bezel.
4. Reinstall the courtesy lamp cover.
5. Connect door harness to door switch panel and reinstall door switch
panel.
6. Reinstall the cap trim cover.
STEP 5
1. Repeat above steps on the passenger side.
2. Carefully check all mirror functions before the first drive.
MAINTENANCE
1.Scrub the towing mirror when it is dirty.
2.Get into the habit of folding the towing mirrors when parking.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ÉTAPE 1
7. Ouvrez la porte avant pour retirer le panneau de garniture triangulaire
d'extension supérieure.
8. Retirez les (2) vis Philips de la poignée de porte.
9. Retirez le cadre du levier de porte intérieure.
10. Retirez le couvercle de la lampe de courtoisie.
11. Retirez le panneau de commande de porte et débranchez tous les
connecteurs.
12. Retirez le couvercle du capuchon.
7. Retirez le revêtement de garniture de porte à l'aide de l'outil de garniture.
ÉTAPE 2
1. Retirez le coussin en mousse du panneau de porte.
2. Retirez les (3) écrous hexagonaux de 10 mm fixant le miroir d'usine.
3. Retirez soigneusement le miroir d'usine.
ÉTAPE 3
6. Installez le côté court du goujon sur la nouvelle base de montage du
miroir.

7. Prenez le nouveau miroir, insérez les goujons dans les trous du
panneau de porte.
8. Installez les (2) écrous hexagonaux fournis sur les goujons inférieurs.
9. Placez le support de renfort sur le goujon supérieur et fixez-le avec le
dernier écrou.
10. Serrez à 80 lb-po.
ÉTAPE 4
6. Prenez le panneau de garniture de porte, engagez tous les clips sur le
panneau de porte.
7. Réinstallez les (2) vis Philips dans la poignée de porte.
8. Réinstallez le cadre du levier de porte intérieure.
9. Réinstallez le couvercle de la lampe de courtoisie.
10. Connectez le faisceau de porte au panneau de commutateur de porte
et réinstallez le panneau de commutateur de porte.
6. Réinstallez le couvercle du capuchon.
ÉTAPE 5
2. Répétez les étapes ci-dessus du côté passager.
2. Vérifiez soigneusement toutes les fonctions du rétroviseur avant le
premier trajet.
MAINTENANCE
1. Frottez le rétroviseur de remorquage lorsqu'il est sale.
2. Prenez l'habitude de replier les rétroviseurs de remorquage lors du
stationnement.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
SCHRITT 1
13. Öffnen Sie die Vordertür, um die obere dreieckige Verlängerungsverkleidung
zu entfernen.
14. Entfernen Sie (2) Kreuzschlitzschrauben im Türgriff.
15. Entfernen Sie die innere Türhebelblende.
16. Entfernen Sie die Deckenlampenabdeckung.
17. Entfernen Sie die Türschalttafel und trennen Sie alle Anschlüsse.
18. Entfernen Sie die Kappenverkleidung.
7. Entfernen Sie die Türverkleidungsabdeckung mit dem Verkleidungswerkzeug.
SCHRITT 2
1. Entfernen Sie das Schaumstoffpolster von der Türverkleidung.
2. Entfernen Sie (3) 10-mm-Sechskantmuttern, mit denen der
Werksspiegel befestigt ist.
3. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig den Werksspiegel.
SCHRITT 3
11. Befestigen Sie die kurze Seite des Bolzens an der neuen
Spiegelmontagebasis.

12. Nehmen Sie den neuen Spiegel und führen Sie die Bolzen durch die
Löcher in der Türverkleidung.
13. Installieren Sie (2) der mitgelieferten Sechskantmuttern auf den
unteren Bolzen.
14. Nehmen Sie den Verstärkungswinkel auf den oberen Bolzen und
befestigen Sie ihn mit der letzten Mutter.
15. Mit 80 lb in anziehen.
SCHRITT 4
11. Nehmen Sie die Türverkleidung und lassen Sie alle Clips an der
Türverkleidung einrasten.
12. Bringen Sie die (2) Kreuzschlitzschrauben wieder im Türgriff an.
13. Bringen Sie die innere Türhebelblende wieder an.
14. Bringen Sie die Deckenlampenabdeckung wieder an.
15. Schließen Sie den Türkabelbaum an die Türschalttafel an und
installieren Sie die Türschalttafel wieder.
6. Bringen Sie die Kappenverkleidungsabdeckung wieder an.
SCHRITT 5
3. Wiederholen Sie die obigen Schritte auf der Beifahrerseite.
der ersten Fahrt sorgfältig alle Spiegelfunktionen .
MAINTENANCE
1.Schrubben Sie den Anhängerspiegel, wenn er verschmutzt ist.
2. Gewöhnen Sie sich an, beim Parken die Abschleppspiegel
einzuklappen.

PASSO 1
19. Aprire la porta anteriore per rimuovere il pannello di rivestimento triangolare
dell'estensione superiore.
20. Rimuovere (2) viti a croce Philips nella maniglia della porta.
21. Rimuovere la cornice della leva interna della porta.
22. Rimuovere il coperchio della lampada di cortesia.
23. Rimuovere il pannello degli interruttori della porta e scollegare tutti i connettori.
24. Rimuovere il coperchio del rivestimento del cappuccio.
7. Rimuovere la copertura del rivestimento della portiera utilizzando lo strumento
di rifinitura.
PASSO 2
1. Rimuovere il pannello in lamiera della porta con imbottitura in schiuma.
2. Rimuovere (3) dadi esagonali da 10 mm che fissano lo specchietto di
fabbrica.
3. Rimuovere con attenzione lo specchio di fabbrica.
PASSO 3
16. Installare il lato corto del perno sulla nuova base di montaggio dello
specchio.

17. Prendi il nuovo specchio e fai passare i perni attraverso i fori sul
pannello della porta.
18. Installare i (2) dadi esagonali forniti sui perni inferiori.
19. Portare la staffa di rinforzo sul perno superiore e fissarla con l'ultimo
dado.
20. Coppia a 80 libbre pollici.
PASSO 4
16. Prendi il pannello di rivestimento della porta, aggancia tutti i fermagli
sul pannello della porta.
17. Reinstallare (2) viti Philips nella maniglia della porta.
18. Reinstallare la cornice della leva interna della porta.
19. Reinstallare il coperchio della lampada di cortesia.
20. Collegare il cablaggio della porta al pannello degli interruttori della
porta e reinstallare il pannello degli interruttori della porta.
6. Reinstallare il coperchio del rivestimento del cappuccio.
PASSO 5
4. Ripetere i passaggi precedenti sul lato passeggero.
2. Controllare attentamente tutte le funzioni dello specchietto prima della
prima guida.
MAINTENANCE
1. Strofinare lo specchietto retrovisore quando è sporco.

PASO 1
25. Abra la puerta delantera para quitar el panel de moldura triangular de
extensión superior.
26. Retire los (2) tornillos Philips del agarre de la puerta.
27. Retire el bisel de la palanca de la puerta interior.
28. Retire la cubierta de la lámpara de cortesía.
29. Retire el panel de interruptores de la puerta y desconecte todos los
conectores.
30. Retire la cubierta de la moldura de la tapa.
7. Retire la cubierta de la moldura de la puerta usando la herramienta de moldura.
PASO 2
1. Retire la almohadilla de espuma del panel de la puerta.
2. Retire las (3) tuercas hexagonales de 10 mm que sujetan el espejo de
fábrica.
3. Retire con cuidado el espejo de fábrica.
PASO 3
21. Instale el lado corto del montante en la nueva base de montaje del
espejo.
22. Tome el espejo nuevo y pase los montantes a través de los orificios

del panel de la puerta.
23. Instale (2) tuercas hexagonales proporcionadas en los pernos
inferiores.
24. Coloque el soporte de refuerzo en el perno superior y asegúrelo con la
última tuerca.
25. Apriete a 80 lb pulg.
ETAPA 4
21. Tome el panel de la puerta y enganche todos los clips en el panel de la
puerta.
22. Vuelva a instalar los (2) tornillos Philips en la manija de la puerta.
23. Vuelva a instalar el bisel de la palanca de la puerta interior.
24. Vuelva a instalar la cubierta de la lámpara de cortesía.
25. Conecte el arnés de la puerta al panel de interruptores de la puerta y
reinstale el panel de interruptores de la puerta.
6. Vuelva a instalar la cubierta embellecedora de la tapa.
PASO 5
5. Repita los pasos anteriores en el lado del pasajero.
2. Verifique cuidadosamente todas las funciones de los espejos antes del
primer viaje.
MAINTENANCE
1. Frote el espejo retrovisor cuando esté sucio.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
KROK 1
31. Otwórz przednie drzwi, aby zdjąć trójkątny panel wyko ń czeniowy górnego
przedłużenia.

2. Odkręć (3) nakrętki sześciokątne 10 mm mocujące lusterko fabryczne.
3. Ostrożnie zdejmij lusterko fabryczne.
KROK 3
26. Zamontuj krótszy bok kołka na nowej podstawie montażowej lusterka.
27. Weź nowe lustro i przełóż kołki przez otwory w panelu drzwi.
28. Zamontuj (2) dostarczone nakrętki sześciokątne na dolnych kołkach.
29. Załóż wspornik wzmacniający na górny kołek i zabezpiecz ostatnią

nakrętką.
30. Moment obrotowy do 80 funtów na cal.
KROK 4
26. Weź panel poszycia drzwi i zaczep wszystkie zatrzaski na panelu
drzwi.
27. Ponownie wkręć (2) wkręty Philips w uchwyt drzwi.
28. Zamontuj ponownie osłonę wewnętrznej klamki drzwi.
29. Załóż ponownie osłonę dodatkowej lampki.
30. Podłącz wiązkę przewodów drzwi do panelu przełączników drzwi i
ponownie zamontuj panel przełączników drzwi.
6. Załóż ponownie osłonę osłony.
KROK 5
6. Powtórz powyższe kroki po stronie pasażera.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STAP 1
37. Open de voordeur om het bovenste driehoekige sierpaneel te verwijderen.
38. Verwijder (2) Philips-schroeven in de deurgreep.
39. Verwijder de binnenzijde van de deurhendel.
40. Verwijder de afdekking van de plafondlamp.
41. Verwijder het deurschakelpaneel en koppel alle connectoren los.
42. Verwijder de kaptrimafdekking.
7. Verwijder de deurbekleding met behulp van het trimgereedschap.
STAP 2
1. Verwijder het schuimkussentje van het deurpaneel.
2. Verwijder (3) 10 mm zeskantmoeren waarmee de fabrieksspiegel is
bevestigd.
3. Verwijder voorzichtig de fabrieksspiegel.
STAP 3
31. Installeer de korte zijde van het tapeind op de nieuwe
spiegelmontagebasis.
32. Neem de nieuwe spiegel en voer de noppen door de gaten in het
deurpaneel.
33. Installeer (2) de meegeleverde zeskantmoeren op de onderste

tapeinden.
34. Plaats de verstevigingsbeugel op het bovenste tapeind en zet deze
vast met de laatste moer.
35. Aandraaien tot 80 lb in.
STAP 4
31. Neem het deurbekledingspaneel en maak alle clips op het deurpaneel
vast.
32. Plaats de (2) Philips-schroeven opnieuw in de deurgreep.
33. Plaats het omlijsting van de binnendeurhendel terug.
34. Plaats de afdekking van de plafondlamp terug.
35. Sluit de deurbedrading aan op het deurschakelpaneel en installeer het
deurschakelpaneel opnieuw.
6. Plaats de kaptrimafdekking terug.
STAP 5
7. Herhaal bovenstaande stappen aan de passagierszijde.
de eerste rit zorgvuldig alle spiegelfuncties .
MAINTENANCE
1.Schrob de trekspiegel als deze vuil is.
2. Maak er een gewoonte van om de trekspiegels in te klappen tijdens het
parkeren.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEG 1
43. Öppna den främre luckan för att ta bort den övre förlängningens triangulära
klädselpanel.
44. Ta bort (2) Philips skruvar i dörrhandtaget.
45. Ta bort den inre dörrhandtagets ram.
46. Ta bort skyddslampans lock.
47. Ta bort dörrbrytarpanelen och koppla loss alla kontakter.
48. Ta bort locktrimsskyddet.
7. Ta bort dörrbeklädnaden med hjälp av trimverktyget.
STEG 2
1. Ta bort skumkudden från dörrpanelen.
2. Ta bort (3) 10 mm sexkantsmuttrar som håller fast fabriksspegeln.
3. Ta försiktigt bort fabriksspegeln.
STEG 3
36. Montera dubbens kortsida på den nya spegelmonteringsbasen.
37. Ta den nya spegeln, för dubbarna genom hålen på dörrpanelen.
38. Montera (2) medföljande sexkantsmuttrar på nedre bultar.
39. Ta förstärkningsfästet på den övre tappen och fäst med den sista
muttern.

40. Vridmoment till 80 lb in.
STEG 4
36. Ta dörrbeklädnaden, fäst alla klämmor på dörrpanelen.
37. Sätt tillbaka (2) Philips skruvar i dörrhandtaget.
38. Sätt tillbaka den inre dörrspakens ram.
39. Sätt tillbaka taklampans lock.
40. Anslut dörrkabelkabeln till dörrströmbrytarpanelen och sätt tillbaka
dörrbrytarpanelen.
6. Sätt tillbaka kåpans täcklock.
STEG 5
8. Upprepa ovanstående steg på passagerarsidan.
2. Kontrollera noggrant alla spegelfunktioner innan den första körningen.
MAINTENANCE
1.Skrubba dragspegeln när den är smutsig.
2. Ta för vana att fälla dragspeglarna vid parkering.
