INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Open the front door to remove the upper extension triangular trim panel.
2. Remove (3) rubber plug beside triangular trim panel.
3. Remove the courtesy lamp cover.

4. Pry up the door switch panel, and disconnect all connctors.
5. Remove (2) 7mm bolts.
6.Carefully pull the door trim panel up and remove courtesy lamp socket.
STEP 2
1. Peel up the weather shield (do not remove), and disconnect mirror
harness.
2. Remove (4) 11mm hex nuts.
3. Carefully remove factory mirror.
4. Cut off the ridge on the base of the new mirror.

STEP 3
1. Take the new mirror, feed studs and harness through the holes on door
panel.
2. Install (4) provided hex nuts to secure the new mirror. Torque to 80 lb in.
3. Connect mirror harness, 99-02 models require the provided adaptor.
STEP 4
1. Take the door trim panel, reinstall the courtesy lamp socket and feed the
door lock tab through the hole.
2. Positon the door trim panel and reinstall (2) 7mm bolts.
3. Connect all conenctor back to door switch panel, and reinstall the panel.
4. Reinstall the courtesy lamp cover.
5. Reinstall the triangular trim panel and (3) rubber plugs.
STEP 5
1. Repeat above steps on the passenger side.
2. Carefully check all mirror functions before the first drive.

1.Scrub the towing mirror when it is dirty.
2.Get into the habit of folding the towing mirrors when parking.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ÉTAPE 1
1. Ouvrez la porte avant pour retirer le panneau de garniture triangulaire
d'extension supérieure.
2. Retirez le (3) bouchon en caoutchouc à côté du panneau de garniture
triangulaire.
3. Retirez le couvercle de la lampe de courtoisie.
4. Soulevez le panneau de commande de la porte et débranchez tous les
connecteurs.
5. Retirez les (2) boulons de 7 mm.
6. Tirez délicatement le panneau de garniture de porte vers le haut et retirez la
douille de la lampe d'accueil.
ÉTAPE 2
5. Décollez la protection contre les intempéries (ne la retirez pas) et
débranchez le faisceau du rétroviseur.
6. Retirez les (4) écrous hexagonaux de 11 mm.
7. Retirez soigneusement le miroir d'usine.
8. Coupez la crête sur la base du nouveau miroir.

ÉTAPE 3
4. Prenez le nouveau rétroviseur, insérez les goujons et le harnais dans
les trous du panneau de porte.
5. Installez les (4) écrous hexagonaux fournis pour fixer le nouveau miroir.
Serrez à 80 lb-po.
6. Connectez le faisceau de rétroviseur, les modèles 99-02 nécessitent
l'adaptateur fourni.
ÉTAPE 4
5. Prenez le panneau de garniture de porte, réinstallez la douille de la
lampe de courtoisie et faites passer la languette de verrouillage de la porte
à travers le trou.
6. Positionnez le panneau de garniture de porte et réinstallez (2) boulons
de 7 mm.
7. Rebranchez tous les connecteurs au panneau d'interrupteur de porte et
réinstallez le panneau.
8. Réinstallez le couvercle de la lampe de courtoisie.
5. Réinstallez le panneau de garniture triangulaire et les (3) bouchons en
caoutchouc.
ÉTAPE 5
2. Répétez les étapes ci-dessus du côté passager.

2. Vérifiez soigneusement toutes les fonctions du rétroviseur avant le
premier trajet.

MAINTENANCE
1. Frottez le rétroviseur de remorquage lorsqu'il est sale.
2. Prenez l'habitude de replier les rétroviseurs de remorquage lors du
stationnement.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
SCHRITT 1
1. Öffnen Sie die Vordertür, um die obere dreieckige Verlängerungsverkleidung zu
entfernen.
2. Entfernen Sie (3) Gummistopfen neben der dreieckigen Verkleidung.
3. Entfernen Sie die Deckenlampenabdeckung.
4. Hebeln Sie die Türschaltertafel hoch und trennen Sie alle Steckverbinder.
5. Entfernen Sie (2) 7-mm-Schrauben.
6. Ziehen Sie die Türverkleidung vorsichtig nach oben und entfernen Sie die
Fassung der Innenbeleuchtung.
SCHRITT 2
9. Ziehen Sie den Wetterschutz ab (nicht entfernen) und trennen Sie den
Spiegelkabelbaum.
10. Entfernen Sie (4) 11-mm-Sechskantmuttern.
11. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig den Werksspiegel.
12. Schneiden Sie den Grat an der Basis des neuen Spiegels ab.

SCHRITT 3
7. Nehmen Sie den neuen Spiegel, führen Sie die Bolzen und den
Kabelbaum durch die Löcher in der Türverkleidung.
8. Installieren Sie (4) der mitgelieferten Sechskantmuttern, um den neuen
Spiegel zu befestigen. Mit 80 lb in anziehen.
9. Schließen Sie den Spiegelkabelbaum an. Für die Modelle 99–02 ist
der mitgelieferte Adapter erforderlich.
SCHRITT 4
9. Nehmen Sie die Türverkleidung, bringen Sie die Fassung der
Innenbeleuchtung wieder an und führen Sie die Türverriegelungslasche
durch das Loch.
10. Positionieren Sie die Türverkleidung und bringen Sie die (2)
7-mm-Schrauben wieder an.
11. Schließen Sie alle Steckverbinder wieder an die Türschaltertafel an
und installieren Sie die Tafel wieder.
12. Bringen Sie die Deckenlampenabdeckung wieder an.
5. Bringen Sie die dreieckige Verkleidung und die (3) Gummistopfen
wieder an.
SCHRITT 5
3. Wiederholen Sie die obigen Schritte auf der Beifahrerseite.

PASSO 1
1. Aprire la porta anteriore per rimuovere il pannello di rivestimento triangolare
dell'estensione superiore.
2. Rimuovere il (3) tappo di gomma accanto al pannello di rivestimento triangolare.
3. Rimuovere il coperchio della lampada di cortesia.
4. Sollevare il pannello degli interruttori sulla porta e scollegare tutti i connettori.
5. Rimuovere (2) bulloni da 7 mm.
6. Tirare verso l'alto con cautela il pannello di rivestimento della portiera e
rimuovere il portalampada della lampada di cortesia.
PASSO 2
13. Staccare la protezione dalle intemperie (non rimuoverla) e scollegare il
cablaggio dello specchietto.
14. Rimuovere (4) dadi esagonali da 11 mm.
15. Rimuovere con attenzione lo specchietto di fabbrica.
16. Taglia la cresta sulla base del nuovo specchio.

PASSO 3
10. Prendi il nuovo specchietto, inserisci i prigionieri e il cablaggio
attraverso i fori sul pannello della portiera.
11. Installare i (4) dadi esagonali forniti per fissare il nuovo specchietto.
Coppia a 80 libbre pollici.
12. Collegare il cablaggio dello specchietto, i modelli 99-02 richiedono
l'adattatore fornito.
PASSO 4
13. Prendi il pannello di rivestimento della porta, reinstalla il portalampada
della lampada di cortesia e fai passare la linguetta della serratura della
porta attraverso il foro.
14. Posizionare il pannello di rivestimento della porta e reinstallare (2)
bulloni da 7 mm.
15. Ricollegare tutti i connettori al pannello degli interruttori della porta e
reinstallare il pannello.
16. Reinstallare il coperchio della lampada di cortesia.
5. Reinstallare il pannello di rivestimento triangolare e (3) i tappi di gomma.
PASSO 5
4. Ripetere i passaggi precedenti sul lato passeggero.
2. Controllare attentamente tutte le funzioni dello specchietto prima della

PASO 1
1. Abra la puerta delantera para quitar el panel de moldura triangular de extensión
superior.
2. Retire los (3) tapones de goma al lado del panel de moldura triangular.
3. Retire la cubierta de la lámpara de cortesía.
4. Levante el panel de interruptores de la puerta y desconecte todos los
conectores.
5. Retire los (2) pernos de 7 mm.
6.Con cuidado, levante el panel de la puerta y retire el portalámparas de cortesía.
PASO 2
17. Despegue el protector contra la intemperie (no lo quite) y desconecte
el arnés del espejo.
18. Retire las (4) tuercas hexagonales de 11 mm.
19. Retire con cuidado el espejo de fábrica.
20. Corta la cresta en la base del nuevo espejo.

PASO 3
13. Tome el espejo nuevo, pase los pernos y el arnés a través de los
orificios en el panel de la puerta.
14. Instale (4) tuercas hexagonales proporcionadas para asegurar el
nuevo espejo. Apriete a 80 lb pulg.
15. Conecte el arnés del espejo, los modelos 99-02 requieren el
adaptador provisto.
ETAPA 4
17. Tome el panel de la puerta, vuelva a instalar el portalámparas de
cortesía y pase la pestaña de bloqueo de la puerta a través del orificio.
18. Coloque el panel de la puerta y vuelva a instalar (2) pernos de 7 mm.
19. Conecte todos los conectores nuevamente al panel de interruptores
de la puerta y reinstale el panel.
20. Vuelva a instalar la cubierta de la lámpara de cortesía.
5. Vuelva a instalar el panel de moldura triangular y los (3) tapones de
goma.
PASO 5
5. Repita los pasos anteriores en el lado del pasajero.
2. Verifique cuidadosamente todas las funciones de los espejos antes del
primer viaje.

1. Otwórz przednie drzwiczki, aby zdjąć trójkątny panel wykończeniowy górnego

22. Usuń (4) nakrętki sześciokątne 11 mm.
23. Ostrożnie zdejmij lusterko fabryczne.
24. Odetnij grzbiet na podstawie nowego lustra.

16. Weź nowe lusterko, przełóż kołki i uprząż przez otwory w panelu drzwi.
17. Zamontuj (4) dostarczone nakrętki sześciokątne, aby zabezpieczyć
nowe lusterko. Moment obrotowy do 80 funtów na cal.
18. Podłącz wiązkę lusterek, modele 99-02 wymagają dostarczonego
adaptera.
KROK 4
21. Weź panel poszycia drzwi, zainstaluj ponownie gniazdo lampki nocnej
i przełóż wypustkę zamka drzwi przez otwór.
22. Załóż panel poszycia drzwi i ponownie przykręć (2) śruby 7 mm.
23. Podłącz wszystkie złącza z powrotem do panelu przełączników drzwi i
zainstaluj panel ponownie.
24. Załóż ponownie osłonę dodatkowej lampki.
5. Zamontuj ponownie trójkątny panel wykończeniowy i (3) gumowe
zatyczki.
KROK 5
6. Powtórz powyższe kroki po stronie pasażera.
Przed pierwszą jazdą dokładnie sprawdź działanie wszystkich lusterek .

STAP 1
1. Open de voordeur om het bovenste, driehoekige sierpaneel te verwijderen.
2. Verwijder (3) rubberen plug naast het driehoekige sierpaneel.
3. Verwijder de afdekking van de plafonnier.
4. Wrik het deurschakelpaneel omhoog en koppel alle connectoren los.
5. Verwijder (2) 7 mm bouten.
6. Trek het portierbekledingspaneel voorzichtig omhoog en verwijder de fitting van
de plafonnier.
STAP 2
25. Trek het weersscherm omhoog (niet verwijderen) en koppel de
spiegelbedrading los.
26. Verwijder (4) 11 mm zeskantmoeren.
27. Verwijder de fabrieksspiegel voorzichtig.
28. Snij de rand op de basis van de nieuwe spiegel af.

STAP 3
19. Neem de nieuwe spiegel, voer de noppen en kabelboom door de
gaten in het deurpaneel.
20. Installeer (4) de meegeleverde zeskantmoeren om de nieuwe spiegel
vast te zetten. Aandraaien tot 80 lb in.
21. Sluit de spiegelkabelboom aan, 99-02-modellen hebben de
meegeleverde adapter nodig.
STAP 4
25. Neem het portierbekledingspaneel, plaats de fitting van de plafonnière
terug en steek het lipje van het deurslot door het gat.
26. Plaats het deurbekledingspaneel en installeer (2) 7 mm bouten
opnieuw.
27. Sluit alle connectoren weer aan op het deurschakelpaneel en
installeer het paneel opnieuw.
28. Plaats de afdekking van de plafondlamp terug.
5. Plaats het driehoekige sierpaneel en (3) rubberen pluggen terug.
STAP 5
7. Herhaal bovenstaande stappen aan de passagierszijde.
2. Controleer vóór de eerste rit zorgvuldig alle spiegelfuncties.

6. Dra försiktigt upp dörrbeklädnaden och ta bort hyllans lampsockel.
STEG 2
29. Dra av väderskyddet (ta inte bort) och koppla loss spegelselen.
30. Ta bort (4) 11 mm sexkantsmuttrar.
31. Ta försiktigt bort fabriksspegeln.
32. Skär av åsen på basen av den nya spegeln.

22. Ta den nya spegeln, matningsbultarna och selen genom hålen på
dörrpanelen.
23. Montera (4) medföljande sexkantsmuttrar för att säkra den nya
spegeln. Vridmoment till 80 lb in.
24. Anslut spegelsele, 99-02 modeller kräver medföljande adapter.
STEG 4
29. Ta dörrbeklädnaden, sätt tillbaka inredningslampans sockel och för
dörrlåsfliken genom hålet.
30. Placera dörrbeklädnaden och sätt tillbaka (2) 7 mm bultar.
31. Anslut alla kontaktdon tillbaka till dörromkopplarpanelen och sätt
tillbaka panelen.
32. Sätt tillbaka taklampans lock.
5. Sätt tillbaka den triangulära dekorpanelen och (3) gummipluggarna.
STEG 5
8. Upprepa ovanstående steg på passagerarsidan.
2. Kontrollera noggrant alla spegelfunktioner innan den första körningen.
