sensor (inside the light-emitting window) detect a valid skin reading.

--WE RECOMMEND you look away from the device when flashing onto
your skin.

2.Product Information
IPL hair removal device is based on the advanced Intense Pulsed Light
(IPL) technology. The light penetrates the epidermis to the dermis and is
absorbed by the melanin in the hair shaft. The heat generated by the
absorbed light then dissipates into the follicle and generates local
thermal damage, causing a reduction in hair growth.
AP32 Sapphire Cooling IPL hair removal device is an over-the-counter
intended for the removal of unwanted hair. AP32 device is also intended
for permanent reduction in hair regrowth, defined as a long-term, stable
reduction in the number of hair regrowing when measured at 6, 9 and 12
months after the completion of treatment regimen.
2.1 Applicable Conditions

over-the-counter device intended for removal of unwanted body hair.
-Suitable for the place: Indoor
-Suitable for the crowds: People aged over 18
-Suitable for the body parts: Small areas such as underarm and facial
hair, armpit, bikini line and large areas such as hands, legs.
-Suitable for the skin tones: Various, but not recommended for dark skin,
Phototyping Scale which was developed by Harvard Medical School
complexion and their tolerance of sunlight, and there are six levels of
skin tones in the scale. The product is suitable for the skin tone in Type I
to Type IV. Please identify your skin color and check the following figure
and table to see whether the product is applicable:

3.Operation Procedure
3.1 Skin Sensitivity Test
If this is your first time to use the device or firstly use it in a new part,
please select a small part of position in use part to make skin sensitivity
1)Select low-level such as Level-1 or Level-2;
2)Operate skin area according to above operation guidance and use
notice;
3)After skin is tested for 30 minutes, check test skin response;
4)If skin of test part is normal, then it can be used continuously, please
test it after 24 hours if your skin is red and swollen.
3.2 Preparing Yourself

3.3 Device Set-up
1) Remove the AP32 Sapphire Cooling IPL Hair Removal Device and its
accessories from the gift box firstly;
2) Make sure the device is clean, dry and intact before beginning the
treatment;
3) Plug power adapter end into an electrical outlet and the cord side into
the device and connect in place. Then the logo indicator of the device will
be lighted up .

-Place the device on a table or place near an electrical wall outlet. Move

3.4 Getting Started
1) Long touch the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The
fan inside will be active and you can hear its sounds, as well as the icons
lights up ( power button, red/blue light button, level button ).
NOTE 1: Ice cooling start up by default when power on every time.

3) Wear the protective glasses to prevent the light to sting your eyes.

4) Let the treatment window touch the expected body area of your skin
closely and vertically, and when the indicator lights up, it means the light
button can be activated for hair removal. Press the trigger button and the
device would emit a flash. Every area is suggested to operate two to three
times, in order to achieve the optimal effect.

5) Red light turns on by default every time when turns on the device, light
touch the red/blue light button to switch to blue light.
NOTE3: Red light is for skin rejuvenation, blue light is for anti-inflamma-

3.5 Treatment Schedule

3.6 NOTE(s): Error reminder function during operation
Error reminders that may be encountered when the device is running
include the following:
1)The first indicator of energy gear flash: it indicates a reminder of input
voltage abnormality. When the voltage lower than the value, or exceeds
the highest value, the device will give a first indicator flash reminder.

2)The second indicator of energy gear flash: it indicates a reminder of fan
abnormality. When the device fan is not working, the device will give a
second indicator flash reminder. Customers need to contact the
after-sales department.
3)The third indicator of energy gear flash: it indicates a reminder of
capacitor abnormality. When the device capacitor is not working, the
device will give a third indicator flash reminder. Customers need to
contact the after-sales department.
4)The forth indicator of energy gear flash: it indicates a reminder of
over-temperature protection. When the device temperature exceeds the
highest value, the device will give a forth indicator flash reminder.
Customers should stop using the device and wait for the device tempera-
ture to cool before the device can be used normally again.
5)The fifth indicator of energy gear flash: it indicates that the flash is
missed. When the treatment window touch the skin, it can’t emit flash,
the device will give a fifth indicator flash reminder. Customers need to
contact the after-sales department.

4.Aftercare
4.1 Possible Side Effects
When using AP32 Sapphire Cooling IPL hair removal device according to
the instructions for use, side effects are rare. However, every aesthetic
procedure including the usage of home use devices may cause some
degree of side effects. If any of the following conditions (refer to Side
Effect Table below) appear and last more than 24 hours, you should
consult your physician or dermatologist.

4.2 Maintenance And Storage
Cleaning
-Make sure to turn off and unplug AP32 Sapphire Cooling IPL hair
removal device before cleaning.
-It is recommended to clean the treatment window after every session by
using a dry and clean cloth to gently wipe.
NOTE: If the filth such as hair stubble, cosmetics is difficult to be removed,
you can dip a cotton swab or clean cloth in medicinal alcohol to remove
it.

Storage
