About safety devices
To prevent sudden failure of the product or safety malfunction due to
overheating of the lithium battery, the product is equipped with a safety
device.
If pushing the mop head too hard, the safety device activates and the mop
head will stop automatically. The product will stop working if the bottom plate
is winded by other things for the safety device will start.
Safety device works:
Firstly, please turn off the power button immediately. The product continues
to work when the fuse of the safety device is recovered. If the product is off
work, and you do not t urn off t he power in time, the product will not st art to
work. Please insert the charging cable into the charging port of the mop to
activate the safety device so that the product can work normally.
