Instructions for Use

Congratulations on the purchase of your new “Daylight”. The product will offer

many years of reliable usage if handled correctly. Please keep your receipt,

these instructions and the original packaging safe in case of future require-

ment.

Please read the instructions carefully to gain the most benet from your new

“Daylight”, although the usage guidelines in this document do not replace the

advice of your qualied medical advisor.

Intended Use:

Medical intended use of this appliance is to treat the symptoms of SAD (sea-

sonal affective disorder) or winter depression. “Daylight” is intended to boost

people’s energy levels, to adjust circadian rhythms and make people feel more

awake. “Daylight” is safe and medically proven to provide relief from the symp-

toms of SAD.

How does the “Daylight” work?

In autumn and winter, the seasons with the least sunlight because of shorter

days, the lack of sunlight and a problem with certain brain chemicals stops

the hypothalamus working properly. The lack of light is thought to affect the

production of the hormone melatonin (that makes you sleepy).

“Daylight” uses bright lights to simulate the sunlight during the darker autumn

and winter, whilst eliminating the dangerous UV rays contained in sunlight. The

additional light helps your brain to reduce to production of hormone melatonin,

adjust the levels of melatonin that can help the symptoms of SAD or winter

depression.

Seasonal Affective Disorder:

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) as known as winter depression or winter

blues.

It may cause people to:

• Feel low, listless or fatigued Less active than normal

• Have trouble concentrating Need for more sleep

• Lacking in energy

Symptoms occur during the same season each year. Most people with SAD

start to have symptoms during winter and feel better in summer.

Contradiction:

The following conditions may be contradiction for use of this appliance:

• suffer(ed) from severe depression

• recent eye surgery or a diagnosed eye condition whereby doctor has ad-

vised you to avoid bright light on specic medication (i.e. certain

antidepressants, psychotropic drugs or malaria tablets);

• have high blood pressure with vitreous hemorrhage;

• skin sensitive to light, such as systemic lupus erythematosus

Always consult your doctor before your start using this

appliance if you have any of the above conditions.

Measures to avoid, minimize or alleviate these side effects:

• Increase the treatment distance

• Avoid using the appliance during the late evening or before sleep

• Do not use this appliance in wet surroundings (e.g. in the bathroom or

near a shower). Do not immerse appliance in water or any other liquid.

• Keep the cord away from hot objects and open ames.

• Always remove the mains plug and let the appliance cool off before you

touch it.

• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands while it is plugged in;

do not allow any water to be sprayed onto it.

The appliance must be operated only when it is completely dry.

• Protect the appliance from strong impacts.

• Avoid pulling the cord when removing the plug from the socket. Instead,

hold the plug.

• If the cord or the appliance is damaged, contact customer service or the

dealer, since special tools are needed to make repairs. Never try to repair

EMC information

Warning: Use of this appliance adjacent to or stacked with other device

should be avoided because it could result in improper operation. If such use

is necessary, this appliance and the other device should be observed to verify

that they are operating normally. If the appliance does not light on or ickering,

it means that the appliance is not operating normally.

Warning: Do not change any cable without authorization of the manufacturer.

Use of cables other than those specied or provided by the manufacturer of

this appliance could result in increased electromagnetic emissions or de-

creased electromagnetic immunity of this appliance and result in improper

operation.

Warning: Don’t near active HF surgical equipment and the RF shielded room

of an ME system for magnetic resonance imaging, where the intensity of EM

disturbances is high.

Warning: Portable RF communications equipment (including peripherals such

as antenna cables and external antennas) should be used no closer than 30

cm to any part of this appliance, including power cable. Otherwise, degrada-

tion of the performance of this equipment could result.

If the appliance does not light on or ickering due to the electromagnetic dis-

turbances, do not use it and try to place the appliance in other location.

For maintaining the basic safety and essential performance with regard to

electromagnetic disturbances for the expected service life, please precaution

to take if the use location is near (e.g. less than 1,5 km from) from AM, FM or

TV broadcast antennas.

Maintenance and Repairs

• Avoid exposing the screen to direct sunlight,

spotlight or any other heat source.

• Do not use alcohol or ammonia base liquid to clean the screen.

• The cleaning information provided in the section “Cleaning”.

• Please do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. This could result in

serious injuries. Failure to observe this regulation shall void the warranty.

• If this appliance is damaged in any way or it is not working, it should not

be operated. Please try to x the problem according to FAQ table.

If the problem is still not resolved, please contact customer service or the

dealer, since special tools are needed to make repairs.

Never try to repair the appliance yourself.

Unit Description

Setup

1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.

2. Fold the stand out and place the appliance on a solid surface, such as a

table.

3. Place the appliance approximately 20-60 cm from your eyes, the light must

bathe your face from the side.

Mains Connection

Connect the appliance only to the mains voltage listed on the type plate.

Push the plug completely into the mains socket.

• Push the plug completely into the mains socket.

• Ensure that there is a socket near the place where the appliance will

stand.

• Lay the mains cable in such a way that no one can trip over it.

Fastening of Daylight on the wall

There is a mounting hole on the back side of the appliance. At this mounting

hole the appliance can be xed on the wall with screw. Depending on the

type of wall, an appropriate screw must be used, may be with pegs. E.g. for

concrete wall, M4, 25mm long Stainless Steel Self-Tapping Screw which is

screwed into a anchor.

The screw and the anchor are not included in the scope of delivery.

Operation

Before use, please check the appliance for damage or faults.

\If you notice any damage or faults on the appliance,

do not use it and contact customer services or your supplier.

1. Turning On

Press the ON/OFF button once of the appliance to turn on.

2. Taking the light

You can read, write, make telephone calls or work while you use the appliance.

When using the appliance, try to maintain the recommended

distance between your eyes and the appliance.

Usage guidelines are as follows:

In effect, the closer you are to the source of light,

the less time you need to use it.

Note

• Do not look directly into the light continuously.

• Some eye pain or mild headaches may be experienced during initial

sessions but these should pass. If in doubt just lower your treatment times

until you feel comfortable again.

• Do not leave the appliance unattended in the duration.

• Do not touch the appliance in the duration. Let the appliance cool down for

at least 15 minutes before repositioning it.

• Do not block vent holes in the duration.

Enjoying light over longer periods

During the darkest period of the year, repeat the treatment for at least 7

consecutive days, or longer, depending on your individual requirements.

4. Switching off

Press the ON/OFF button of the appliance to switch off the light.

Pull the mains plug from the socket.

Let the appliance cool down for at least 15 minutes before storing it away.

Cleaning

• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.

• Clean using a damp cloth, to which you can

apply a little detergent if necessary.

• Do not let water run into the appliance or spill water onto the appliance.

• Cleaning can be done once per month.

Storage

When this appliance is not being used, it should be stored in a dry location out

of reach of children. Do not keep the appliance connected to a power source.

Follow the storage instructions provided in the section

“Technical Specication”.

Replacing the lamp tubes

In the event that the lights are faulty, or when they come to end of their life, the

two light tubes can be replaced. NOTE: Do not replace the lamp tubes which

are not provided by the supplier. To do so, proceed as follows:

• Always unplug the appliance and let it cool off.

• For safety reasons, do not remove any components or screws other than

those specied below.

Warning

Before you clean the appliance,

always switch it off, unplug it and let it cool off.

1. Slacken the retaining screws on the back us-

ing a screwdriver, lay the apparatus on its back

and remove the screen.

Note

The four brackets on the front of the screen will

become loose when the screws are slackened.

Take care not to lose them, or the screen cannot

be retted correctly.

2. Cut the cable ties and bend the tube’s two

transparent retaining clips by pulling them gently

upwards.

Note

Cable ties are used for transport protection only.

Cleaning up a Broken Tube

3. Carefully pull the tube up over the housing rim

(1) and out of the housing,

then sideways out of the frame (2).

4. When inserting the tube, following these

instructions in reverse order.

The light tubes contain a small amount of mercury sealed within the glass

tubing, when a tube breaks in your home, some of this mercury is released as

mercury vapor. To minimize exposure to mercury vapor, we recommend that

users follow the cleanup and disposal steps as follows:

Before Cleanup:

• Have people and pets leave the room and air out the room for 5-10

minutes by opening a window or door to the outdoor environment.

• Shut off the central forced air heating/ air-conditioning system,

if you have one.

• Collect material needed to clean up broken tube, just like: stiff paper or

cardboard, sticky tape, damp paper towels or disposable wet wipes.

During Cleanup:

• Vacuuming is not recommended unless broken glass

remains after all other cleanup steps have been taken.

Vacuuming could spread mercury-containing powder or mercury vapor.

• Be thorough in collecting broken glass and visible powder.

• Place cleanup materials in a sealable container.

After Cleanup:

• Promptly place all bulb debris and cleanup materials outdoors in a trash

container or protected area until materials can be disposed of properly.

Avoid leaving any bulb fragments or cleanup materials indoors.

• If practical, continue to air out the room where the bulb was broken and

leave the heating/air conditioning system shut off for several hours.

1. Allumage de la lampe

Appuyez sur le bouton MARCHE/ARRÊT situé sur le dessus de la lampe pour

l’allumer.

2. Expositionàlalumière

À présent, asseyez-vous devant la lampe, ou aussi près de celle-ci que

quevousutilisezvotrelampe:lecture,écriture,coupsdel,etc.Lorsquevous

entrevotrevisageetl’appareil.

Nettoyer une ampoule cassée

Les ampoules de la lampe contiennent une faible quantité de mercure.

Lorsqu’uneampoulesebriseàl’intérieurdevotredomicile,unepartiedece

mercures’échappesousformedevapeur.Pourlimiterl’expositionàlavapeur

de mercure, nous recommandons de respecter les étapes de nettoyage et

d’éliminationsuivantes:

Avant le nettoyage :

- Évacuerlespersonnesetlesanimauxdomestiquesdelapièce,etaérer5à

10minutesenouvrantunefenêtreouuneportedonnantsurl’extérieur.

- Éteindrelesystèmedechauffageàairpulséoulaclimatisation,lecas

échéant.

- Réunir le matériel nécessaire au nettoyage (papier rigide ou carton, ruban

adhésif, papier essuie-tout ou serviette jetable humide).

Pendant le nettoyage :

Aufstellen und Inbetriebnahme:

Tisch–undstabilisieren Sie den Stand mit Hilfe des ausklappbaren Stativs. Stecken

Montage der Tageslichtlampe an einer Wand.

Auf der Rückseite des Geräts befinden sich ein Montageloch. Sie können die

Tageslichtlampe an einer

Schraube aufhängen. Je nach Wand müssen Sie eine geeignete Befestigungsart

wählen z.B. bei Beton

eine Schraube und Dübel. Das Befestigungsmaterial ist nicht im Lieferumfang

enthalten.

Wichtig

Im Zuge der ersten Anwendungen können gegebenenfalls Augen- und

Kopfschmerzen auftreten, welche in den Folgesitzungen ausbleiben, da sich das

Nervensystem dann an die neuen Reize angepasst hat. Unterbrechen Sie in

diesem Fall die Anwendung und reduzieren Sie die Nutzungsdauer.

Anwendungsdauer:

Der empfohlene Abstand zwischen Gesicht und Lampe beträgt 20 - 50 cm.

Bei einem Abstand von 20cm sollte die Anwendungsdauer höchstens 0,5 Stunden

am Tag betragen.

Bei einem Abstand von 40cm sollte die Anwendungsdauer höchstens 1 Stunde am

Tag betragen. Bei einem Abstand von 60cm sollte die

Anwendungsdauer höchstens

2 Stunde am Tag betragen. Grundsätzlich gilt - je näher man der Lichtquelle ist,

desto kürzer die Anwendungszeit.

Anwendungszeitraum:

Wiederholen Sie die Anwendung in den lichtarmen Jahreszeiten bzw.

unter lichtarmen Bedingungen mind. an 7 aufeinander folgenden Tagen oder –

entsprechend Ihrer individuellen Bedürfnisse – auch länger. Ideal ist die

Anwendung in den Morgenstunden.

ReinigungundPflege:

Vor der Reinigung muss das Gerät abgeschaltet, vom Netz genommen und

ausreichend abgekühlt sein. Zur Reinigung nutzen Sie ein feuchtes Tuch und

gegebenenfalls etwas Spülmittel. Achten Sie hierbei darauf, dass kein Wasser in

der Innere des Gerätes vordringt. Nutzen Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel und

setzen Sie das Gerät niemals Wasser aus. Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht in einer

Spülmaschine.

Im angeschlossenen Zustand darf das Gerät nicht mit feuchten Händen angefasst

werden. Das Gerät darf keinem spritzenden Wasser ausgesetzt werden und darf

nur im trockenen Zustand bedient werden.

Ersetzen der Leuchtstoffröhren

Sollte die Leuchtmittel defekt sein oder das Ende Ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht habe,

können Sie diese aus-tauschen. Verwenden Sie hierzu nur vom Herstellen

zugelassene Ersatzleuchtmittel.

Sollte das Befestigungsloch beschädigt sein, hängen Sie die Lampe nicht auf und

wenden Sie sich an

den Kundenservice.

ACHTUNG!

Nach dem Gebrauch ist die Lampe heiß. Lassen Sie das Gerät zuerst ausreichend

lange (10 Minuten) abkühlen, bevor Sie es anfassen und beräumen!

Grundlegende Anwendung

Setzen Sie sich in die Nähe (20 bis 50cm Entfernung vom Gesicht) der Lampe.

Während der Anwendung können Sie Alltagshandlungen nachgehen und

beispielsweise lesen, schreiben und telefonieren.

Notiz

Die Lampe erreicht erst nach ein paar Minuten die vollständige Helligkeit.

•Blicken Sie hin und wieder kurz direkt in das Licht.

•Blicken Sie nicht während des gesamten Zeitraums der Anwendung direkt in das

Licht. Hierdurch könnte unter Umständen zu einer Überreizung der Netzhaut kommen.

•Fangen Sie mit einer kürzeren Bestrahlungsdauer an, die dann im Laufe einer Woche

sukzessive gesteigert werden kann.

vorsichtig über den Gehäuserand (1)

und dann zur Seite weg.

4. Setzen Sie die neuen Leuchtmittel

ein und bauen das Gehäuse in

umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder

zusammen.

Die Leuchtmittel enthalten eine geringe Menge Quecksilber. Sollte eines Zerbrechen

tritt das Quecksilber als Quecksilber-dampf aus. Damit Sie diesem so wenig wie

möglich ausgesetzt werden, beachten Sie folgende Schritte zur Entsorgung:

Vor dem Entsorgen:

•Alle Personen und Haustiere müssen den Raum umgehend verlassen. Belüften Sie

den Raum durch Öffnen sämtlicher Türen und Fenster für 5 bis 10 Minuten.

•Schalten Sie das zentrale Lüftung- bzw. Klimasystem falls vorhanden ab.

•Legen Sie die zur Entsorgung notwendigen Dinge zurecht: festes Papier oder

Pappe, Klebeband, Papiertücher oder feuchte Einwegtücher.

\Die Entsorgung:

•Das Aufsaugen der Glasreste ist vor der Entsorgung des Quecksilbers nicht

empfohlen. Dieses führt zur Verteilung der Quecksilberdämpfe im gesamten Raum.

•Sammelt Sie das Glas und sichtbaren Staub auf.

•Verpacken Sie alle Reste in einem verschließbaren Gefäß.

Nach der Entsorgung:

•Lagern Sie die Abfälle außerhalb der Wohnräume und entsorgen diese bei einer

passenden Sammelstelle.

•

Falls möglich sollte das zentrale Lüftung- bzw. Klimasystem abgeschaltet bleiben

und die Räume noch für einige Stunden gelüftet werden.

Le felicitamos por la compra de su nueva lámpara de luminoterapia SADV1.

Este producto le acompañará durante muchos años de uso si lo manipula

correctamente. Conserve este manual de instrucciones, así como su factura y

el embalaje original para posibles reclamaciones futuras. Le rogamos que lea

estas instrucciones atentamente para sacar el máximo partido a su nueva

lámpara de luz diurna. Tenga en cuenta que este documento no reemplaza el

consejo de un profesional de la salud.

¿Cómo funciona la lámpara de luz diurna?

La luz y su intensidad influyen sobre numerosos aspectos de nuestra vida

cotidiana. No recibir la suficiente cantidad de luz durante un cierto periodo

de tiempo, puede causar una reacción negativa para nuestro cuerpo y

nuestra mente. La mayoría de las personas encuentran la falta de luz como

algo que degrada nuestra calidad de vida. Durante el otoño y el invierno,

estaciones en las que los días son más cortos y oscuros, estos síntomas

pueden aparecer y acentuarse como resultado de la falta de sol, la cual no

puede ser reemplaza por la luz artificial de interior.

Uso previsto

La luminoterapia ofrece una manera práctica y eficaz de compensar la falta

de luz sin tener que recurrir a los medicamentos. Esta lámpara es un

utensilio de luminoterapia diseñado para tratar el trastorno afectivo estacional

(TAE). La luminoterapia ayuda a combatir la fatiga y el cansancio, la tristeza,

la falta de concentración, la pérdida de apetito y la irritabilidad que muchas

personas sufren durante el otoño y el invierno, cuando los días son más

cortos y sombríos. Para designar a los síntomas causados por esta

perturbación de nuestro reloj biológico, nos referimos al TAE o trastorno

afectivo estacional. La lámpara de luz diurna SADV1 utiliza neones muy

luminosos (10000 lúmenes) que imitan la luz natural sin emitir los peligrosos

rayos UV del sol. La exposición se debe realizar de forma regular durante un

periodo de tiempo prolongado (diariamente durante al menos una semana).

La luz debe ser absorbida a través de la vista y a primeras horas de la

mañana, como apoyo a la luz natural. Sin embargo, no es necesario

mirar directamente a la lámpara durante toda la duración de la

exposición.

La duración de la exposición depende de la posición del usuario y de la

distancia del mismo con respecto a la fuente de luz. Cuanto más cerca

se encuentre su rostro de la lámpara, más corto será el tiempo de

exposición necesario.

Puede leer, escribir, hacer llamadas o trabajar mientras utiliza la lámpara de

luz diurna. Siempre que sea posible, intente mantener una distancia de

20-30 cm entre sus ojos y el dispositivo.

La luz suplementaria de la lámpara SADV1 durante las estaciones más

sombrías aumenta la cantidad total de luz a la que estamos expuestos,

influenciando positivamente sobre nuestra moral y bienestar general.

Puede exponerse a la lámpara en el momento en el que le apetezca; no

obstante, se recomienda utilizarla en las primeras horas de la jornada, con

el fin de simular la luz natural de la mañana.

No utilice este aparato si usted sufre las siguientes contraindicaciones:

-Sufre o ha sufrido depresión severa;

-Sufre hipersensibilidad a la luz, como las personas diabéticas o

epilépticas;

-Le han operado recientemente de la vista y tiene contraindicada la

exposición a lámparas de alta potencia;

-Está tomando ciertas medicaciones (algunos antidepresivos, drogas

psicotrópicas o pastillas de la malaria);

-Sufre de hipertensión arterial.

Atención: Esta lámpara no engendra ningún riesgo para aquellos que

Colgar la lámpara en la pared

En la parte trasera de la lámpara encontrará un orificio. La unidad se puede

colgar en la pared con la ayuda de un tornillo.Seleccione el tipo de tornillo en

función del tipo de muro. Es posible que necesite utilizar un taco. Por ejemplo,

para un muro M4, se recomienda utilizar un tornillo de acero autoblocante de

Encender la lámpara

Oprima el interruptor ON/OFF para encender la unidad

Nota

Los tubos pueden presentar diferentes niveles de luminosidad al encender la

lámpara. Estos alcanzan su nivel máximo de velocidad en un par de minutos.

Uso de la lámpara

Siéntese a unos 20 - 50 cm de la lámpara de forma que se sienta cómodo

Puede realizar sus actividades cotidianas mientras usa la lámpara, como leer,

escribir, hacer llamadas o trabajar.

Recomendaciones de uso:

Cuanto menor sea la distancia entre la luz y el usuario, menor será la

necesidad de utilizarla.

Nota

-No mire directamente la luz de forma continuada. Es posible que sienta

dolores de cabeza o molestias oculares durante las primeras sesiones. Sin

embargo, estos síntomas deberán desaparecer rápidamente. En caso de

duda, reduzca el tiempo de exposición hasta que se sienta cómodo.

-No deje el aparato encendido sin supervisión.

-No toque el aparato mientras esté en funcionamiento.

Apagar el aparato

Presione el interruptor ON/OFF para apagar la lámpara. Desconecte el

enchufe.

Nota

- Deje que el aparato se enfríe antes de guardarlo.

Reemplazo de los tubos:

En caso de que los tubos de LED estén defectuosos o si han llegado al final

de su vida útil, ambos tubos se pueden reemplazar.

NOTA: No utilice tubos no proveídos por el fabricante.

Siga los siguientes pasos para su reemplazo:

- Por motivos de seguridad, no retire ninguna pieza ni tornillo diferente a

Los tubos luminosos contienen una pequeña cantidad de mercurio en su

interior. Al romperse un tubo en el domicilio, parte de este mercurio puede

salir expulsado en forma de vapor. Para reducir la exposición al vapor de

mercurio, se recomienda seguir las siguientes instrucciones para la limpieza

y deshecho del tubo:

Antes de la limpieza:

- Todas las personas y mascotas deben de salir de la estancia.

-Abra una ventana o una puerta exterior para que esta la habitación se

airee durante 5-10 minutos.

-Apague la calefacción o sistema acondicionado centralizado.

-Recoja los fragmentos de bombilla con un papel grueso o cartón, cinta

adhesiva, toallitas húmedas o una bayeta deshechable.

Durante la limpieza:

- No se recomienda aspirar los fragmentos a menos que hayan quedado

pequeños fragmentos tras la limpieza. La aspiradora podría expandir el polvo

o vapor de mercurio.

- Extreme la precaución al recoger los cristales y el polvo de mercurio.

- Deposite los materiales de limpieza en un contenedor deshechable.

Tras la limpieza:

-Coloque rápidamente los restos de bombillas y los materiales empleados

para su limpieza en una papelera fuera del hogar o en un área protegida hasta

que los deshechos sean sacados al exterior.

- Siempre que sea posible, continue aireando la estancia en la que se rompió

la bombillay mantenga la calefacción o el aire acondicionado apagado

durante unas horas.

Almacenamiento

Atención

Antes de limpiar la unidad central, apague siempre el aparato, desenchúfelo

y deje que se enfríe.

-No toque el aparato con las manos mojadas.

-Límpielo con la ayuda de un paño húmedo. Puede añadir un poco de jabón

en el paño si es necesario.

-No deje que el agua se filtre en el dispositivo y no derrame agua sobre é.

-La limpieza se puede realizar una vez al mes.

Vi ringraziamo per l'acquisto della vostra nuova lampada per fototerapia SAD. Questo prodotto vi

offrirà molti anni di utilizzo affidabile se gestiti correttamente. Si prega di conservare questo

manuale di istruzioni, la fattura e la confezione originale con cura in caso di futura necessità. Si

prega di leggere le istruzioni attentamente, al fine di ottenere il massimo beneficio dalla vostra

nuova lampada per fototerapia SAD, a meno di indicazioni diverse dal vostro medico di base.

Destinazione d'uso

Questo apparecchio è usato per la terapia dei sintomi della SAD (Disordine Affettivo

Stagionale) o altrimenti noto come depressione invernale. La lampada SAD serve per

amplificare i livelli energetici, correggere i ritmi circadiani e farvi sentire più svegli. Il SADV1 è

sicuro e medicamente certificato per fornire sollievo dai sintomi della SAD.

- Recente chirurgia all'occhio o una condizione diagnosticata dell’occhio, per cui il

medico ha consigliato di evitare la luce intensa

- Terapia di farmaci specifici (cioè alcuni antidepressivi, farmaci psicotropi o pasticche

contro la malaria);

- Pressione alta con l'emorragia vitrosa;

- Pelle sensibile alla luce, come il lupus eritematoso sistemico

Consultare sempre il medico prima di iniziare a usare questo apparecchio, se avete una

qualsiasi delle condizioni elencate sopra.

Possibili effetti collaterali:

- Mal di testa

- Affaticamento degli occhi

- Disturbi del sonno

- Nausea

Contromisure per evitare, ridurre o alleviare questi effetti collaterali:

- Aumentare la distanza tra la vostra postazione e la lampada SAD.

- Evitare di utilizzare l'apparecchio la sera tardi o prima di dormire

- Smettere di usare l'apparecchio per un paio di giorni per far passare gli effetti

collaterali.

Attenzione

- L'apparecchio deve essere installato e messo in servizio secondo le informazioni EMC

fornite nella sezione "Riferimenti normativi".

- Apparecchiature di comunicazione senza fili come i dispositivi di rete domestica wireless,

telefoni cellulari, telefoni cordless e loro stazioni radio base e walkie-talkie possono

influenzare questo apparecchio e dovrebbero essere tenuti almeno ad una distanza (d)

dall'apparecchio. La distanza (d) viene calcolata dal produttore nella colonna 800 MHz a 2,5

GHz della tabella nella sezione "Riferimenti normativi".

Per la vostra sicurezza si prega di non cambiare altre viti

tranne quelle indicate di seguito:

Svitare le 4 viti sul retro della lampada come indicato

nell'immagine. Appoggiare l'apparecchio su una

superficie piana e rimuovere lo schermo.

NB:

I due supporti laterali dello schermo si allenteranno

quando le viti saranno allentate. Assicurarsi di non

staccarle dalla loro sede, altrimenti lo schermo non

potrà essere rimontato correttamente.

Tagliare gli avvolgicavi e sbloccare i fermi per le

lampade LED sollevandoli delicatamente.

Gli avvolgicavi sono utilizzati solo per fini di

trasporto e protezione.

Sollevare le lampade tubolari (1) fuori

dall'alloggiamento con cautela e quindi verso

l'esterno della struttura (2).

Per montare nuove lampade, seguire le

soprastanti istruzioni al contrario.

Le lampade tubolari contengono un piccolo quantitativo di mercurio all’interno

del rivestimento in vetro. In caso un tubo si rompesse, il mercurio viene

rilasciato nell’ambiente circostante come vapore nocivo. Per minimizzare

l’esposizione al vapore del mercurio, si consiglia di osservare le seguenti

regole di pulizia e smaltimento:

Prima della pulizia:

-Evacuare la stanza e lasciare porte e finestre aperte per almeno 5-10

minuti per consentire una corretta ventilazione dell’ambiente.

-Spegnere eventuali sistemi di aerazione / condizionamento / riscaldamento,

se in funzione.

- Procurarsi il necessario per pulire la lampada rotta, come: carta rigida o

cartone, nastro adesivo, asciugamani bagnati o salviettine umidificate usa e

getta.

Durante la pulizia:

- Si consiglia di non utilizzare alcun aspirabriciole a meno che non rimangano

dei pezzi di vetro dopo aver seguito tutta la procedura di pulizia. L’utilizzo di

un’aspirapolvere potrebbe spargere la polvere di mercurio o diffonderne il

vapore.

- Accuratamente raccogliere i pezzi di vetro e la polvere visibile.

- Disporre di tutti gli accessori utilizzati durante la pulizia in un sacchetto

sigillato.

Dopo la pulizia:

-Disporre di qualsiasi residuo delle lampade e di tutti gli strumenti utilizzati per

la pulizia all’esterno in un sacchetto sigillato fin quando non avrà la possibilità

di smaltirli correttamente. Evitare di lasciare qualsiasi residuo all’interno della

casa.

-Se necessario, continuare la aerazione della stanza lasciando tutti i sistemi di

condizionamento e riscaldamento spenti finché l’ambiente non sarà

completamente pulito.
