1. Attach the two long screws to the holes on the
mounting strap. Thread them in part way: 2 to
3 turns only.
2. Attach the mounting strap to the outlet box
using two mounting screws.
3. Pull out the source wires from the outlet box.
Make wire connections using wire nuts as
follows:
---Connect the hot wire (usually black insulation) from
the power source to the black wire from the fixture.
---Connect the neutral wire (usually white insulation) from
the power source to the white wire from the fixture.
---Attach the fixture grounding wire (usually green insulation
or bare wire) to the mounting strap with the green grounding
screw, or connect to the source grounding wire if available.
Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box.

4. Attach the ceiling pan to the mounting strap by inserting two long screw heads into the key holes. Rotate the ceiling
pan until it is locked into place, and then tighten the long screws to secure it. (See Fig.1)
5. Install three bulbs (not included). Check relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum allowed wattage.
6. Secure the small pine cones and the pine needles onto the ceiling pan as shown in the diagram.
7. Thread the thread pipe with hex nut end into the coupling of the ceiling pan, and then tighten it with the hex nut and
the washer.
NOTE:Depth of threaded pipe may need to be adjusted to properly fit glass shade, decorative
cover and small pine cone.
8. Attach the glass shade to the fixture by inserting the threaded pipe, and then secure it with a metal pad and hex nut.
9. Attach the decorative cover onto the threaded pipe and secure it by using the pine cone.
