The Gourmia Moka Pot and Milk Frother Set provides you with the simplest way to
make your morning cup of coffee and milk. An easy, single touch control panel lets you
brew the perfect cup of coffee and warm, frothy milk in minutes. Plus, by using the
same base for both functions, you save precious counter space in your kitchen.
The following pages of this manual offer full and complete instructions for all of the
functions and features of your Milk Frother. Inside these pages, you’ll find information
on and instructions for assembly, operating, cleaning and maintenance of your Milk

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When operating this electric appliance, basic safety instructions should always
be followed. Refer to the following for these instructions
1. READ ALL SAFETY & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.
2. Do not use appliance on wet or hot surfaces, or near a heat source.
3. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse any part of appliance, power
cord or plug in water or other liquid. Unplug from outlet when not in use and
before cleaning.
4. To disconnect, unplug power cord from electrical outlet. Do not disconnect by
pulling on cord.
5. Do not operate appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not operate
appliance if it malfunctions or is in any way damaged. For details, contact
Consumer Services.
6. Use appliance only for its intended use.
7. Closely supervise children when using any electrical appliance. Do not allow
appliance to be used as a toy.
8. The appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to t in a polarized outlet
only one way. If plug does not t fully in the outlet, reverse plug. If it still does
not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not modify plug in any way.
9. Caution: A short power cord is provided to reduce risks from entanglement or
tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord may be used when marked
electrical rating is no less than electrical rating of this appliance. All cords
should not drape over counter or tabletop where cords can be tripped over or
pulled on unintentionally, especially by children.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or heated oven. Extreme

FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
Electrical 3-conductor Cord Set:
Appliance equipped with a
3-conductor cord set that has a 3 prong
grounding-type plug. It should be
properly connected to a grounding-type
a 3-grounding outlet unit, and as such,
the grounding prong should never be
removed. If needed, purchase a 2-prong
adapter and ground it to the outlet.
Do not use an adapter unless you are
for assistance.

FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
• Before using the appliance for the first time, wash inside of the Gourmia
Moka Pot & Milk Frother with warm, soapy water and rinse well.
• Wipe the outside of the coffee maker, Milk Frother, and base with a
damp, soft sponge.
• Dry all parts thoroughly.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To make coee:
1. Plug in the electrical base.
2. Pour water into the coee pot, making sure that the water does not go
above the pressure valve.
3. Fill the coee basket in the middle of the pot with ground coee beans,
tapping the coee pot to pack the coee tighter.
4. Cover the coee pot and place it in the base.
5. Press the “coee” button. The “coee light” lights up and the machine begins
brewing the coee.
6. The coee is ready after 10-12 minutes and the base automatically shuts o.
7. Pour the coee into your favorite cup and enjoy.
To froth milk:
1. Plug in the electrical base.
2. Pour milk into the milk pitcher, making sure not to go over the maximum
level.
3. For frothing cold milk, press and hold the “MILK FROTHER” button for 3
seconds until the “cold froth light” lights up.
For frothing hot milk, press and release the “MILK FROTHER” button and the
“heat froth light” lights up.
4. The milk is ready in 3-4 minutes and the base automatically shuts o.

This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date of purchase. It is applicable
to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a third party user.
Repair or replacement of defective parts is solely at the seller’s discretion.
In the event that repair isn’t possible, the seller will replace the product/part.
If product repair/replacement won’t suce, the seller has the option of refunding
the cash value of the product or component returned.
Product defects not covered under the Warranty provisions include normal wear
and damage incurred from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction
specications or repair by unauthorized parties. The manufacturing company is

waste-recycling center.

Remove the plug from the power before cleaning. Take out the silicone
ring. Never immerse the Milk Frother or power base into water.
