INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Open the front door, remove (2) small covers from door handle bowl and inner
door lever.
2. Remove (2) 8mm bolts behind the covers.
3. Remove (2) 6mm bolts from the bottom of the door trim panel.
4. Carefully pull the door trim panel up and release door handle cable.
5. Disconnect mirror switch harness and door switch harness.
6. Remove the door trim panel.
STEP 2
1. Peel up the weather shield (do not remove), and disconnect mirror
harness.
2. Remove (3) 11mm hex nuts securing the factory mirror.
3. Carefully remove the factory mirror.
STEP 3
1. Take the new mirror, feed studs through the holes on door panel.
2. Install (3) provided hex nuts to secure the new mirror. Torque to 80 lb in.
3. Connect mirror harness.

STEP 4
1. Take the door trim panel, and connect mirror switch harness and door
switch harness.
2. Reinstall door release cable.
3. Feed the door lock tab through the hole on door trim panel, engage clips
and hooks behind door trim panel.
4. Secure the door trim panel using (2) 8mm bolts and (2) 6mm bolts.
5. Reinstall covers back to the door handle bowl and the inner door lever.
STEP 5
1. Repeat above steps on the passenger side.
2. Carefully check all mirror functions before the first drive.

1. Scrub the towing mirror when it is dirty.
2. Get into the habit of folding the towing mirrors when parking.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ÉTAPE 1
7. Ouvrez la porte avant, retirez (2) petits couvercles de la cuvette de la poignée
de porte et du levier de porte intérieur.
8. Retirez (2) boulons de 8 mm derrière les couvercles.
9. Retirez (2) boulons de 6 mm du bas du panneau de garniture de porte.
10. Tirez délicatement le panneau de garniture de porte vers le haut et relâchez le
câble de la poignée de porte.
11. Débranchez le faisceau de l'interrupteur de rétroviseur et le faisceau de
l'interrupteur de porte.
12. Retirez le panneau de garniture de porte.
ÉTAPE 2
3. Décollez la protection contre les intempéries (ne la retirez pas) et
débranchez le faisceau du rétroviseur.
4. Retirez les (3) écrous hexagonaux de 11 mm fixant le miroir d'usine.
3. Retirez soigneusement le miroir d'usine.

ÉTAPE 3
3. Prenez le nouveau miroir, insérez les goujons dans les trous du
panneau de porte.
4. Installez les (3) écrous hexagonaux fournis pour fixer le nouveau miroir.
Serrez à 80 lb-po.
3. Connectez le faisceau du rétroviseur.
ÉTAPE 4
5. Prenez le panneau de garniture de porte et connectez le faisceau de
l'interrupteur de rétroviseur et le faisceau de l'interrupteur de porte.
6. Réinstallez le câble de déverrouillage de la porte.
7. Faites passer la languette de verrouillage de la porte à travers le trou du
panneau de garniture de porte, engagez les clips et les crochets derrière le
panneau de garniture de porte.
8. Fixez le panneau de garniture de porte à l'aide de (2) boulons de 8 mm
et (2) boulons de 6 mm.
5. Réinstallez les couvercles sur la cuvette de la poignée de porte et sur le
levier de porte intérieur.
ÉTAPE 5
3. Répétez les étapes ci-dessus du côté passager.
4. Vérifiez soigneusement toutes les fonctions des rétroviseurs avant le
premier trajet.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
SCHRITT 1
13. Öffnen Sie die Vordertür und entfernen Sie (2) kleine Abdeckungen von der
Türgriffschale und dem inneren Türhebel.
14. Entfernen Sie (2) 8-mm-Schrauben hinter den Abdeckungen.
15. Entfernen Sie (2) 6-mm-Schrauben von der Unterseite der Türverkleidung.
16. Ziehen Sie die Türverkleidung vorsichtig nach oben und lösen Sie das
Türgriffkabel.
17. Den Kabelbaum des Spiegelschalters und des Türschalters abklemmen.
18. Entfernen Sie die Türverkleidung.
SCHRITT 2
5. Ziehen Sie den Wetterschutz ab (nicht entfernen) und trennen Sie den
Spiegelkabelbaum.
6. Entfernen Sie (3) 11-mm-Sechskantmuttern, mit denen der

Werksspiegel befestigt ist.
3. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig den Werksspiegel.
SCHRITT 3
5. Nehmen Sie den neuen Spiegel und führen Sie die Bolzen durch die
Löcher in der Türverkleidung.
6. Installieren Sie (3) der mitgelieferten Sechskantmuttern, um den neuen
Spiegel zu befestigen. Mit 80 lb in anziehen.
3. Spiegelkabelbaum anschließen.
SCHRITT 4
9. Nehmen Sie die Türverkleidung und schließen Sie den Kabelbaum des
Spiegelschalters und des Türschalters an.
10. Bringen Sie das Türöffnerkabel wieder an.
11. Führen Sie die Türverriegelungslasche durch das Loch in der
Türverkleidung und lassen Sie die Clips und Haken hinter der
Türverkleidung einrasten.
12. Befestigen Sie die Türverkleidung mit (2) 8-mm-Schrauben und (2)
6-mm-Schrauben.
5. Bringen Sie die Abdeckungen wieder an der Türgriffschale und dem
inneren Türhebel an.
SCHRITT 5
5. Wiederholen Sie die obigen Schritte auf der Beifahrerseite.
6. der ersten Fahrt sorgfältig alle Spiegelfunktionen .

PASSO 1
19. Aprire la porta anteriore, rimuovere (2) piccole coperture dalla maniglia della
porta e dalla leva interna della porta.
20. Rimuovere (2) bulloni da 8 mm dietro le coperture.
21. Rimuovere (2) bulloni da 6 mm dalla parte inferiore del pannello di
rivestimento della portiera.
22. Tirare con cautela verso l'alto il pannello di rivestimento della portiera e
rilasciare il cavo della maniglia della portiera.
23. Scollegare il cablaggio dell'interruttore dello specchietto e il cablaggio
dell'interruttore della portiera.
24. Rimuovere il pannello di rivestimento della porta.
PASSO 2
7. Staccare la protezione dalle intemperie (non rimuoverla) e scollegare il
cablaggio dello specchietto.
8. Rimuovere (3) dadi esagonali da 11 mm che fissano lo specchietto di
fabbrica.
3. Rimuovere con attenzione lo specchio di fabbrica.

PASSO 3
7. Prendi il nuovo specchio e fai passare i perni attraverso i fori sul
pannello della porta.
8. Installare i (3) dadi esagonali forniti per fissare il nuovo specchietto.
Coppia a 80 libbre pollici.
3. Collegare il cablaggio dello specchietto.
PASSO 4
13. Prendere il pannello di rivestimento della portiera e collegare il
cablaggio dell'interruttore dello specchietto e il cablaggio dell'interruttore
della portiera.
14. Reinstallare il cavo di apertura della porta.
15. Far passare la linguetta della serratura della porta attraverso il foro sul
pannello di rivestimento della porta, agganciare i fermagli e i ganci dietro il
pannello di rivestimento della porta.
16. Fissare il pannello di rivestimento della porta utilizzando (2) bulloni da
8 mm e (2) bulloni da 6 mm.
5. Reinstallare le coperture sulla vaschetta della maniglia della porta e
sulla leva interna della porta.
PASSO 5
7. Ripetere i passaggi precedenti sul lato passeggero.
8. Controllare attentamente tutte le funzioni dello specchietto prima della
prima guida.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PASO 1
25. Abra la puerta delantera, retire (2) cubiertas pequeñas de la manija de la
puerta y de la palanca interior de la puerta.
26. Retire los (2) pernos de 8 mm detrás de las cubiertas.
27. Retire los (2) pernos de 6 mm de la parte inferior del panel de la puerta.
28. Levante con cuidado el panel de la puerta y suelte el cable de la manija de la
puerta.
29. Desconecte el mazo del interruptor del espejo y el mazo del interruptor de la
puerta.
30. Retire el panel de la puerta.
PASO 2
9. Despegue el protector contra la intemperie (no lo quite) y desconecte el
arnés del espejo.
10. Retire las (3) tuercas hexagonales de 11 mm que sujetan el espejo de
fábrica.
3. Retire con cuidado el espejo de fábrica.

PASO 3
9. Tome el espejo nuevo y pase los montantes a través de los orificios del
panel de la puerta.
10. Instale (3) tuercas hexagonales proporcionadas para asegurar el
nuevo espejo. Apriete a 80 lb pulg.
3. Conecte el arnés del espejo.
ETAPA 4
17. Tome el panel tapizado de la puerta y conecte el arnés del interruptor
del espejo y el arnés del interruptor de la puerta.
18. Vuelva a instalar el cable de apertura de la puerta.
19. Pase la pestaña de la cerradura de la puerta a través del orificio en el
panel de la puerta, enganche los clips y ganchos detrás del panel de la
puerta.
20. Asegure el panel de la puerta usando (2) pernos de 8 mm y (2) pernos
de 6 mm.
5. Vuelva a instalar las cubiertas en la manija de la puerta y la palanca
interior de la puerta.
PASO 5
9. Repita los pasos anteriores en el lado del pasajero.

KROK 1
31. Otwórz drzwi przednie, zdejmij (2) małe osłony z korpusu klamki i
wewnętrznej klamki drzwi.
32. Wykręcić (2) śruby 8 mm znajdujące się za pokrywami.
33. Wykręcić (2) śruby 6 mm z dolnej części panelu drzwi.
34. Ostrożnie pociągnij tapicerkę drzwi do góry i zwolnij linkę klamki drzwi.
35. Odłączyć wiązkę włączników lusterek i wiązkę włączników drzwi.
36. Zdemontuj panel poszycia drzwi.
KROK 2
11. Zdejmij osłonę pogodową (nie zdejmowaj) i odłącz wiązkę lusterek.
12. Odkręć (3) nakrętki sześciokątne 11 mm mocujące lusterko fabryczne.
3. Ostrożnie zdejmij lusterko fabryczne.
KROK 3
11. Weź nowe lustro i przełóż kołki przez otwory w panelu drzwi.
12. Zamontuj (3) dostarczone nakrętki sześciokątne, aby zabezpieczyć
nowe lusterko. Moment obrotowy do 80 funtów na cal.

STAP 1
37. Open de voordeur, verwijder (2) de kleine afdekkingen van de deurgreep en
de binnendeurhendel.
38. Verwijder (2) 8 mm bouten achter de deksels.
39. Verwijder (2) 6 mm bouten uit de onderkant van het deurbekledingspaneel.
40. Trek het portierbekledingspaneel voorzichtig omhoog en laat de kabel van de
portierhandgreep los.
41. Maak de kabelboom van de spiegelschakelaar en de kabelboom van de
deurschakelaar los.
42. Verwijder het deurbekledingspaneel.
STAP 2
13. Trek het weersscherm omhoog (niet verwijderen) en koppel de
spiegelbedrading los.
14. Verwijder (3) 11 mm zeskantmoeren waarmee de fabrieksspiegel is
bevestigd.
3. Verwijder voorzichtig de fabrieksspiegel.

STAP 3
13. Neem de nieuwe spiegel en voer de noppen door de gaten in het
deurpaneel.
14. Installeer (3) de meegeleverde zeskantmoeren om de nieuwe spiegel
vast te zetten. Aandraaien tot 80 lb in.
3. Sluit de spiegeldraadboom aan.
STAP 4
25. Neem het portierbekledingspaneel en sluit de draadboom van de
spiegelschakelaar en de draadboom van de deurschakelaar aan.
26. Installeer de deurontgrendelingskabel opnieuw.
27. Voer het lipje van het deurslot door het gat in het
portierbekledingspaneel, plaats de clips en haken achter het
deurbekledingspaneel.
28. Zet het deurbekledingspaneel vast met (2) 8 mm bouten en (2) 6 mm
bouten.
5. Plaats de afdekkingen terug op de deurgreepkom en de
binnendeurhendel.
STAP 5
13. Herhaal bovenstaande stappen aan de passagierszijde.
14. de eerste rit zorgvuldig alle spiegelfuncties .

STEG 1
43. Öppna framdörren, ta bort (2) små lock från dörrhandtagsskålen och inre
dörrhandtaget.
44. Ta bort (2) 8 mm bultar bakom kåporna.
45. Ta bort (2) 6 mm bultar från botten av dörrbeklädnaden.
46. Dra försiktigt dörrbeklädnaden uppåt och släpp dörrhandtagskabeln.
47. Koppla loss spegelströmställare och dörrströmställare.
48. Ta bort dörrbeklädnaden.
STEG 2
15. Dra av väderskyddet (ta inte bort) och koppla loss spegelselen.
16. Ta bort (3) 11 mm sexkantsmuttrar som håller fast fabriksspegeln.
3. Ta försiktigt bort fabriksspegeln .
STEG 3
15. Ta den nya spegeln, för dubbarna genom hålen på dörrpanelen.
16. Montera (3) medföljande sexkantsmuttrar för att fästa den nya spegeln.
Vridmoment till 80 lb in.
3. Anslut spegelsele.

29. Ta dörrbeklädnaden och anslut spegelströmbrytarkabelstammen och
dörrströmbrytarkabelstammen.
30. Sätt tillbaka dörröppningskabeln.
31. För dörrlåsfliken genom hålet på dörrbeklädnadspanelen, fäst clips
och krokar bakom dörrbeklädnadspanelen.
