1. Getting Started
Dear Customer,
please read carefully and strictly comply with the following safety rules.
Keep this instruction manual in a safety place for your reference in the future.
AIRMSEN Industrie S.p.A. declines all liability for consequences arising from an
improper use.
Read and follow instructions for use thoroughly before using the appliance.
Keep the instructions close to the appliance for any future reference and
hand it over to any subsequent user.
Declaration of conformity
The manufacturer declares under his own responsibility that the appliance
that this “Instruction manual” refers to complies with the EC Directive on
appliances for domestic use. Furthermore, the manufacturer declares that
it complies with the prescriptions for the limitation of radio-electric distur-
bance.
In order to improve the product for manufacturing purposes, the manufac-

Ingredients:
1 bunch of spinach
Preparation method:
Wash spinach leaves. Soak in cold water for
5-10 minutes. Insert the leaves into the juicer and serve.

200 g grape

Preparation method:
grapes before inserting them into the slow juicer. Pour the
juice into a pot, add sugar and bring to the boil.

Ingredients:

1 tomato
1 carrot
Preparation method:
Wash vegetables. Remove seeds and stem from pepper. Remove stem from
tomato and carrot ends. Insert vegetables into the slow juicer.
CUCUMBER EXTRACT
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
Preparation method:
Wash and clean cucumber, and then cut it in pieces. Put
the pieces into the slow juicer and enjoy your mix.

CORN AND ALMOND MILK
Ingredients:
1 glass milk
Drained corn at will
Shelled almonds at will
Preparation method:
Mix together milk, drained corn and almonds. Pour the mix into the slow
juicer and, at the end of extraction, pour some more milk into the juicer to
collect all residues for your drink.
PAPAYA MAGIC
Ingredients:
1 papaya
1 apple
2 kiwi
Preparation method:
Remove seeds from papaya, insert the latter into the slow juicer and enjoy
your drink.
CORN SOUP
Ingredients:
1 can of corn
15 g onion
100 ml milk
Preparation method:
Drain corn. Put corn and milk into the slow juicer in equal quantities. Add
onion. Put the mix into a pot and cook on medium heat.

Read these recommendations carefully as they contain important
about safe installation, use, and maintenance. Failure to comply with

tions” below may cause severe injury, even lethal, as well as res,
explosions and/or property damage.
This appliance is intended for household
use or similar, such as kitchen areas in
ces and other working places,
farmhouses, bed and breakfast type envi-
ronments, hotels, motels and other residen-
tial environments (for customer’s use only).
This appliance should only be used for the
purpose for which it was made, that is to
process food, and must be used for this
purpose only.
This appliance must not be used by chil-
dren. Keep the appliance and related cord
out of reach of children. These appliances
can be used by people with reduced phys-
ical, sensorial or mental capabilities, with
no experience and knowledge if supervised
or trained beforehand about safe use of
the appliance and being aware of involved
risks.

PURE POMEGRANATE JUICE
Ingredients:
1 ripe pomegranate
Preparation method:
Peel and shell the pomegranate. Insert the fruit cut in pieces in the slow juic-
er and enjoy your juice.
GRAPEFRUIT DELIGHT
Ingredients:
2-3 ripe apples
1/2 grapefruit
Preparation method:
Peel the grapefruit leaving most of the white membrane attached to pulp,
remove seeds from apples, cut fruit in pieces and insert into the slow juicer.
KIWI SURPRISE
Ingredients:
2-3 kiwi
1 orange
Preparation method:
Peel the orange leaving most of white membrane attached to pulp, peel the
kiwi and insert fruit into the slow juicer.

Children are not allowed to play with the
appliance.
Keep the appliance away from sinks or taps.
Do not leave the appliance unattended
while operating.
Improper use may cause injury.
Before performing any cleaning or mainte-
nance operation, disconnect the appliance
from the mains outlet by unplugging it or
by deactivating the electrical switch.
Use a damp cloth for cleaning.
Electrocution and short circuit hazard. Nev-
er immerse the cable, the plug (15) or the
motor unit (5) in water or other liquids.
If the power cord of this appliance is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by an authorized
customer service centre since specialized
tools are necessary.
In the event some pieces of food get stuck
in the hopper, use an appropriate tool or
another piece of fruit/vegetable to remove
them. If the above method is not success-
ful, unplug the appliance, disassemble it
and remove stuck food pieces.
Avoid the contact with all moving parts.
Never put your ngers or metal objects into
the hopper (7) but always use the apposite
presser (11).

Never use the appliance when empty and always make sure that only
suitable food is used.
To avoid overheating, the appliance must not be kept running contin-
ually for more than 10 minute. When using the appliance for a series
of operations or for a long time, take pauses of about 10 minutes
between a cycle and the other.
The product was designed to work only when the hopper with safety
lock is properly assembled. In case it does not occur, contact an au-
thorized service centre.
The container is a delicate part, which has to be kept in working or-
der. In case the container is broken or also slightly damaged, do not
use the appliance.
The appliance was designed only for indoor use and non-extreme tem-
perature conditions; do not leave it exposed to the elements (rain, sun,
etc.).
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the warranty will not
apply for any commercial use, inappropriate handling or use of the ap-
pliance, any damage resulting from use for other purposes, faulty oper-
ations, non-professional repair or failure to comply with the instructions.
After removing the packaging, and before use, make sure the appliance
and all the attachments are working well. The electrical plug and sheath
should not be cracked or broken. If the conditions described above oc-
cur, immediately unplug the appliance from mains outlet and take it to
an authorized After-Sales Service Centre for necessary checking.
The packing materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, nails, etc.)
should be kept away from children since they are potential sources of
danger.
Put the appliance on a at, smooth and stable surface. Do not put it
close to/on hot surfaces as heaters, cooking hobs, ames and similar;
furthermore, avoid the contact with easily ammable objects, as cur-
tains, cloths, paper, etc.
Before connecting the appliance, make sure the label data correspond
to the mains. The tag is located on the bottom of the appliance body.
Do not leave the appliance connected when not in use. Make sure the
plug is disconnected from the mains outlet when the appliance is not
used.

2. Warnings
It is recommended to power the appliance via a residual current de-
vice with a max. operating current of 30 mA.
Connect the appliance to the power mains through an earthed sock-
et.
Avoid unplugging the appliance by pulling the power cord.
While in use, the power socket must be easily reachable in case it is
necessary to unplug the appliance.

PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY
Do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.
Do not use the appliance with bare feet.
Do not put the wire close to sharped edges, do not fi x it, do not leave it
hang, and do not expose it to hot surfaces.
To avoid dangerous overheating, it is recommended that you unwind
the electrical cord to its entire length and that you use the appliance, as
recommended in “Warnings” related to a correct use of the appliance.
Repairs must only be carried out by an after-sales centre authorized by
the manufacturer. Always insist of genuine spare parts. Non-compliance
with what has been stated above could compromise the safety of the
appliance.
If you decide not to use the appliance of this type anymore, it is rec-

7. Disposal of the appliance
This product complies with the Directive 2012/19/EU.
The symbol representing the crossed out trash can on the appliance
indicates that the product, at the end of its useful life, must be treated
separately from domestic waste. It must be taken to a recycling centre
for electrical and electronic appliances or turned in to the point of sale
when purchasing a new, equivalent, appliance.
The user is responsible for taking the appliance to the recycling centre
at the end of its life, under penalty of the sanctions foreseen by the cur-
rent legislation on waste handling.
Correct consignment of the no-longer used appliance to a recycling
centre for treatment and environmentally compatible elimination con-
tributes to avoiding a negative impact on the environment and public
health, and permits recycling of the materials from which the product
is made.
For more detailed information regarding the available collection sys-
tems, contract the local refuse centre or the store where the product
was purchased.
The manufacturer and the importers comply with their responsibility for
recycling, treating, and environmentally compatible disposal of waste
both directly and in a collective system.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes for regulatory,
industrial, commercial or aesthetic reasons.

6. Warranty
The appliance is guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery.
Refer to the date on the receipt/invoice, unless the purchaser can prove that
delivery took place on a later date.
In case of defects on the product existing prior to delivery, AIRMSEN guaran-
tees the repair or replacement of same, at no charge to the purchaser, unless
one of the two remedies is disproportionate to the other. The purchaser is
responsible for reporting any conformity defects no later than two months
from discovery of same.
The warranty does not cover those parts found to be faulty as a result of
negligence or careless use, for example:
Damages caused by impacts, falls or scratches owing to the use of im-
proper objects.
Failure to abide by the operating instructions for the appliance.
Incorrect installation or maintenance carried out by unauthorised per-
sons.
Normal wear and tear.
Damages caused by modifi cations made to the inside of the appliance.
Damages caused through use of a voltage other than that stated in the
use and maintenance manual.
Damages from transport or circumstances that cannot be attributed to
defects in the material or workmanship of the appliance.
Damages arising from repairing carried out by unauthorized service
centres.
The warranty also excludes all cases of improper use of the appliance or any
instances of professional use.
AIRMSEN refuses to accept any liability for damage that may directly or indi-
rectly be caused to people, property or pets as a result of failure to abide by
all of the guidelines and instructions in this booklet concerning the installa-
tion, use and maintenance of the appliance.
This warranty is without prejudice to contractual guarantees made to the
retailer.

5. Maintenance
SLOW JUICER DISASSEMBLY
WARNING
Electrocution hazard. Before cleaning, al-ways
disconnect the plug from the electri-cal socket.
It is possible to pour two cups of water through the hopper (7) to
wash away the residues of food or juice before cleaning the appli-
ance.
After each use, disconnect the plug (15) from the mains outlet.
Make sure the motor stops completely
be-fore disassembling the appliance.
Remove the attachments in the reverse order compared to their assem-
bly.
During appliance disassembly or assembly, check the rubber tab un-
derneath the bowl Fig. G is properly inserted to ensure proper juice
pouring out. Make sure such part is always properly positioned be-
fore proceeding with squeezing.
After use, all components, except the motor unit, can be cleaned using warm
water and normal dish detergents with a low alkaline content.
For a deeper cleaning the container (14) a bristles brush (9) is supplied.
Do not use metallic or abrasive pads for cleaning to prevent damag-
es to the appliance and its components.
Never place attachments in dishwasher.
After having wiped and assembled the appliance, store it in a dry place.

4. Use
POSITIONING AND STARTING
Even when not in use, disconnect the plug (15) from the socket be-
fore mounting or removing the single parts or before cleaning.
Follow the following precautions when positioning the appliance:
Put the appliance on a horizontal, dry surface.
Put the appliance so that it is protected against overheating.
WARNING
Electric shock hazard in case of use of the appliance with
damaged power cord. Nev-er start the appliance with
damaged power cord.
SLOW JUICER ASSEMBLY
Make sure the rubber tab Fig. G underneath the bowl (2) is properly
inserted. The rubber tab properly inserted prevents the juice from
coming out into the motor.
Clean the various parts before assembly.
Insert the container (14) into the bowl(2), by aligning the two red ref-
erence marks on the container and on the bowl

Position the squeezing screw (6) in the middle of the bowl (2) and press

Assemble the hopper (7) on the bowl (2), making sure the two red refer-
ence marks on both elements, switch side, (10) are aligned

the motor unit(5) with the slots on the bowl(2) or aligning the two red

4. Use
Before proceeding with squeezing, make sure appliance is proper-
ly assembled and the container is not damaged and properly posi-
tioned.
Inserting of hard kernels/stones (e.g. cherries, apricots, peaches, ol-
ives, dates, etc.) into appliance may seriously damage it. Seeds of
watermelons, apples or pears do not damage appliance. It is recom-
mended to remove seeds from citrus fruit, as lemons and oranges,
that do not damage appliance but may modify the taste of the juice.
Do not insert ice or frozen fruit or vegetables to prevent the appli-
ance from damaging.
Connect the plug (15) to the electrical socket, ensuring the mains data
correspond to the ones indicated on the appliance data label.
Bring the switch (10) to “ ON ” position.
Insert previously cut food into the hopper (7).
Open the non-drip cap (4) to let the liquid out Fig. F.
Use the presser (11) to start the squeezing activity by slightly pressing
the food against the squeezing screw (6).
TIPS
Compared to traditional juicers, slow juicers produce a higher-quality
juice and are also excellent for squeezing leafy vegetable.
Cut vegetables and fruit into small pieces having suitable size to be put
into the hopper chute.
Other fruits or vegetables can be put into the hole on the fl ipper (8).
Apples or other fruit having a diameter smaller than 78 mm can be
placed directly on the ipper. Rotate to insert them into the hopper

Carrots, beets and cult to
squeeze. Cut them into small pieces or into 1 cm wide strips before in-
serting them into hopper, to avoid stressing the appliance too much.
Do not insert too many of these foods at a time, but leave the appliance
squeeze few vegetables, one at a time.
In case of appliance jamming owing to an excessive amount of food
introduced, change the rotation direction of the squeezing screw (6)
using the switch (10) by pressing it downwards to “ R position. If this
by rotating the
switch to O position. Disconnect the appliance electrical plug
from the mains outlet and proceed with disassembly of attachments.
