● Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
● Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
● Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
● Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
● Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol drugs or medication.
● Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product
only.
● When servicing,use only identical replacement parts.Use of any other parts will void the warranty.
Only use accessories intended for use with this tool. Approved accessories are available from us.
● Do not expose to heat. Parts of this product are under pressure.
● Once assembled do not attempt to take this product apart.
● This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
● Use as intended only.
● Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
● Do not exceed listed weight capacity. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may
briefly create excess load causing product failure.

Unpacking
Unpack the pneumatic roller seat and all its parts, and compare against the list below. Do not discard the
carton or any packaging until the chipper shredder is completely assembled. Please call

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
WARNING: Please read this manual carefully before assembly this pneumatic roller seat.
● Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
● Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
● Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol ,drugs, or medication.
● Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product
only.
● When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Only use accessories intended for use with this

Assembling The Caster
1. Put 2-1/2" Caster into the tool tray’s hole.
2. Put flat Washer 08 first, then lock Washer 08, nut M8 in the last.
3. Tight the screw as far as it will go. Assemble all of the casters.
Assembling The Lifting Pole And Seat Cushion
1. Place the Tool Tray on a flat level surface.
2. Insert the large end of the Lifting Pole into the round opening in the center of the Tool Tray.
3. Place the seat over the top end of the Lifting Pole.
4. Once the seat is assembled, press down in a controlled, firm manner on the cushion to press the parts
together. Make sure seat is properly and firmly assembled before use.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
WARNING: This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
Use as intended only.
WARNING: Do not expose to pronged wet or corrosive conditions.Visually examine the roller
seat for any crack, bent, loose or missing parts,please stop using if any of the above occurs.
WARNING: Always hold onto seat as you sit down to keep the seat from rolling or tipping.
Move over smooth level and seamless surfaces only.
WARNING: Do not exceed listed weight capacity. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load
movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
Adjusting The Height Of The Stool Seat
● To lower seat, sit on the stool and pull up on the handle(7) until you have
lowered the seat to the desired height.
● To raise seat, stand next to the stool and pull up on the handle. Release
handle when seat has risen to the desired height. You can adjust the seat
height between 15 inch to 20 inch.
MAINTENANCE
● Wipe and clean pneumatic roller seat after use and store in a dry, protected environment.
● Check the roller seat for any crack, bent, loose or missing parts regularly
，
if there is any problem,
change the broken part.

ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY OF POWERSMART PRODUCTS FOR HOME USE.
PowerSmart (“Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all PowerSmart consumer tools will be free from
defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year limited warranty from date of purchase. Ninety (90)
days for all PowerSmart Products, if the tool is used for professional or commercial use.
SELLER’S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this One (1) Year Limited
Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or
replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been
misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller or Authorized Service Center. To make a
claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the entire product; transportation prepaid, to PowerSmart
Include a legible copy of the original receipt, which lists the date of purchase (month and year) and the name of the
