immediately and contact the after-sales service center for consultation or to
arrange for repair.
Environmental requirements for use
1. Please use in a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid extreme
environmental conditions such as water activation, high temperature, high
humidity, and extremely low temperature.
2. Avoid direct sunlight or contact with fire sources to prevent product
damage or fire.
3. Please ensure a stable usage environment and prevent the product from
being hit or dropped to avoid damage.
Safety Operation Guidelines
1. Please use a suitable power supply and voltage, and do not use
damaged power cords or plugs.
2. When using this product, do not short-circuit circuits or connect
mismatched devices to avoid risks such as electric shock and fire.

Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly maintain and clean the product. Before cleaning, please
disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a dry cloth. Be careful not to

2. When the product is not in use for a long time, please disconnect the
power supply promptly to save energy and extend the product's lifespan.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the rod into the cross
connector.
2.Insert the other rod into the cross
connector to lock.
3.Install the above-installed rods on
the T clamp as shown.
4.Install fixed blocks on rod and lock
with
rubber head screws.
Note:There is only one model
SY-650
and two model SYD-650,SYD-580.

5. Insert the filling nozzles into the
fixed blocks.
Note:SYD-580,SYD-650 are double
filling nozzles .SY-650 is single filling
nozzle.
6. Connect the pedal switch as
shown.
7.Insert the power cord as shown.
8.Product assembly completed.
Note:The built-up Bracket and the
filling nozzles can be adjusted as
needed.
9.Clean:After use,as needed it can be cleaned by repeated suction with a
mild cleaning solution.Then it can be cleaned by repeatedly pumping
water.

The operating instructions
*Button function introduction:
1,Set/exit button:Press it one time to set the filling/waiting time in the
standby state. And can exit the setting mode if you press it one time again.
2,Move button:Move the cursor from left to right or to opposite direction
3,Add/unit button:Can adjust the setting number from 0-9 circularly
4,Reset button:Can restart the filling count from 0
5,Inching button:Can pull out the air inside the silicone tube and pump by
pressing it in the standby state before filling.You also can press it to pull all
the liquid out of the silicone tube and clean the machine conveniently.
6,Setting button:You can set your needed filling volume roughly by
pressing it 2 times.
Manual button:You can make the machine fill with foot pedal or pressing it.
One time ,one filling.
Auto button:The machine will fill automatically based on the setting time
Add/mode: It shows the working mode Increase/decrease button: You can
adjust the filling speed from 0-99 .The speed is faster if the number is
bigger.

Operation example
Firstly,Please let the machine stop filling .or please ensure that the
machine is in standby/stop state by press” auto ” key.((The machine will
enter the standby station ,if you press “auto” key one time when it works
with the automatic mode.The “auto” indicator will be off)； Secondly,adjust
the filling time and waiting/interval time,filling speed.
1, Usually, The count doesn’t need to be adjusted. But you could return it to
“0”,when the machine is in standby state by pressing “reset” key.
2, As for the time meaning: we usually set “01.00” when you start the
machine. It shows the relative filling time and waiting time. It means 1
second. 00.10 means 0.1 second. 10. 00 means 10 seconds
But if you move the point by pressing the “add/unit”, its meaning will
change. Such as : 010.0 it means 10 seconds ,001.0 it means 1 second,
1000.0 it means 1000 seconds
They are the same meaning for the filling and waiting time
Now ,we will set you an example to prove it . such as ,we want to fill the
water with a weight of 50g.(We take the 5L model as an example)
We know the machine’s max filling speed is about 5000ml per min in the
max state. It will be smaller if we install the filling nozzle and filters. So we
could conclude that the max filling weight is about 70ml per second for
reference. So we could adjust the filling speed to the max and adjust the
filling time to “01.00” by pressing” set/exit” key to choose the relative
time,then move the “move” key to choose the relative number, then press
“add/unit” key to change the number from “0-9” circularly ( The adjustment
is workable only for the blinking number). We press the “set/exit”key again,
then the blinking number will stop and be stored in program after pressing
“reset/exit” button again.
The waiting time is only workable in the state of automatic. And the time
between 2 fillings is shorter,if you want to fill efficiently.
4, we could choose automatic mode or manual mode(by pressing relative
key to choose) after setting the time.
Automatic mode means the machine will work according to the setting
filling and distance time circularly ,unless you press the “auto”. You could

press action mode to start filling if you choose the required mode.
Manual mode means the machine will work only when you press the
“manual” button or press” foot pedal”.it will fill one time when you press one
time. The machine will not work if you don’t press it.
MAINTENANCE
1.It is better to clean the machine with clean water after every use, which
can prolong the service life of the pump.
2.Please clean the product and the filter in time after each use.
3.When the machine is not in use, please empty the liquid and store it in a
ventilated and dry place.
4.Please store the product in a dry and ventilated place.
5.Please replace the following consumable parts regularly:

Le mode d'emploi
*Présentation de la fonction du bouton :
1, bouton de réglage/sortie : appuyez dessus une fois pour régler le temps
de remplissage/d'attente en état de veille. Et vous pouvez quitter le mode
de réglage si vous appuyez à nouveau dessus.
2, bouton Déplacer : déplacez le curseur de gauche à droite ou dans la
direction opposée
3, bouton Ajouter/unité : peut ajuster le numéro de réglage de 0 à 9 de
manière circulaire
4, bouton de réinitialisation : peut redémarrer le nombre de remplissage à
partir de 0
5, bouton pouce: peut extraire l'air à l'intérieur du tube en silicone et
pomper en appuyant dessus en état de veille avant de remplir. Vous
pouvez également appuyer dessus pour retirer tout le liquide du tube en
silicone et nettoyer la machine facilement.
6, bouton de réglage: vous pouvez définir approximativement le volume de
remplissage dont vous avez besoin en appuyant dessus 2 fois.
Bouton manuel : vous pouvez faire remplir la machine avec la pédale ou
en appuyant dessus. Une fois, un remplissage.

Bouton Auto : la machine se remplira automatiquement en fonction du
temps de réglage
Ajouter/mode : Il affiche le mode de fonctionnement Bouton
d'augmentation/diminution : Vous pouvez régler la vitesse de remplissage
de 0 à 99. La vitesse est plus rapide si le nombre est plus grand.
Exemple d'opération
Tout d'abord, veuillez laisser la machine arrêter de se remplir. Ou
assurez-vous que la machine est en état de veille/arrêt en appuyant sur la
touche « auto ». ((La machine entrera dans la station de veille, si vous
appuyez une fois sur la touche « auto » lorsqu'elle fonctionne avec le
mode automatique. L'indicateur « auto » sera éteint) ; Deuxièmement,
ajustez le temps de remplissage et le temps d'attente/intervalle, la vitesse
de remplissage.
1. Habituellement, le nombre n'a pas besoin d'être ajusté. Mais vous
pouvez le remettre à « 0 » lorsque la machine est en état de veille en
appuyant sur la touche « réinitialiser ».
2, Quant à la signification de l'heure : nous définissons généralement «
01.00 » lorsque vous démarrez la machine. Il indique le temps de
remplissage relatif et le temps d'attente. Cela signifie 1 seconde. 00.10
signifie 0,1 seconde. 10h00 signifie 10 secondes
Mais si vous déplacez le point en appuyant sur « ajouter/unité », sa
signification changera. Tels que : 010.0 cela signifie 10 secondes, 001.0

Nous savons que la vitesse de remplissage maximale de la machine est
d'environ 5 000 ml par minute à l'état maximum. Il sera plus petit si nous
installons la buse de remplissage et les filtres. Nous pourrions donc

Die Bedienungsanleitung
*Einführung in die Tastenfunktionen:
1, Set/Exit-Taste: Drücken Sie diese einmal, um die Füll-/Wartezeit im
Standby-Zustand einzustellen. Durch erneutes Drücken kann der
Einstellungsmodus verlassen werden.
2, Schaltfläche „Bewegen“: Bewegen Sie den Cursor von links nach rechts
oder in die entgegengesetzte Richtung
3, Schaltfläche „Hinzufügen/Einheit“: Kann die Einstellungsnummer
kreisförmig von 0 bis 9 anpassen
4, Reset-Taste: Kann den Füllzähler von 0 neu starten
5, Inching-Taste: Sie können die Luft im Silikonschlauch herausziehen und
pumpen, indem Sie ihn im Standby-Zustand vor dem Befüllen drücken. Sie
können ihn auch drücken, um die gesamte Flüssigkeit aus dem
Silikonschlauch zu ziehen und die Maschine bequem zu reinigen.

Bedienungsbeispiel
Lassen Sie die Maschine zunächst den Füllvorgang stoppen oder stellen
Sie sicher, dass sich die Maschine im Standby-/Stopp-Zustand befindet,
indem Sie die Taste „Auto“ drücken. (Die Maschine wechselt in die

De gebruiksaanwijzing
*Knopfunctie introductie:
1, knop Instellen/afsluiten: druk er één keer op om de vul-/wachttijd in de
standby-status in te stellen. En u kunt de instelmodus verlaten als u er
nogmaals op drukt.
2, knop Verplaatsen: Verplaats de cursor van links naar rechts of in de
tegenovergestelde richting
3, Knop Toevoegen/eenheid: Kan het instellingsnummer circulair
aanpassen van 0-9
4, Reset-knop: kan het aantal vullingen opnieuw starten vanaf 0
5, Inching-knop: Kan de lucht uit de siliconenslang trekken en pompen
door erop te drukken in de standby-status voordat u deze vult. U kunt er
ook op drukken om alle vloeistof uit de siliconenslang te trekken en de
machine gemakkelijk schoon te maken.
6, Instelknop: u kunt het gewenste vulvolume grofweg instellen door er 2
keer op te drukken.
Handmatige knop: u kunt de machine laten vullen met een voetpedaal of
door erop te drukken. Eén keer, één vulling.
Auto-knop: de machine vult automatisch op basis van de insteltijd

Toevoegen/modus: toont de werkmodus. Knop Verhogen/verlagen: u kunt
de vulsnelheid aanpassen van 0-99. De snelheid is hoger als het getal
groter is.
Bedieningsvoorbeeld
Laat eerst de machine stoppen met vullen. Of zorg ervoor dat de machine
in de stand-by/stop-status staat door op de "auto"-toets te drukken. ((De
machine gaat naar het stand-bystation, als u één keer op de "auto"-toets
drukt wanneer deze werkt met de automatische modus. De "auto"
-indicator is uitgeschakeld); ten tweede past u de vultijd en wacht- /
intervaltijd en vulsnelheid aan.
1. Meestal hoeft de telling niet te worden aangepast. Maar u kunt het
terugzetten naar “0”, wanneer de machine in de standby-status staat, door
op de “reset”-toets te drukken.
2. Wat de tijd betreft: we stellen meestal “01.00” in wanneer u de machine
start. Het toont de relatieve vultijd en wachttijd. Het betekent 1 seconde.
00,10 betekent 0,1 seconde. 10. 00 betekent 10 seconden
Maar als u het punt verplaatst door op “toevoegen/eenheid” te drukken, zal
de betekenis ervan veranderen. Zoals: 010,0 betekent 10 seconden, 001,0
betekent 1 seconde, 1000,0 betekent 1000 seconden
Ze hebben dezelfde betekenis voor de vul- en wachttijd
Nu zullen we u een voorbeeld geven om het te bewijzen. zoals, we willen
het water vullen met een gewicht van 50 g. (We nemen het 5L-model als
voorbeeld )
We weten dat de maximale vulsnelheid van de machine in maximale staat
ongeveer 5000 ml per minuut bedraagt. Het zal kleiner zijn als we het
vulmondstuk en de filters installeren. We kunnen dus ter referentie
concluderen dat het maximale vulgewicht ongeveer 70 ml per seconde is.
We kunnen dus de vulsnelheid maximaal instellen en de vultijd aanpassen
naar "01.00" door op de "set/exit"-toets te drukken om de relatieve tijd te
kiezen. Verplaats vervolgens de "verplaats"-toets om het relatieve getal te
kiezen en druk vervolgens op “add/unit”-toets om het nummer circulair te
veranderen van “0-9” (de aanpassing werkt alleen voor het knipperende
nummer). We drukken nogmaals op de “set/exit”-toets , waarna het

knipperende getal stopt en in het programma wordt opgeslagen nadat u
nogmaals op de “reset/exit”-knop hebt gedrukt.
De wachttijd is alleen werkbaar in de automatische stand. En de tijd tussen
2 vullingen is korter, als je efficiënt wilt vullen.
4, we kunnen de automatische modus of de handmatige modus kiezen
(door op de relatieve toets te drukken om te kiezen) na het instellen van de
tijd.
De automatische modus betekent dat de machine circulair zal werken
volgens de instelling van de vulling en de afstandstijd, tenzij u op “auto”
drukt. U kunt op de actiemodus drukken om te beginnen met vullen als u
de gewenste modus kiest.
Handmatige modus betekent dat de machine alleen werkt als u op de
“handmatige” knop drukt of op het “voetpedaal” drukt. De machine wordt
één keer gevuld als u één keer drukt. De machine werkt niet als u er niet
op drukt .
MAINTENANCE
1. Het is beter om de machine na elk gebruik met schoon water schoon te
maken, wat de levensduur kan verlengen van de pomp.
2. Reinig het product en het filter na elk gebruik op tijd .
3. Wanneer de machine niet in gebruik is, leeg dan de vloeistof en bewaar
deze op een geventileerde en droge plaats.
4. Bewaar het product op een droge en geventileerde plaats.

Driftsexempel
För det första, låt maskinen sluta fyllas eller se till att maskinen är i
standby-/stoppläge genom att trycka på "auto"-knappen.((Maskinen går in i
standby-stationen, om du trycker på "auto"-knappen en gång när den
fungerar med automatiskt läge. "auto"-indikatorn kommer att vara
avstängd)； För det andra, justera påfyllningstiden och vänte-/intervalltiden,
påfyllningshastigheten.
1, Vanligtvis behöver räkningen inte justeras. Men du kan återställa den till
"0", när maskinen är i standbyläge genom att trycka på
"återställ"-tangenten.
2, När det gäller tidsbetydan: vi brukar ställa in "01.00" när du startar
maskinen. Den visar den relativa fyllningstiden och väntetiden. Det betyder
1 sekund. 00.10 betyder 0.1 sekund. 10.00 betyder 10 sekunder
Men om du flyttar punkten genom att trycka på "lägg till/enhet", kommer
dess betydelse att ändras. Såsom: 010.0 betyder 10 sekunder, 001.0
betyder 1 sekund, 1000.0 betyder 1000 sekunder
De har samma betydelse för fyllning och väntetid
Nu ska vi ge dig ett exempel för att bevisa det. t.ex. vill vi fylla vattnet med
en vikt på 50g.(Vi tar 5L-modellen som exempel )
Vi vet att maskinens maximala fyllningshastighet är cirka 5000ml per min i
maxtillståndet. Det blir mindre om vi installerar påfyllningsmunstycket och
filtren. Så vi kan dra slutsatsen att den maximala fyllningsvikten är cirka 70
ml per sekund för referens. Så vi kunde justera påfyllningshastigheten till
max och justera påfyllningstiden till "01.00" genom att trycka på
"set/exit"-knappen för att välja den relativa tiden, flytta sedan på
"flytta"-tangenten för att välja det relativa numret, tryck sedan på "lägg
till/enhet"-tangenten för att ändra siffran från "0-9" cirkulärt (justeringen
fungerar endast för det blinkande siffran). Vi trycker på "set/exit"-tangenten
igen , sedan slutar det blinkande numret och lagras i programmet efter att
ha tryckt på "reset/exit"-knappen igen.
Väntetiden är endast fungerande i tillståndet automatisk. Och tiden mellan
2 fyllningar är kortare om du vill fylla effektivt.

4, vi kunde välja automatiskt läge eller manuellt läge (genom att trycka på
relativ tangent för att välja) efter att ha ställt in tiden.
Automatiskt läge innebär att maskinen kommer att arbeta enligt
inställningen fyllning och distanstid cirkulärt, om du inte trycker på "auto".
Du kan trycka på åtgärdsläge för att börja fylla om du väljer önskat läge.
Manuellt läge betyder att maskinen bara fungerar när du trycker på
"manuell"-knappen eller trycker på fotpedalen. Den fylls en gång när du
trycker en gång. Maskinen fungerar inte om du inte trycker på den .
MAINTENANCE
1. Det är bättre att rengöra maskinen med rent vatten efter varje
användning, vilket kan förlänga livslängden av pumpen.
2. Rengör produkten och filtret i tid efter varje användning .
3. När maskinen inte används, töm vätskan och förvara den på en
ventilerad och torr plats.
4. Förvara produkten på en torr och ventilerad plats.
