CW-3000 refrigerator is designed according to the international advanced cooling
system, suitable for laser engraving machines, CNC engraving machines, etc.
FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
1. The integrated water spray sealed water tank can be used without dust
for a long time, ensuring that the pipeline does not scale, so that the
laser equipment!

WARN
It is strictly forbidden to plug in and operate the chiller without water
supply.
The chiller should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry environment, away
from heat sources.
Hold the device at least 30 cm, keeping the distance between the disc
and the air inlet at least 10 cm from the obstacle to the air outlet on the
rear wall of the freezer.
If the chiller is to be out of service for a long time or before
transportation, the water in the chiller must be drained.
To protect the laser device, when the water temperature is around 10
degrees Celsius, the fan will be suspended, and when the water
temperature rises to 20 degrees Celsius, the fan will start working.

PROCEDURE
Installing this industrial chiller is very simple.
The first installation of a new machine can be carried out by following these
steps:
①.OPEN THE PACKAGE TO CHECK IF THE
MACHINE IS FIXED AND ALL NECESSARY
ACCESSORIES ARE COMPLETE.
②.OPEN THE WATER SUPPLY INLET TO SUPPLY
COOLING WATER (DON'T SPILL THE WATER
OUT!).
Observe the water level gauge and add water slowly,
taking care not to let the water overflow! For the
cooling of carbon steel equipment, an appropriate
amount of cooling water additive (anti-corrosion water
aqua) should be added to the water. Users in cold
regions should use non-corrosive antifreeze.
③
.CONNECT THE INLET AND OUTLET PIPES
ACCORDING TO THE SYSTEM CONDITIONS.
④
.PLUG THE POWER CORD INTO THE POWER SUPPLY AND TURN
ON THE COOLER.
The pump will work after turning on the chiller for the first time. There will
be a lot of air bubbles inside the water pipes that will occasionally make the
alarm work. After a few minutes of use, the chiller will work normally.
Please check the water pipes and connecting joints to ensure that the leak
is not available.

⑤.CHECK THE WATER LEVEL IN THE TANK.
Please double-check the water level. It may be
necessary to feed the water again after a few minutes
of use, as the air in the water pipe has been expelled.
Double-check the water circulation system and seal
the leak if the water level keeps dropping.

FLOW ALARM AND OUTPUT PORTS
In order to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged when the
cooling water circulation is out of control, the CW-3000/3000Pro series
chillers have low flow alarm protection.

Note: The flow alarm is connected to the normally open relay and the

WARN
Il est strictement interdit de brancher et faites fonctionner le
refroidisseur sans alimentation en eau.
Le refroidisseur doit être placé dans un environnement sec et bien
ventilé, loin des sources de chaleur.
Tenez l'appareil à au moins 30 cm, en gardant la distance entre le
disque et l'entrée d'air à au moins 10 cm de l'obstacle à la sortie d'air
sur la paroi arrière du congélateur.
Si le refroidisseur doit être hors service pendant une longue période ou
avant le transport, l'eau du refroidisseur doit être vidangée.

Pour protéger l'appareil laser, lorsque la température de l'eau est
d'environ 10 degrés Celsius, le ventilateur sera suspendu et lorsque la
température de l'eau atteint 20 degrés Celsius, le ventilateur
commencera à fonctionner.

PROCEDURE
L'installation de ce refroidisseur industriel est très simple.
La première installation d'une nouvelle machine peut être effectuée en
suivant ces étapes :

MACHINE EST FIXÉE ET TOUS LES
ACCESSOIRES NÉCESSAIRES SONT COMPLETS.

②.OUVREZ L'ENTRÉE D'ALIMENTATION EN EAU
POUR FOURNIR DE L'EAU DE
REFROIDISSEMENT (NE PAS DÉVERSER
L'EAU !).
Observez la jauge de niveau d’eau et ajoutez de l’eau
lentement en prenant soin de ne pas laisser l’eau
déborder ! Pour le refroidissement des équipements
en acier au carbone, une quantité appropriée d'additif
pour eau de refroidissement (eau anticorrosion) doit
être ajoutée à l'eau. Les utilisateurs des régions
froides doivent utiliser un antigel non corrosif.
③.RACCORDEZ LES TUYAUX D'ENTRÉE ET DE
SORTIE SELON LES CONDITIONS DU SYSTÈME.
④
.BRANCHEZ LE CORDON D'ALIMENTATION SUR L'ALIMENTATION
ÉLECTRIQUE ET ALLUMEZ LE REFROIDISSEUR.
La pompe fonctionnera après avoir allumé le refroidisseur pour la première
fois. Il y aura beaucoup de bulles d’air à l’intérieur des conduites d’eau qui
feront parfois fonctionner l’alarme. Après quelques minutes d'utilisation, le
refroidisseur fonctionnera normalement. Veuillez vérifier les conduites
d'eau et les joints de raccordement pour vous assurer qu'il n'y a pas de
fuite.

.VÉRIFIEZ LE NIVEAU D'EAU DANS LE
RÉSERVOIR.
Veuillez revérifier le niveau d’eau. Il peut être
nécessaire de réalimenter l'eau après quelques
minutes d'utilisation, car l'air présent dans la conduite
d'eau a été expulsé. Vérifiez à nouveau le système
de circulation d’eau et colmatez la fuite si le niveau
d’eau continue de baisser. (80 mm à 100 mm de la
surface)

Das Einstecken ist strengstens verboten den Kühler einschalten und
ohne Wasserversorgung betreiben.
Der Kühler sollte in einer gut belüfteten, trockenen Umgebung und fern
von Wärmequellen aufgestellt werden.
Halten Sie das Gerät mindestens 30 cm entfernt und halten Sie dabei
einen Abstand zwischen der Scheibe und dem Lufteinlass von

arbeiten.

PROCEDURE
Die Installation dieses Industriekühlers ist sehr einfach.
Die Erstinstallation einer neuen Maschine kann wie folgt durchgeführt
werden:
①.ÖFFNEN SIE DIE VERPACKUNG, UM ZU
PRÜFEN, OB DIE MASCHINE FEST IST UND ALLE
ERFORDERLICHEN ZUBEHÖRTEILE
VOLLSTÄNDIG SIND.

②. ÖFFNEN SIE DEN
WASSERVERSORGUNGSEINLASS, UM
KÜHLWASSER ZUZUFÜHREN (DAS WASSER
NICHT AUSSCHÜTTEN!).
Beobachten Sie die Wasserstandsanzeige und geben
Sie langsam Wasser hinzu. Achten Sie darauf, dass
das Wasser nicht überläuft! Zur Kühlung von Geräten
aus Kohlenstoffstahl sollte dem Wasser eine
entsprechende Menge Kühlwasserzusatz
(Korrosionsschutzwasser Aqua) zugesetzt werden.
Benutzer in kalten Regionen sollten nicht
korrodierendes Frostschutzmittel verwenden.
③.VERBINDEN SIE DIE EINLASS- UND
AUSLASSLEITUNGEN ENTSPRECHEND DEN
SYSTEMBEDINGUNGEN.
④
.STECKEN SIE DAS NETZKABEL IN DIE STROMVERSORGUNG UND
SCHALTEN SIE DEN KÜHLER EIN.
Die Pumpe funktioniert nach dem ersten Einschalten des Kühlers. In den
Wasserleitungen befinden sich viele Luftblasen, die gelegentlich dazu
führen, dass der Alarm auslöst. Nach einigen Minuten Betrieb funktioniert
der Kühler normal. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Wasserleitungen und
Verbindungsstellen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Leck nicht vorhanden ist.
⑤
.PRÜFEN SIE DEN WASSERSTAND IM TANK.
Bitte überprüfen Sie den Wasserstand noch einmal.
Es kann notwendig sein, nach einigen Minuten erneut
Wasser nachzufüllen, da die Luft in der Wasserleitung
entwichen ist. Überprüfen Sie das

PROCEDURE
Installare questo refrigeratore industriale è molto semplice.

PROCEDURE

Om het laserapparaat te beschermen, wordt de ventilator opgehangen
wanneer de watertemperatuur ongeveer 10 graden Celsius is, en
wanneer de watertemperatuur tot 20 graden Celsius stijgt, begint de

PROCEDURE
Het installeren van deze industriële koelmachine is zeer eenvoudig.
De eerste installatie van een nieuwe machine kan worden uitgevoerd door

niet overstroomt! Voor het koelen van koolstofstalen
apparatuur moet een passende hoeveelheid
koelwateradditief (anticorrosief wateraqua) aan het
water worden toegevoegd. Gebruikers in koude
streken moeten niet-corrosieve antivries gebruiken.
③. SLUIT DE INLAAT- EN UITLAATLEIDINGEN AAN
VOLGENS DE SYSTEEMOMSTANDIGHEDEN.

De pomp zal werken nadat de koelmachine voor de eerste keer is
ingeschakeld. Er zullen veel luchtbellen in de waterleidingen zitten,
waardoor het alarm af en toe werkt. Na een paar minuten gebruik zal de
koelmachine normaal werken. Controleer de waterleidingen en
verbindingsverbindingen om er zeker van te zijn dat er geen lekkage
aanwezig is.

.CONTROLEER HET WATERNIVEAU IN DE
TANK.
Controleer het waterniveau nogmaals. Het kan nodig
zijn om na enkele minuten gebruik opnieuw water toe
te voeren, omdat de lucht uit de waterleiding is
verdreven. Controleer het watercirculatiesysteem
nogmaals en dicht het lek als het waterniveau blijft

Pumpen kommer att fungera efter att kylaren slagits på för första gången.
Det blir mycket luftbubblor inne i vattenledningarna som då och då får
larmet att fungera. Efter några minuters användning kommer kylaren att
fungera normalt. Kontrollera vattenledningarna och anslutningsskarvarna
för att säkerställa att läckan inte är tillgänglig.

Vänligen dubbelkolla vattennivån. Det kan bli
nödvändigt att mata vattnet igen efter några minuters
