IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

●Portable PCPAir Gun Compressor can operated with either 220v/110v AC

(adjustable) power, or DC 12VVehicle power. Leads for both systems are supplied.

●NEVER start the Portable compressor without first having started its

cooling fan.

●The Portable compressor is designed to directly fill airguns with an

integral cylinder or buddy-bottle air source up to 0.5 litres(500cc) volume. It

should not be used for filling scuba tanks over 500cc. Any damage to the

compressor or PCP airgun caused through incorrect operation or use will

not be covered by the warranty.

●The Portable compressor has a MAXIMUM charging pressure of 300BAR

(4,500psi/30MPa) pressure.However, many PCP airguns will have a safe

working(operating) pressure that is lower than this - So DO NOT

OVER-CHARGE your PCP airgun.

● ALWAYS adhere to the airgun manufacturer' s operating instructions

when using the Portable compressor to charge your PCP airgun

●It is recommended that you observe the position of the needle on the 5s

pressure gauge of the PCP airgun and the unit pressure gauge at the

same time during charging. Ensure that the position does not exceed

300BAR(4500psi/30MPa). Stop blowing air when it reaches

280BAR(3750psi/28MPa)

● To avoid the unit overheating, always operate the compressor in a

well ventilated space.

● Do not disassemble the main unit of the Portable compressor- there

are no user- serviceable parts inside. However, the seals and the filter

medium and

filters in the hose assembly can be replaced with the spares provided .

●ALWAYS follow the rudimentary safety procedures when charging your

PCP airgun.

● If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or

assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

● This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and

persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of

experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards

involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user

maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Assembly Instructions

1.Connect the quick female

coupler to your Airgun cylinder,Air

Bottle or Airsoft products.

2.Connect another end foster to

the output on the front of

compressor via a male fitting.

Make sure the foster coupling.

3.Connect the supplied AC power

cord to the right-hand side of the

main unit and connect the

three-pin plug to the mains power

outlet.

4.Manually rotate the needle of

the automatic shut- off system to

the pressure you want.

WARNING!

NEVER overfill the maximum

pressure of your cylinder and

airgun. The maximum pressure for

this compressor is 300bar

(30Mpa/4500PSI).

5.Press the Compressor button on

the top of the compressor to start

the cooling fan.

ATTENTION! The fan must be

running when the compressor is

working.

6.Close the air bleed valve on the

front of the main unit by turning it

clockwise. It need only be finger

tight.

7.Finally, press the Compressor

button on the top of the main unit.

The compressor unit will audibly

start up and the charging process

will begin.

Using DC 12V Car Battery Power

8.Insure the car engine is running.

Connect the supplied DC power

cable to the right side of the 12v

socket.

9.Connect the red clip at the other

end of this cable to the positive (+)

terminal of the car’s12-volt battery.

Then connect the black clip to the

battery’s negative (-) terminal.

The rest operation is same as

step 5

NOTE:

If the working temperature exceeds 80 degrees CeIsius,the compressor

MUST be manually switched off,you can press the POWER button to

make the compressor stop working. Keep the cooling fan left running.

Restart the compressor function once the compressor has cooled down.

The compressor will be auto shut-off every 30 minutes to prevent

overload and overheat.You can restart the compressor by pressing the

POWER button again if air filling not finished.

Routine Maintenance

Note: we suggest you can do maintenance by changing o-rings and

clearing dirt every 50 pieces 500cc bottle filling or cumulative working 50

hours.

Insure all power is disconnected before maintenance

1.Loosen all 20 pieces screw

on the cabinet. (9 pieces on

front, 9 pieces on rear and 2

pieces on top ). Pick up the

whole metal cabinet carefully

and slowly. Be careful the

internal wires.

2.Loosen the one-way valve

(check valve) to see if o-ring or

spring damaged. Clean all dirt

and assembly it back,which

need to be tightened a bit.

3)Loosen the 2 pieces screws

of condensation tube.

4.Loosen the another 2 pieces

screws of condensation tube on

the other side.

5.Loosen the 4 pieces screws

on the high-pressure cylinder.

6.Take a look if the o-ring and

metal gasket damaged, clean

all dirt.

7.Loosen the 4 pieces screws

on the low-pressure cylinder.

8) Take off the low-pressure

cylinder,check .high-pressure

piston is any damaged. You

can add a little silicone or motor

oil on piston o-ring.

9.Take off the column metal part,clean dirt inside and check the

low-pressure o-rings if any damaged. You can add a little silicone or

motor oil on piston o-ring.

It is normal if you find the light gray O-ring disconnected.

Assembly

1.Setting the piston into the

column metal part.Keep the

bottom of the piston flush with the

column part. Make sure there are

no gaps between each parts.

2.Setting the low-pressure

cylinder into the high-pressure

piston.

3) Tighten 4 black screws.

4) Setting the high-pressure

cylinder into the low-pressure

piston. And tighten the4 screws.

5) Install condensation tube on

cylinder.

6) Install another condensation

tube.

Troubleshooting

E0- The temperature sensor is faulty.

E1- Automatically stops when the temperature exceeds 85 ° C.

E2- voltage is lower than 9.8V.

E3- The pressure button is faulty.

E4-Working time limit and pressure reach automatic stop.

Instructions de montage

1 . Connectez le coupleur femelle

rapide à votre cylindre Airgun ,

bouteille d'air ou Produits Airsoft .

2. Connectez un autre foyer

d'extrémité au sortir sur le devant

de compresseur via un mâle

raccord . S'assurer le couplage

nourricier .

3 . Connectez le Cordon

d'alimentation secteur à droite

côté de le principal unité et

connecter la fiche à trois broches

à la prise secteur t .

4 . Manuellement tourner le

aiguille de le arrêt automatique

AVERTISSEMENT!

JAMAIS déborder le maximum

pression de votre cylindre et votre

arme à air comprimé. La pression

maximale pour cela compresseur

est de 300 bars (30 Mpa /4500

PSI ).

5 . Appuyez sur le bouton

Compresseur situé sur le dessus

du compresseur pour démarrer le

ventilateur de refroidissement.

ATTENTION! Le ventilateur doit

fonctionner lorsque le

compresseur fonctionne .

6 . Fermez la vanne de purge d'air

du devant de l'unité principale en

la tournant dans le sens des

aiguilles d'une montre. Il suffit de

le serrer avec les doigts.

7 . Enfin , appuyez sur le bouton

Compresseur en haut de le

principal unité . Le compresseur

unité volonté démarre de manière

audible et le processus de charge

commence.

Utilisation de l'alimentation de la batterie de voiture

DC 12 V

8 . Assurer la voiture le moteur

tourne. Connectez le câble

d'alimentation CC fourni à droite

côté de le Prise 12v.

9. Connectez le clip rouge à l'autre

fin de cela câble à le borne

positive (+) de le voiture 12 volts

batterie. Ensuite, connectez le clip

noir à la borne négative (-) de la

batterie .

NOTE:

Si la température de fonctionnement dépasse 80 degrés Celsius, le

compresseur DOIT être éteint manuellement, vous pouvez appuyer sur

le bouton POWER pour arrêter le compresseur. Laissez le ventilateur de

refroidissement en marche. Redémarrez la fonction du compresseur une

fois que le compresseur a refroidi.

Le compresseur s'éteindra automatiquement toutes les 30 minutes pour

éviter la surcharge et la surchauffe. Vous pouvez redémarrer le

compresseur en appuyant à nouveau sur le bouton POWER si le

remplissage d'air n'est pas terminé.

Maintenance de routine

Remarque : nous vous suggérons d'effectuer l'entretien en changeant les

joints toriques et en éliminant la saleté toutes les 50 pièces de remplissage

de bouteille de 500 cc ou 50 heures de travail cumulées.

Assurez-vous que toute l'alimentation est coupée avant la

maintenance !

1 . Desserrez les 20 vis du

meuble. (9 pièces à l'avant, 9

pièces à l'arrière et 2 pièces sur

le dessus). Ramassez toute

l'armoire métallique avec

précaution et lentement. Faites

attention aux fils internes.

2 . Desserrez le clapet

anti-retour (clapet anti-retour)

pour voir si le joint torique ou le

ressort est endommagé.

Nettoyez toute la saleté et

remontez-la, qui doit être

resserrée un peu.

3) Desserrez les 2 vis du tube

de condensation.

4 . Desserrez les 2 autres vis

du tube de condensation de

l'autre côté.

5 . Desserrez les 4 vis du

cylindre haute pression.

6 . Vérifiez si le joint torique et

le joint métallique sont

endommagés, nettoyez toute la

saleté.

7 . Desserrez les 4 vis du

cylindre basse pression.

8) Retirez le cylindre basse

pression, vérifiez que le piston

haute pression est

endommagé. Vous pouvez

ajouter un peu de silicone ou

d'huile moteur sur le joint

torique du piston .

9. Retirez la partie métallique de la colonne, nettoyez la saleté à

l'intérieur et vérifiez les joints toriques basse pression s'ils sont

endommagés. Vous pouvez ajouter un peu de silicone ou d'huile moteur

sur le joint torique du piston .

Il est normal que le joint torique gris clair soit déconnecté.

Assemblée

1 . Placement du piston dans la

partie métallique de la colonne.

Gardez le bas du piston au ras de

la partie de la colonne.

Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas

d'espace entre chaque pièce.

2 . Placer le cylindre basse

pression dans le piston haute

pression.

3) Serrez les 4 vis noires.

4) Placer le cylindre haute

pression dans le piston basse

pression. Et serrez les 4 vis.

5) Installez le tube de

condensation sur le cylindre.

6) Installez un autre tube de

condensation.

Dépannage

E0- Le capteur de température est défectueux .

E1- S'arrête automatiquement lorsque la température dépasse 85°C .

est inférieure à 9,8 V.

E3- Le bouton pression est défectueux .

E4-Le délai de travail et la pression atteignent l'arrêt automatique .

Wenn die Arbeitstemperatur 80 Grad Celsius übersteigt, MUSS der

Kompressor manuell ausgeschaltet werden. Sie können die

5 . Lösen Sie die 4 Stück

Schrauben am

Hochdruckzylinder.

6 . Überprüfen Sie, ob der O -

Ring und die Metalldichtung

beschädigt sind, und entfernen

Sie alle Verschmutzungen.

7 . Lösen Sie die 4 Schrauben

am Niederdruckzylinder.

Niederdruckzylinder ab und

prüfen Sie, ob der

Hochdruckkolben beschädigt

oder Motoröl auf den Kolben-O

- Ring geben.

9. Nehmen Sie das Metallteil der Säule ab, reinigen Sie das Innere von

NOTA:

Se la temperatura di lavoro supera gli 80 gradi CeIsius, il compressore

DEVE essere spento manualmente, è possibile premere il pulsante

ventola di raffreddamento in funzione. Riavviare la funzione del

compressore una volta che il compressore si è raffreddato.

Il compressore si spegnerà automaticamente ogni 30 minuti per evitare

sovraccarico e surriscaldamento. È possibile riavviare il compressore

premendo nuovamente il pulsante POWER se il riempimento dell'aria

non è terminato.

Manutenzione ordinaria

Nota: suggeriamo di eseguire la manutenzione sostituendo gli o-ring e

rimuovendo lo sporco ogni 50 pezzi di riempimento di bottiglie da 500 cc o

di funzionamento cumulativo per 50 ore.

Assicurarsi che tutta l'alimentazione sia scollegata prima della

manutenzione !

1 . Allentare tutte le 20 viti sul

mobiletto. (9 pezzi davanti, 9

pezzi dietro e 2 pezzi sopra).

Raccogli l'intero armadio

metallico con attenzione e

lentamente. Fare attenzione ai

cavi interni.

2 . Allentare la valvola

unidirezionale (valvola di

ritegno) per verificare se l'o -

ring o la molla sono

danneggiati. Pulisci tutto lo

sporco e rimontalo, che deve

danneggiato. È possibile

aggiungere un po' di silicone o

olio motore sull'o - ring del

pistone.

9. Togliere la parte metallica della colonna, pulire lo sporco all'interno e

controllare gli o - ring di bassa pressione se sono danneggiati. È

possibile aggiungere un po' di silicone o olio motore sull'o - ring del

pistone.

È normale se trovi l'O-ring grigio chiaro scollegato.

Montage-instructies

1 . Sluit de vrouwelijke

snelkoppeling aan op uw

luchtbukscilinder , luchtfles of

5 . Druk op de Compressor-knop

bovenop de compressor om de

koelventilator te starten.

AANDACHT! De ventilator moet

draaien als de compressor werkt .

6 . Sluit het ontluchtingsventiel op

de voorkant van de hoofdeenheid

door deze met de klok mee te

draaien. Het hoeft alleen maar

vingervast te zijn.

7 . Druk ten slotte op de

Compressor - knop bovenaan van

de voornaamst eenheid . De

compressor eenheid zullen

hoorbaar op en het laadproces

begint .

Gebruik van DC 12V auto-accuvoeding

8 . Verzekeren de auto motor

draait. Sluit de meegeleverde

gelijkstroomkabel aan op de

rechterkant kant van de 12v

stopcontact.

9. Sluit de rode clip aan de andere

einde van dit kabel naar de

positieve (+) aansluiting van de

auto 12 volt accu. Verbind de

zwarte clip met de negatieve (-)

pool van de batterij .

De rest werking _ is dezelfde

als stap 5

OPMERKING:

Als de werktemperatuur hoger is dan 80 graden Celsius, MOET de

compressor handmatig worden uitgeschakeld. U kunt op de

AAN/UIT-knop drukken om de compressor te laten stoppen met werken.

Laat de koelventilator draaien. Start de compressorfunctie opnieuw

zodra de compressor is afgekoeld.

De compressor wordt elke 30 minuten automatisch uitgeschakeld om

overbelasting en oververhitting te voorkomen. U kunt de compressor

opnieuw opstarten door nogmaals op de POWER-knop te drukken als

het luchtvullen niet is voltooid.

Gepland onderhoud

Opmerking: wij raden u aan onderhoud uit te voeren door de O-ringen te

vervangen en vuil te verwijderen elke 50 stuks 500cc flesvulling of

cumulatief 50 werkuren.

Zorg ervoor dat alle stroom is uitgeschakeld vóór onderhoud !

1 . Draai alle 20 stuks

schroeven op de kast los. (9

stuks aan de voorkant, 9 stuks

aan de achterkant en 2 stuks

aan de bovenkant). Pak de

hele metalen kast voorzichtig

en langzaam op. Wees

voorzichtig met de interne

draden.

2 . Draai de eenrichtingsklep

(terugslagklep) los om te zien

of de o - ring of veer

beschadigd is. Maak al het vuil

schoon en monteer hem terug,

deze moet nog een beetje

worden vastgedraaid.

3) Draai de twee schroeven

van de condensatiebuis los.

schroeven van de

condensatiebuis aan de andere

kant los.

5 . Draai de 4 stuks schroeven

op de hogedrukcilinder los.

6 . Kijk of de O - ring en

metalen pakking beschadigd

7 . Draai de 4 stuks schroeven

op de lagedrukcilinder los.

8) Verwijder de lagedrukcilinder

en controleer of de

hogedrukzuiger beschadigd is.

zuiger toevoegen.

9. Verwijder het metalen onderdeel van de kolom, verwijder het vuil aan

Montage

Monteringsanvisningar

1 . Anslut snabbkopplingen till din

NOTERA:

Om arbetstemperaturen överstiger 80 grader Celsius, MÅSTE

kompressorn stängas av manuellt, du kan trycka på POWER-knappen

Starta om kompressorfunktionen när kompressorn har svalnat.

Kompressorn stängs av automatiskt var 30:e minut för att förhindra

Rutin underhållning

1 . Lossa alla 20 stycken

skruvar på skåpet. (9 stycken

på framsidan, 9 stycken på

baksidan och 2 stycken på

toppen). Plocka upp hela

metallskåpet försiktigt och

långsamt. Var försiktig med de

interna ledningarna.

2 . Lossa envägsventilen

(backventilen) för att se om o -

ringen eller fjädern är skadad.

Rengör all smuts och sätt

tillbaka den, som måste dras åt

lite.

3) Lossa de två skruvarna på

kondensröret.

4 . Lossa de två andra

skruvarna av kondensröret på

andra sidan.

5 . Lossa de 4 delade

skruvarna på

högtryckscylindern.

6 . Ta en titt om o - ringen och

metallpackningen är skadade,

rengör all smuts.

7 . Lossa de 4 delade

skruvarna på

lågtryckscylindern.

8) Ta bort lågtryckscylindern,

kontrollera att högtryckskolven

är skadad. Du kan lägga till lite

silikon eller motorolja på

kolvens o- ring .

9. Ta av pelarens metalldel, rengör smutsen inuti och kontrollera

lågtrycks-o- ringarna om de är skadade. Du kan lägga till lite silikon eller

motorolja på kolvens o- ring .

Det är normalt om du hittar den ljusgrå O-ringen frånkopplad.
