IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY:
Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from
openings and moving parts of the appliance and its accessories.
Unplug charger from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used
by or near children.
Use only as described in the user guide.
Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
Do not use with damaged charger, cord or plug.
Do not immerse in water or liquid.
If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged,
left outdoors, or dropped into water: do not attempt to operate it and
have it repaired at an authorized service center.
Do not pull or carry charger by the cord, use cord as a handle, close a
door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run
appliance over cord.
Keep charger away from heated surfaces.
Do not unplug charger by pulling on cord.
To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
Do not handle charger, including charger plug and charger terminal,
with wet hands.
Do not put any object into openings.
Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and
anything that may reduce air flow.
Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as
gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
Do not pick up toxic material (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner,
etc.).
Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes,
matches or hot ashes.
Do not use appliance in an enclosed space filled with vapors given off
by oil-based paint, some moth-proofing substances, flammable dust, or
other explosive or toxic vapors.
Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF-position
before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance
with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that can turn the
switch on invites accidents.
Do not use appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or
modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire,
explosion or risk of injury.
Do not expose appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to
fire or temperature above 130°C/265°F may cause explosion.
Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the appliance
outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging
improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may
damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the
product is maintained.
Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated in
the instructions for use and care.
Keep the temperature range of between 4-40°C/40-104°F when
charging battery, storing machine or during use.
Only use with the following chargers; Mass Power Electronic Ltd., Model
S030-1B297100HU or Sunstrong International Industrial Ltd., Model
SSC-297100US.
Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger
that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire
when used with another battery pack.
Plastic film can be dangerous. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep away
from children.
Liquid must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical
components.
Use only BISSELL cleaning products intended for use with this appliance
to prevent internal component damage. See the Cleaning Formulas
section of this guide.
Do not charge the unit outdoors.
Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. The
batteries can explode in a fire.
The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when
removing the battery.
Dispose of used batteries promptly.
Use extra care when cleaning on stairs
Keep appliance on a level surface.
Do not carry the vacuum cleaner while in use.
Turn off all-control, including the Power Switch and disconnect charger
from electrical outlet before making any adjustments, performing
maintenance, troubleshooting, changing accessories or storing
appliance. Such preventative safety measures reduce the risk of starting
the appliance accidentally.
Do not apply liquid directly to any person or animal.
Battery pack, charging port on the appliance and charger output are not
to be short-circuited.
Do not turn your machine ON until you are familiar with all instructions
and operating procedures.
This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
Plastic tanks are not dishwasher safe. Do not put tanks in dishwasher.

Assembly and Charging
Important: Plug in the machine immediately upon receiving. For maximum run time (up to 30
minutes in BatteryBoost+), charge for 4 hours before use.
1. To install hose clip, insert
into back of machine and rotate
clockwise until it clicks.
2. Wrap hose around bottom
of machine and place on hose
clip.
3. Turn machine OFF. The
charging port door slides out
of the way when charger is
inserted. Insert charger into port.
Plug charger into a wall outlet.
4. The battery status indicator
lights will illuminate when
charging.

Filling the Clean Water Tank
This machine is compatible with BISSELL® formulas made for portable carpet cleaners. For optimal
performance, use genuine BISSELL formulas in your machine. Other formulas or household cleaners
may cause defects or damage to the machine.
1. Choose your formula.* 2. Lift clean water tank up to
remove.
3. Unscrew cap.
4. Add warm tap water
(140°F/6C max) to fill line
based on size of your mess.
Small Area: 14 oz
Large Area: 28 oz
5. Add formula to fill line based
on the size of your mess.
Small Area: 2 oz
Large Area: 4 oz
6. Tighten cap back into place.
Align clean tank with groove
on machine and slide down
until it clicks.
*Compatible BISSELL formulas include: PET PRO Oxy Spot & Stain, Advanced PET Spot & Stain,
OXYGEN BOOST, Simply Spot & Stain Pet, Little Green Formula with Oxy

Using Your Machine
Before You Clean
Ensure your machine is fully charged.
Vacuum to remove loose dirt from areas to be cleaned.
Spray any BISSELL stain pretreat formula on soiled areas and allow to sit for a few minutes.
Tip: For upholstery, work in small sections until area is clean.
Attaching and Using the Tools
1. Unwrap hose. Attach your
desired tool to end of hose
grip until it clicks.
2. Press power button ON. 3. Select cleaning mode. See
below for more information.
Note: Machine defaults to
Standard Mode.
4. Point tool above stain and
press and hold trigger to spray
solution over affected area.
5. Release spray trigger
and gently scrub stain using
bristles.
6. Release the trigger and
make “dry passes” to remove
moisture. Apply firm pressure
and slowly pull the tool toward
you to remove the stain. The
motor ramps up to optimal
suction when the tool contacts
the surface. Repeat until no
water is visible in the nozzle.
Standard Mode
HIGHEST SUCTION POWER
Motor remains with optimal suction power
for a run time of up to 20 minutes.
BatteryBoost+ Mode
ENERGY-EFFICIENT POWER
The light will be solid green when
BatteryBoost+ mode is ready. The motor
idles until the tool contacts the surface,
then ramps up to optimal suction. Run time
up to 30 minutes. Note: If the light flashes,
wait until it stops to start cleaning.

Use HydroRinse tool to clean out your hose after each use.
1. Attach tool to end of hose
grip until it clicks.
2. Hold hose and tool in an
upright position with machine
ON. Hold down trigger for 30
seconds. Be sure to empty
dirty water tank after use.

when it reaches “MAX” line. Do
not let water level fill above
the MAX line.
2. Remove tank by tilting
outward and carry to a
disposal area.
3. Pull up on tank lid to
remove.

rinse tank.
5. Reinstall tank lid. 6. Insert bottom of tank first
and push top of tank toward
machine until it clicks into
place.

Cleaning and Storing Your Machine
NOTICE: To reduce the risk of a leaking condition, do not store where freezing may occur. Damage to internal components may
result. Store machine in protected, dry area at room temperature (40°F - 104°F).
Warranty
NOTICE Disconnecting the battery will destroy the appliance and invalidate the warranty.
1. Remove and rinse tools
under clean, running water.
Allow tools to dry.
2. Press release latch on hose
to remove from machine.
3. Rinse hose with clean water.
Lift end of hose and stretch to
ensure all water is removed.
4. Let hose dry completely
before reattaching. It will click
into place.
5. Wrap hose for storage. Store indoors in a secure,
dry location. If planning to store for over 6 months, ensure
battery is fully charged before storage.
Note: Other maintenance or service not included in this manual should be performed by an
authorized service representative.
