Prepare your drink and add wood chips
into the cocktail smoker mesh.

Ignite the wood chips with your Matco
torch, which is included in the kit.

Cover the cocktail smoker with the with
the wooden cover and wait a few seconds.

Smoker Care Instructions. Do not submerge in
water! If you need to clean your smoker, use a
damp towel gently wipe the wood. Be sure to
condition with butcher block conditioner or
mineral oil when it looks dry.
Instrucciones de cuidado para fumadores. ¡No lo
sumerjas en agua! Si necesita limpiar su
ahumador, use una toalla húmeda y limpie
suavemente la madera. Asegúrese de
acondicionarlo con acondicionador para bloques
de carnicero o aceite mineral cuando se vea

Wood Chips. Less is more! Do not overfill your
basket to the top with wood chips. The smoke
won’t be able to penetrate down into the glass
if there are too many chips.

de madera. El humo no podrá penetrar en el

Mesh Baskets. The baskets need to be cleaned
after each use! Use the brush provided to
brush out the ash and dust from the basket.
The mesh baskets should be replaced when
they wear out (every 500 uses or so).

REFILLING THE TORCH
Before filling please use a small screwdriver to press the
inflation port at the bottom of the torch and release any
residual gas or air inside, reducing the pressure of the
blow torch.
1. Use butane gas with long nozzle
2. Turn the torch upside down
3. Press the butane down into the fill valve, pressing for
about 3 seconds each time. Repeat this process for
about 2-3 times.
4. Refill done, wait a few minutes for oxygen to be fully
mixed to ensure safe use. Then point the torch away and
carefully press the ignition button to light the torch.

Antes de llenar, utilice un destornillador pequeño para
presionar el puerto de inflado en la parte inferior del
soplete y liberar el gas o aire residual del interior,
reduciendo la presión del soplete.
