SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read and understand this entire manual before operate the product.
WARNING
1. Avoid touching the product's surface during adjustments or while it is in normal operation.
2. Keep light at least 3 feet away from items that are prone to high heat risk.
33Refrain from prolonged direct eye contact with the light while it is in operation.
3. Do not operate the product if the transparent lamp shade or stand is damaged or not functioning properly.
4. Never submerge the light or power cord in water!
CAUTION
1. Do not touch the unit until the light has had enough time to cool down.
2. Ensure that the light is placed at a safe distance from all flammable materials and surfaces.
3. Adequate ventilation is recommended to facilitate heat dissipation during operation.
4. The product should not be played with by children. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by
chchildren either.
OPERATION
1. Plug the 5' power plug into an electrical outlet.
2. Press the ON/OFF switch on the back of the light for operation.
3. Use side knobs to adjust light to desired possition.
4. Use the folding hook at the top to hang the light to the desired location.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
: If, during normal use, this Performax
TM
lighting fixture breaks or fails due to a defect in
material and workmanship within one (1) year from the date of original purchase, simply bring this lighting fixture with the
original sales receipt back to your nearest Performax retail store. At its discretion, Performax
TM
agrees to have the product
or any defective part(s) repaired or replaced with the same or similar Performax
TM
product or part free of charge, within the
stated warranty period, when returned by the original purchaser with original sales receipt. This warranty; (1) excludes
expendable parts including but not limited to light bulbs; (2) does not cover damage that has resulted from abuse or
misuse; and (3) does not cover any losses, labor, injuries to persons/property or costs. This warranty does give you specific
legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
