• To disconnect, turn all controls to the o position, then remove plug from outlet.
• DO NOT use the device if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped or
damaged. For warranty and repairs, contact Consumer Relations.
• STOP using the device and consult your healthcare provider if you experience an
adverse reaction from using the device.
• DO NOT use the device in any other way than specied in this manual.
• NEVER operate on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch where the air openings may
be blocked.
• Recharge only with the charger provided with the unit. A charger that is suitable for
one type of battery pack may create a risk of re when used with another battery
pack.
• DO NOT expose a battery pack or appliance to re or excessive temperatures.
• Exposure to re or temperature above 265°F may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance
outside of the temperature range specied in the instructions. Charging improperly or
at temperatures outside of the specied range may damage the battery and increase
the risk of re. Product operating and charging range: 0°C – 40°C.

• This product is not intended for medical use.
• Consult your doctor prior to using this product, if:
- You are pregnant
- You have a pacemaker
- You have any concerns regarding your health
• NOT recommended for use by people with diabetes.
• NEVER leave the appliance unattended, especially if children are present.
• NEVER cover the appliance when it is in operation.
• DO NOT use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time.
• Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. Should
this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
• NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inamed areas or skin eruptions.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
• DO NOT use this product before bed. The massage has a stimulating eect and can
delay sleep.
• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suering from any physical
ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls or who has sensory
deciencies.
• This unit should not be used by children or invalids without adult supervision.
• NEVER use this product in automobiles.
• This appliance is intended for household use only.
• This product has an internal, nonreplaceable lithium-ion battery. This battery is not
user-serviceable. Please dispose in accordance with local, state, province, and country
regulations.
• NEVER use this appliance on or near eyes or other highly sensitive areas.
• All servicing of this unit must be performed by authorized Homedics service personnel
only.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
LED LIGHT INDICATOR (DURING USE AND CHARGING)
Vibration mode Vibration LED illuminate BLUE. Turns o when vibration is o.
Heat mode
Heat LED illuminate GREEN (Low), BLUE (Medium), RED (High). Turns
o when heat is o.
Sound mode Power LED illuminate BLUE. Turns WHITE when soundscape is o.
Low power
Power LED ashes WHITE (every 30 secs), conrmed by an audio prompt.
Powers o when power is depleted.
While Charging Power LED breathes WHITE (every 2 secs)
Full Charging Power LED illuminate WHITE. Turns o after unplug from charger.

1. Your massager, when opened, may require charging. To charge
your massager, plug one side of the USB-C cord into the unit
and plug the other end into an adapter. Next, plug the adapter
into a 120-volt outlet. Your massager will be fully charged after
approximately 3 and ½ hours of continuous charging, and the
charge will last approximately 3 hours.
NOTE: This device only comes with a USB-C cord, not an adapter. A
USB-C phone charger will also charge the unit. The unit will not operate
when it is charging. Use a 5V1A charger, but can not be higher than 5V.
2. To turn the massager on, press and hold the power button
for 2 seconds. The LED
light indicator will illuminate WHITE and conrmed by a power on audio prompt.
3. By default, Soundscape, Vibration, and Heat is OFF. You can press respective
function button once to activate desired functions.
4. Press the vibration button
once to start the massage. Press again to change
modes (Fig. 1), the LED light indicator will illuminate BLUE. To turn vibration o,
cycle through 3 modes; the 4th mode turns o the vibration, conrmed by an audio
prompt.
5. To activate soothing heat, press the heat button
once to start the heating
function. Press again to change through low, medium, and high heat. The LED light
indicator will illuminate GREEN, BLUE and RED accordingly. To turn heat o, cycle
through 3 modes; the 4th mode turns o the heat, conrmed by an audio prompt.
6. To activate calming sounds, press the power button
once to start the soundscape
function. Press again to change through 10 dierent sounds. The LED light
indicator (as shown in Fig. 1) will illuminate BLUE when in soundscape mode. To
turn soundscape o, cycle through 10 sounds, the 11th mode turns o the sound,
conrmed by an audio prompt.
7. To increase audio volume during calming sounds, press + once to desired audio
volume. Press - to reduce audio volume.
8. To turn the massager o, press and hold the power button
for 2 seconds. The LED
light indicator will turn o and conrmed by a power on audio prompt.
NOTE: This unit is equipped with a 15-minute auto-o feature for your safety.
NOTE: This unit features a memory function. If it is manually powered o or
automatically shuts o during calming sounds mode, it will resume the last selected
soundscape when powered on again.

TO CLEAN
• Be sure to unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Use a soft, slightly damp
cloth to wipe. Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol.
• DO NOT use any other cleaners as they may damage the device.
• DO NOT clean the device while it is turned on or charging.
• NEVER allow water or any liquids to come into contact with the product.
TO STORE:
• Store this unit in its box, storage bag, or a cool, dry place.
• Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the
fabric surface.
• Before each use, with the device switched o, clean following the cleaning
instructions above.
• DO NOT hang the unit by the power cord.
• The product should be stored at 25°C (77 °F).

workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below.
Homedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your Homedics product, contact a Consumer Relations representative
for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.
Homedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent
consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate Homedics
in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by
misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product;
improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modications; improper use of electrical/power
supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure
to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect;
vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair
facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond
the control of Homedics.
This warranty is eective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the
product is purchased. A product that requires modications or adoption to enable it to operate
in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/
or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modications is not covered under this
warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY.
THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
