• Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before
cleaning.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.

• DO NOT place in or drop into water or other liquid.

Service Center for examination and repair.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
• NEVER drop or insert any object into any opening.
• DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause re,
electric shock or injury to persons.
• DO NOT carry this appliance by the supply cord or use cord as a handle.
• To disconnect, turn all controls to the o position, then remove plug from outlet.
• DO NOT use outdoors.
• NEVER operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of
lint, hair, and the like.
• Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin
areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or
incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
• DO NOT use this massager in close proximity to loose clothing or jewelry.
• Keep long hair away from massager while in use.
• NEVER operate on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch where the air openings may be
blocked.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the o-position before connecting to
battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your nger
on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch on invites accidents.
• Recharge only with the charger specied by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for
one type of battery pack may create a risk of re when used with another battery pack.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, ush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

• DO NOT use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modied. Damaged or
modied batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in re, explosion or risk of
injury.
• DO NOT expose a battery pack or appliance to re or excessive temperature. Exposure to
re or temperature above 130°C may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of
the temperature range specied in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures
outside of the specied range may damage the battery and increase the risk of re.
• Have servicing performed by a qualied repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
• Product operating and charging range: 0°C – 40°C.
• All servicing of this massager must be performed by authorized Homedics service
personnel only.
• This product has an internal, non-replaceable lithium-ion battery.
• This battery is not user-serviceable. Please dispose in accordance with local, state,
province, and country regulations.

• Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. Should this
occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
• Never use this product directly on swollen or inamed areas or skin eruptions.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
• This product is equipped with an overheating protection circuit. If the power is cut o,
please wait until the product is cooled down.
• NEVER use this product while in bed.
• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suering from any physical ailment
that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls or who has sensory deciencies.
• This product is not for use in automobiles.
• This product is intended for household use only.

Please check if the product and accessories are complete and undamaged.
• USB-C rechargeable – To charge the product, plug the charging cable into the socket and connect the cable to the
charging socket (Fig. 1).
• Charging time is 4 hours for up to 2hours run time (depending on setting used). Please use a 5V
2A charger for
charging.
• Once the charging cable is connected, a solid red LED light will indicate the product is charging. A solid green LED
light will indicate the product is fully charged.
• Once the product is fully charged, disconnect it from the power supply.
• This product cannot be used while charging – this is to protect the life of the components and also to avoid injury
• When battery reaches 10%, the LED on the control panel will ash red.
• After charging is complete, please unplug the power source.
NOTE: Use only with Listed/Certied ITE Power Supply. Recharge only with the USB-C Charging cord provided with the
unit. Use a USB AC Adapter that is suitable to provide the required Input Voltage and minimum input current. Use of any
other cord or incompatible USB AC Adapter may damage the product and may increase risk of harm to user or property.

• 2 massage modes – when the product is powered on, it will start in the rst mode which is traditional kneading massage.
The second mode reverses the direction of the massage nodes.
• Soothing heat is activated by short pressing the heat button – only the 2 larger nodes are heated
• Select from 2 intensity settings (hi/low)
• Place massager around neck (Fig. 2). Position the 2 larger nodes at the top of your neck, and the smaller nodes between
your shoulder blades
• The hands free system works by clipping the elastic straps into the buckles located on the top and bottom of the
product while wearing it. The straps are meant to go under the arms (Fig. 3) to secure the neck massager against your

neck, almost like a backsack.
NOTE: Do not use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time.
There is a 15 minute auto shut-o on this appliance for your safety. This feature should not be used as a substitute for
‘OFF’. Always remember to switch the appliance o when not in use.
CLEANING
Unplug the appliance and allow to cool before cleaning.
• Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
• NEVER allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the appliance.
• DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean.
• NEVER use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass / furniture polish, paint thinner etc to clean.
STORAGE
Allow the product to cool down and then place in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or
pointed objects which might cut or puncture the fabric surface. To avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the USB cable around
the appliance. DO NOT hang the unit by the USB cable.

Homedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and
workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below.
Homedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your Homedics product, contact a Consumer Relations
representative for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.
Homedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent
consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate Homedics in
any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse
or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product;
improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modications; improper use of electrical/power
supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure
to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect;
vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair
facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond
the control of Homedics.
This warranty is eective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the
product is purchased. A product that requires modications or adoption to enable it to operate
in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/
or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modications is not covered under this
warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY.
