Manage Shi via Mobile Web Browser

You can set the normal shi and man-hour shi. Normal shi can be applied in aendance

scenarios of regular aendance, and you can set the aendance rules and the aendance number.

Man-hour shi can be applied in the aendance scenarios of exible working system.

You can edit and add shi aendance informaon, including shi name and aendance duraon.

Steps

Set aendance rules.

1) Tap

→ Time and Aendance → Shi Management .

Set shi.

1) Tap a normal shi to enter the sengs page.

2) Set the Shi Name, On-Work Time, and O-Work Time.

If the aendance rules conict with the normal shi duraons, the device will prompt

"Duraon error". Please delete all duraons and recongure the sengs aer exing.

●

The shi name supports Chinese, uppercase English, lowercase English, numbers and

symbols.

●

Up to 32 characters can be entered in shi name.

3) You can enable Set Overme, and set the start me and end me.

Tap Save.

Manage Shi Schedule via Mobile Web Browser

You can combine the shi and holiday according to your actual needs. Shi schedule by

department and shi schedule by individual are supported.
