when there is no identified object approaching.
- An identified object slows
down or stops before an
intersection just before you
make a turn and enter the
oncoming lane.
- An identified object passes
by just before you make a
turn and enter the oncoming
lane.
- Just before you make a turn
and enter the oncoming lane,
you pass by an identified
object also making a turn.
