What to do if...
Problem Possible cause Solution
Cooking has started but
the oven does not heat up.
The oven door is not
closed.
Make sure that the oven door
is closed.
Possible heating elements
or oven door sensor failure.
Contact your local technical
support centre.
The sound of a fan can
be heard even after the
power has been turned
off.
The fan continues to run to
cool the appliance until the
internal temperature is low
enough.
Wait for the time necessary for
the appliance to cool down.
If the fan does not switch off
after this time, contact your
local technical support centre.
When in operation, hot air
escapes from above the
oven door.
It is normal for hot air to
escape from above the
door to cool the appliance
whilst it is in operation.
Wait for the appliance to cool
down normally.
If the hot air continues to
escape or if it escapes from
other parts of the oven,
