10.3.6 Set Object Removal Detecon
It detects whether the objects are removed from the predened detecon region, such as the
exhibits on display. If it occurs, the device can take linkage acons and the sta can take measures
to reduce property loss.
Before You Start
●
Go to VCA and select the applicaon. Select Smart Event and click Next to enable the funcon.
●
For the device supporng HEOP, go to VCA to import and enable Smart Event.
Steps
1.
Go to VCA → Set Applicaon → Smart Event → Object Removal Detecon .

Check Enable.

Click Add to add a rule and set a detecon area.
1) Draw a detecon area. Click , click on the live view to specify the vertexes and draw the
boundaries of the detecon area, and right click to complete drawing.
2) Set the minimum size and the maximum size for the target to improve detecon accuracy.
Only targets whose size are between the maximum size and the minimum size trigger the
detecon. Click and , then drag the mouse in the live view to draw the minimum and
maximum target size.
3) Oponal: Click to delete all the seng areas.

Set parameters.
Sensivity
Sensivity stands for the percentage of the body part of an acceptable target that enters the
predened region. Sensivity = 100 - S1/ST × 100. S1 stands for the target body part that goes
across the predened region. ST stands for the complete target body. The higher the value of
sensivity is, the more easily the alarm can be triggered.
Threshold
The threshold for the me of the objects removed from the region. If you set the value as 10,
alarm is triggered aer the object disappears from the region for 10s.
