workmanship.

1.Anypartwhichhasbecomeinoperativeduetomisuse,commercialuse,abuse,neglect,accident,im

2.Theunitifithasnotbeenoperatedand/ormaintainedinaccordancewiththeowner’sinstructionsfur

3.Theengineormotororcomponentpartsthereofwhichcarryseparatewarrantiesfromtheirmanufac

6.Normaldeteriorationoftheexteriorfinishduetouseorexposure.
FullNinetyDayWarrantyonBattery:Forninety(90)daysfromthedateofretailpurchase,ifanybatteryincluded
withthisunitprovesdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanshipandourtestingdeterminesthebatterywillnotholda
charge,MTDPRODUCTSLIMITEDwillreplacethebatteryatnochargetotheoriginalpurchaser.
AdditionalLimitedThirtyDayWarrantyonBattery:Afterninety(90)daysbutwithinonehundredtwenty(120)
daysfromthedateofpurchase,MTDPRODUCTSLIMITEDwillreplacethedefectivebattery,fortheoriginalpur-
chaser,foracostofone-half(1/2)ofthecurrentretailpriceofthebatteryineffectatthedateofreturn.
FullSixtyDayWarrantyonNormalWearParts:Normalwearpartsaredefinedasbelts,bladeadapters,blades,
grassbags,seats,tires,riderdeckwheelsandclutchparts(frictionwheels).Thesepartsarewarrantedtotheorigi-
nalpurchasertobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofsixty(60)daysfromthedateof
retailpurchase.
