Power Button
To turn on the massage functions, first press the POWER button.
The L.E.D. indicator will illuminate and confirm your selection. To
turn off the massage functions, simply press the button again. The
L.E.D. indicator will blink while the massage mechanism returns to its
lowest point and then it will turn off..
Neck and Shoulder Massage
To turn on the neck and shoulder massage, simply press the Neck
button and the LED light will illuminate.
Press the neck button again to reverse the direction of the massage.
To turn off, press the button a third time.
Height Adjustment
Press up/down arrows, when in use, to adjust the massage mechanism
position to your personal comfort level
Rolling Massage
Rolling is like two hands working slowly up and down your back.
Width Adjustment
While the unit is in Rolling massage, press this button to adjust the
distance or width between the massage heads. With each press, the
massage heads will move to the next available position.
Heat Button
For soothing heat, when massage is on, simply press the heat button
and the corresponding red L.E.D. light will illuminate. To deselect,
press the button again and the corresponding L.E.D. light will turn off.
For your safety, heat cannot be turned on if no massage program is
selected.
NOTE: There is a 15-minute auto shut off
on the unit for your safety.
Kneading Massage
Kneading is a deep massage.
Massage Zones
Choose from 3 preset zones in
Rolling or Kneading where the
massage travels up and down in a
specific area of the back, full, upper
or lower. To select a program, simply
press the button and the L.E.D. will
illuminate. To deselect, press the
button again or press another button.
Spot Massage
While the unit is in Kneading
massage, press either button to stop
and focus the Shiatsu action in one
place. Once the unit is operating
in Spot Massage, you may adjust
the mechanism position by holding
down either button until the desired
position is reached. The Up Arrow
will move the mechanism upwards
and the Down Arrow will move it
down. Once you release the button,
the mechanism will stop in that
place.
NOTE: When
“POWER” button
is pressed for
first-time use, the
moving mechanism
will automatically
move to the lowest
position before
starting a massage
program. After initial
use, mechanism
will always park at
lowest position. See
note below regarding

Limited Two Year Warranty
HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, except as noted
below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend
to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, contact a consumer relations
representative for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product
available.
HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent
consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate HoMedics
in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused
by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the
product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/
power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part
from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft;
neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at
a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are
beyond the control of HoMedics.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the
country in which the product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or
adoption to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was
designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these
modifications is not covered under this warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE
SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OFMERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART
OF THE COMPANY WITHRESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. HOMEDICS
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FORANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN
NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTYREQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF
ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUNDTO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD
OF THE WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE
MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, HOMEDICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT
SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or
resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites
and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees
shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired,
replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of HoMedics.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may
vary from country to country. Because of individual country regulations, some of the above
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
