Note
The current implementation of Fluke NORMA View software is not capable
of configuring the serial adapter settings (baud rate, stop bits, …) directly.
This must be done manually with a Windows configuration before starting
NORMA View.
Go to:
Settings / Control Panel / Hardware / Device Manager /
Ports (COM & LPT) / ATEN USB to Serial Bridge / Port Settings.
Your adapter may get a different virtual COM port number assigned than
shown in the following sample screenshots.
