What to do if...
Problem Possible cause Solution
The oven does not
generate steam.
The water reservoir has not
been inserted correctly in
the oven compartment.
Make sure that the water
reservoir has been inserted
correctly in the oven
compartment.
The water reservoir is
empty or not full enough
(flashing alarm).
Fill the reservoir with water up
to the MAX level indicated on
the reservoir.
The filling compartment of
the water reservoir has not
been filled.
Make sure that the left filling
compartment of the reservoir
has been filled with water.
Mandatory descaling
required (flashing
alarm).
Run a descaling cycle (see
“4.1 Descaling (Fig. E)”).
Possible boiler failure.
Contact your local technical
support centre.
When in use, steam
escapes from above the
oven door.
It is normal for steam to
escape from above the
door to cool the appliance
whilst it is in operation
and to control the steam
cooking cycle.
Wait for the appliance to cool
down normally.
If steam continues to escape
or if it escapes from other
parts of the oven, contact your
local technical support centre.
