#1 What apps are preloaded on this device?

The G3 player has Audible, Libby, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon music, Spotify kids, Tidal, Deezer, etc.

#2 The device I received does not have the Hint Music app. How am I supposed to listen to mp3s?

Please do a factory reset to re-install the Hiby Music app:
Settings → System →Rest options →Erase all data(factory reset) → RESET DEVICE → ERASE EVERYTHING

#3 Is the Innioasis G3 the same screen size and dimensions as G1? Can you post a link to the Innioasis model G3 screen protector?

The Innioasis G3 has the same screen size and dimensions as the G1 player.

#4 How do I transfer photos?

You can connect the player to your devices using a USB-C cable, then copy the photos into the player's folders.

#5 Is this compatible with iTunes?

This player is not compatible with iTunes, it only supports installing apps that do not require Google Play services.
