hello, my innioasis device stopped working two days ago. I charged it with every single charger i own, but it wont turn on. I tried to do the pin hole reset, but it dosent work. And i also tried holding the on/off button for 3 to 20 secs, but it just wont turn on. Any ideas?

I have a g3 mp3 player with Bluetooth. the Bluetooth icon says not connected but yet it has pared with my iPhone. also , when ia m out walking , after 3 songs onscreen it says airplane mode and no internet connection how do I correct this?
It seems that the MP3 player can only connect to one device at a time via Bluetooth. If you're experiencing issues with the Bluetooth connection while walking, ensure that the device you're trying to connect to is within range and that there are no obstructions. If the problem persists, please do a factory reset and try connecting the Bluetooth again.
How do I get songs from iTunes on a PC to the Innioasis G3
To transfer songs from iTunes on a PC to the Innioasis G3, you can import the iTunes songs into your computer first, and then transfer to G3 player from your computer (refer to the "Transfer from your computer" section on page 5 of the User Manual). Please note that you may need to convert the format of the songs before transferring.

I removed Chrome, how do I reinstall it?
Please do a factory reset to re-install:
Settings → System → Reset Options → Erase all data (factory reset).
This will also restore all deleted apps.

Otherwise, it may result in installation failure or inability to run properly. the APK file must be in armeabi-v7a format and Android 8.0 and below, or it’ll incompatible with the G3 player.
