FAULT CODE REFERENCE
The on-board computer system will take action to protect the operator and the mini bike
when it detects an issue. When it acts to turn off the mini bike or a component, it will
indicate that a fault has occurred, the speedometer on the LCD screen will be replaced by
the fault code and the speed unit on the right side of the speedometer will disappear.

and allow the mini bike to cool.

Charge the battery packs.

Restart the mini bike. Keep mini bike load
within 220 lbs. (100 kg) and avoid riding
the mini bike on a slope exceeding 13°.

within 220 lbs. (100 kg) and avoid riding
the mini bike on a slope exceeding 13°.

Electronics are too
hot.
Take a break, remove the battery packs
and allow the mini bike to cool.
NOTICE: For any other fault codes appeared on the LCD screen, which may indicate
communication failure, throttle signal error, motor failure, controller failure, etc., please
remove all battery packs and re-insert them a few minutes later to restart the mini
bike. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact EGO customer service center and
have repairs performed by a qualified service technician.
