The additional Pulse display ( under the tablet holder ) will duplicate
the main Pulse window
4 color Heart rate zone display
The 4 colour heart rate display shows your hart rate zone based on
the user set age in percentage�
The calculation is as followed�
Measure HR divided by Max� HR , multiply the outcome by 100�
Max heart rate for men (220 - Age)
Max heart rate for women (226 - Age )
BAI ™
- Display BAI consumption BAI value during workout�
- Display range 0~999
NOTE
BAI (Body Activity Index) is the sum up of effective training
volume�
Training volume = Training Intensity x Training time.
BAI calculates effective training volume based on your heart rate,
age, gender and duration�
During the workout, you can see BAI accumulates� As soon as you
complete a workout session, you can obtain a total BAI point of this
session, which is the total effective training volume of this session�
If you train harder, higher heart rate zone, you get BAI points faster� If
you train less hard, lower heart rate zone, you get BAI points slow
We recommend to workout by accumulating 100 BAI points every
week to enhance your cardio capability
Centre display
- Top row shows the program profiles�
- The right upper corner shows the selected user ( U1, U2, U3, U4 )
- Lower Dot display will show the program profile intensity curve
graphically
* In tension control: Each dot represents 2 tension levels�
* In HRC mode: Each dot represents a tension level as if it was
tension controlled�
* In Watt mode: Each dot represents a tension level as if it was
tension controlled�
Light beam
The light beam at the bottom end of the console is non functional
and only introduced as a console adornment�
Explanation of buttons
Turn dial button clockwise (up)
- Increase resistance level
- Setting selection�
Turn dial button counter-clockwise (down)
- Decrease resistance level
- Setting selection�
Press dial button (mode/ enter)
- Confirm setting or selection�
- Stop display scan function, and fix current parameter in centre
display
- Go to next parameter when being in Fixed display mode�
NOTE
When stopped the scan mode by fixing a specific parameter,
there is no way to activate the “scan” function again, other than
quickly press “Start/ Stop” twice to rapidly pause and restart
your workout again�
Reset
- In setting mode, press RESET key once to reset the current function
figures�
- Press RESET key and hold for 3 seconds to reset all function figures
Start/ Stop
- Start or Stop workout
Body Fat
- Test body fat% and BMI in stop mode�
Recovery
- After the console detects pulse signal, press the RECOVERY key to
enter recovery mode to monitor heart rate recovery ability
Operation
Power on
- Plug in power supply to power on computer
- Press any key to power on the console when being in sleep mode��
- Start pedalling to power on the console when being in sleep mode�
NOTE
The console switches to sleep mode when the equipment is not
used for 4 minutes�
Sleep mode
When the console is in sleep mode, all information windows are
blacked out as if it is in off mode�
Power off
- To power off the trainer it is required to remove the power source
from the trainer

The user can connect their device to charge during workout�

Programs
Quick start
- Press START/ STOP key to start your workout without any pre-set
setting�
- Use dial button function to adjust resistant level during workout�
End or Pause your workout
- Press START/ STOP in workout mode to stop/ pause your workout.
To resume your workout press START/ STOP button in pause
mode�
- Press RESET key ( in Pause mode ) to reset all workout data�
- Press and hold RESET key for over 3 seconds to reset console� (
Active training data will be lost )
