USING THE REPETITION COUNTER
1. Press the On/Off button to turn the counter on.
2. Perform your exercises. The repetition counter counts how many times
you perform your exercise.
3. When you are finished, press the On/Off button to turn off the counter.
Be sure to note the repetition count as it will not be saved.
CAUTION: Do not look at the repetition counter while exercising.
LOCK THE SHREDFORCE
1. Turn the resistance dial to the lowest setting, level 2 (22 lb).
2. Press the handles closed.
When the ShredForce is in the
fully closed position, carefully
grasp both grips with one hand.
3. Insert the lock bar into the
lock bar holes on the bottom of
the ShredForce with your free
hand.
CAUTION: Ensure the product
will not hit you, others, or
surrounding objects in case you
accidentally fail to engage the lock
bar.

You can strengthen your entire upper body with the ShredForce. Here are
