INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Please read these instructions before using the ShredForce.
Keep this manual for reference.
UNLOCK THE SHREDFORCE
1. Turn the resistance dial to the lowest setting, level 2
(22 lb).
2. Position the ShredForce so that the lock bar faces
away from you.
3. Grasp both grips with one hand. Hold the ShredForce
away from your body, and hold the grips tightly.
4. Remove the lock bar with your other hand.
CAUTION: Ensure the product is positioned so it will not hit you, others,
or surrounding objects when you remove the lock bar.
USING THE SHREDFORCE
1. Turn the resistance dial to the desired setting, level 2 (22 lb) through
level 20 (440 lb). Use the chart below for reference.
2. Grasp each grip with your hands.
3. Push the grips towards each other slowly while keeping your
abdominals tight.
4. Slowly pull the grips away from each other.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4, opening and closing the ShredForce like a pair of
scissors until you have completed the desired number of repetitions.
6. Attach the lock bar immediately after use and before cleaning or
storing.
