HONEY LIME CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS
12 chicken wings
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
METHOD
1. Place all the ingredients inside a large
mixing bowl or zip-locked sealing bag.
2. Mix them well and marinate in the
refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably
overnight.
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and
evenly scatter the chicken wings across it.
4. Cook according to the times and
temperatures shown in the Settings table
above, turning halfway through.
