DESCALING AND CLEANING
DESCALING THE APPLIANCE
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power outlet.
2. Drain the water base.
3. Mix the A7417 EZCal with approximately 0.14 gal-
lons (0.5 liters) of water and pour the mixture
into the humidification chamber.
4. Wait 30 minutes to allow the solution to take ef-
fect.
5. Clean the appliance with a dish brush.
ABOUT DESCALING
If stubborn limescale deposits form at the bottom
of the appliance, it must be descaled in addition to
being cleaned. For this process, use the provided
A7417 EZCal descaling agent. You can obtain a refill
of the agent from your ENVION specialist dealer.
The appliance must always be unplugged
from the power outlet before it is drained.
Failure to do so can result in electric shock and pose
the risk of severe or fatal injury!
